UrCove Tianjin Eye
"The hotel is right next to Jin'gang Bridge, and it's just a 10-15 minute walk to the Tianjin Eye Ferris Wheel. Make sure to go out and explore at night – the night view is absolutely stunning! The soundproofing in the hotel is excellent, and it's very clean. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. To the right of the hotel entrance, there's a Yifa Shun Halal Restaurant that I highly recommend trying. The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious. The only downside to the hotel is that parking isn't very convenient. 🙁"
Pan Pacific Tianjin
"Our family chose the Pan Pacific Tianjin for our trip to Tianjin, and the room was beautifully decorated and very welcoming. We even received complimentary snacks and drinks. The next morning, we headed down to breakfast early. Ms. Han, the hostess, greeted us with a warm smile at the entrance, and Supervisor Tang Qian personally escorted us to our table. Even though the restaurant was crowded, all the staff were friendly and attentive. The cleaning staff were quick to clear tables, and even helped us get coffee and milk. It was a very pleasant stay, and we'll definitely prioritize the Pan Pacific Hotel next time we're in Tianjin."
Banyan Tree Tianjin Riverside
"Hotels, as an indispensable part of any trip, are more than just a place to stay; they create exclusive memories, embodying culture, charm, and flavor. They're like an ambassador of the city – a good hotel makes you smile with gratitude when you close your eyes and recall your trip. The Banyan Tree Tianjin Haihe is precisely one such hotel. Everyone we met was so warm, truly going above and beyond to surprise and delight us. 1️⃣ **Location:** The hotel is conveniently located near Ancient Culture Street, the Italian Style Area, Wanghailou Church, and Runzeyuan. It’s an easy 10-minute walk or a quick taxi ride (about 10-something RMB). 2️⃣ **View:** The river view rooms offer excellent vistas. At night, the neon lights on both sides of the Haihe River reflect beautifully, and boats glide across the water, creating a stunning scene. A heads-up: not all rooms have balconies with openable doors, so you might want to confirm this when booking. 3️⃣ **Room:** River view rooms start from 60 square meters and include a balcony. The first round of mini-bar drinks is complimentary. There’s a spacious sofa, perfectly comfortable for an extra person to sleep on. For just over 1,000 RMB a night, the value for money is excellent! 4️⃣ **Service:** Every single staff member at the Banyan Tree was polite, friendly, warm, and enthusiastic. When one of the sinks in our room was a bit clogged, they not only promptly fixed it but also sent a fruit platter as an apology. Mineral water was replenished very promptly; seeing that we were a larger group (3 adults and 1 child), they even left seven or eight bottles, making it convenient for the child. We brought a swimming ring but forgot the pump, and surprisingly, the pool area had one, which solved our problem! The hotel offers transfer services: a round trip from Tianjin Station to the hotel costs ¥80, and a one-way trip is ¥50. While slightly more expensive than a private car, the hotel uses large, clean, and comfortable business vans. Since we had a baby with us, the hotel graciously extended our check-out time. 5️⃣ **Facilities:** When traveling with children, besides choosing a five-star hotel, we typically look for rooms over 60 square meters and a kids' club. While the Banyan Tree's kids' club isn't huge and lacks toy cars, the upside is that it was empty! The benefit of traveling during off-peak times meant our child had the entire club to themselves.👏👏👏 The swimming pool area has two heated pools, which are more than enough for kids to play in, and the adult pool water was very clean. Ordering takeout was super easy, with a robot delivering food directly to the room. I must particularly commend the front door staff. Every time we took a taxi, they would open the car door, handle our luggage, fold the stroller – they did everything they could. We left something behind, and they brought it out to us on a luggage trolley, very professional. Although the room decor isn't brand new, overall, it's very clean, with an extra-large bathtub. They even provided multiple charging adapters, mosquito repellent, and corner protectors, showing great attention to detail. 6️⃣ **Features:** The hotel's main theme is Zen. There's a dedicated meditation space. I absolutely loved the hotel's signature fragrance – it smells very high-end, and the scent of the hand lotion lingered for a long time; I even wanted to buy a bottle to take home. ❇️ **Minor point:** If I had to find a fault, it would be that while the artwork in the rooms is Zen-inspired, the dark tones could be adjusted to create a warmer atmosphere. 💕 If you're visiting Tianjin with your little one, I highly recommend the Banyan Tree Tianjin Haihe. It will definitely add an extra layer of joy to your wonderful memories! Grateful for the experience! ❤️"
Fraser Residence Tianjin
"Fantastic stay! The apartment was beautiful and well-equipped, with excellent attention to cleanliness. The staff were warm and efficient, and Stella was particularly attentive. I was extremely satisfied with my stay!"
Radisson Hotel Tianjin Aqua City
"Fanny, our butler, was absolutely outstanding. From pre-arrival inquiries to check-in and handling all our requests during our stay, everything was impeccably managed. Communication was seamless, responses were quick, and she was incredibly attentive, proactively offering recommendations for activities and dining. This level of service really sets it apart from a standard hotel experience – it felt very private, exclusive, and incredibly thoughtful. Highly recommend!"
The St.Regis Tianjin
"Excellent, very satisfied. The breakfast was delicious, and the bedding was especially comfortable. Our butler, Cassie, was always super responsive on WeChat. The champagne sabering was a really cool experience. Next time I'm in Tianjin, I'll definitely stay at the St. Regis again! [strong]"
Palace Hotel Tianjin Wudadao Xiaobaolou Subway Station Branch
"The view from the 51st floor is amazing, offering an unobstructed panoramic view. The room is well-equipped, and the environment is beautiful. The front desk staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. The location is convenient, with the subway and bus stops nearby, making it very easy to get to various attractions. 👍👍"
Hilton Garden Inn Tianjin Jinnan
"Overall, it's pretty good. However, it's inconvenient that I had to pay a deposit upon check-in even though I booked online."
Crystal Orange (Tianjin Jinwan Square)
"The location is super convenient, right by the subway exit, and a tourist attraction is just a right turn away. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were very professional and enthusiastic. They even helped guests with their luggage to the car in the heavy rain, which was really impressive! 👍👍"

JI Hotel (Tianjin Xiaobailou )
"The environment was very comfortable and quiet, I slept really well. The location is excellent, and the surroundings are beautiful. The service was just okay."
Atour S Hotel, Henglong Plaza, Binjiang Road, Tianjin
"The room was very satisfying. Their amenities are replaced for each guest, which made me feel at ease staying here. There were no strange odors, and all the utensils were very clean and tidy. The pillows were also very comfortable!"
JI Hotel (Tianjin Binjiang Road Commercial Street)
"The hotel's location is excellent, close to all the popular tourist spots and within walking distance. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The only drawback is that the road outside is quite narrow, making it a bit inconvenient for calling taxis or parking."
Novotel Tianjin Drum Tower
"The room was clean and tidy, and it was convenient for dining and shopping nearby. The breakfast was good, and the front desk service was warm and attentive. The only downside was that the air conditioning vent blew directly onto the bed. It was too hot to sleep without the AC on, but it was unbearable with it blowing directly on me."
The Ritz-Carlton, Tianjin
"Environment: The decor is beautiful and refined. Cleanliness: It's clean, but there's an old, musty carpet smell in the guest room hallway. Service: The staff are very friendly, enthusiastic, and professional. Facilities: The facilities are quite old."
Tangla Hotel Tianjin
"The hotel room is incredibly spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of light and offer stunning sunset views. The staff are all very enthusiastic and welcoming. This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Tianjin."
Four Seasons Hotel Tianjin
"Having stayed at all the five-star hotels in Tianjin, and using breakfast as my sole criterion – which is what I care about most – if you ask me a hundred times which five-star hotel I'd recommend, I would unhesitatingly say the Four Seasons Hotel Tianjin. This is because other five-star hotels, such as the Ritz-Carlton Tianjin, left me extremely disappointed with their breakfast. The toothbrushes at the Ritz-Carlton are as hard as wire, like steel needles that can make your gums bleed. Furthermore, the Four Seasons Hotel also boasts the most superior location. This area can satisfy all your desires for exploring and dining in Tianjin, which is far better than the deserted and unlively surroundings of other five-star hotels. In summary, for location, breakfast, and service, the Four Seasons Hotel in Tianjin is simply god-tier."
Hyatt Regency Tianjin East
"Clean and hygienic, with a well-designed room layout and a comfortable sleeping temperature. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful; the bellhop was very attentive when assisting with luggage. The restaurant staff patiently explained everything, and the lobby is spacious and bright."
Conrad Tianjin
"The hotel environment is quite peaceful, and the free, dedicated parking lot is very convenient. The security guard and bellhop at the entrance were both proactive in helping us with our luggage. The concierge in the lobby was also very welcoming, guiding us through the check-in process. The room was spacious and quiet. Ms. Vivian, the concierge, helped us with our bags all the way to the room and even provided slippers and toiletries for the children. After we went out for dinner, we returned to find the room tidied up, the trash emptied, and extra bottled water provided – very impressive!"
Yanyuan International Hotel
"An established five-star hotel with a quiet and elegant ambiance and excellent service. We received a complimentary room upgrade and free breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located a few bus stops away from the Tianjin Cultural Center. Highly recommended for those who enjoy visiting museums."
Renaissance Tianjin Lakeview Hotel(Municipal Government Branch)
"The room was decent, and the service was okay too, nothing too amazing. Breakfast required a long wait in line."
Clarion Tianjin Hotel
"I saw a lot of reviews online, and this hotel seemed great. I made a last-minute decision to visit Tianjin and booked this hotel. It's true, as the reviews said, the location is excellent. It's quite close to many nearby attractions, and parking is convenient. The hotel's overall environment is very good. Check-in was also easy and fast. The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic. The room facilities were complete, clean, and tidy. The stay was quiet, and I slept very comfortably. There's a good variety of breakfast options, all delicious. I highly recommend this hotel if you're going to Tianjin."
Wanda Vista Tianjin
"After a long day of bustling around the city, I feel incredibly lucky to have found such a warm and inviting hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. The attention to detail in the room was exceptional, from the soft pillows to the comfortable mattress – you could really feel the thoughtfulness in every aspect. What surprised me most, however, was the service. They proactively asked every day if I needed my room cleaned, and the separated wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a huge plus. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and they even thoughtfully provided welcome fruits."
Robin Nobin Tianjin Airport
"had a really pleasant experience overall. The service was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They made everything feel easy and comfortable from start to finish. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and modern. It created a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. And the view, waouh"
