"The hotel has send off service to the hotel. There is also a convenient store and several restaurants nearby. However, the staff I met on the day I left the hotel was not helpful. I am not Chinese and had no Chinese phone number but i needed to send some samples to my Chinese provider by delivery express. I had to take an early flight so i was really in hurry to get on the bus so i asked her for help. But she denied to help me which made me really shocked because other hotels were really willing to help me send or book the delivery service like this before. It is very easy for Chinese people to do that. I had no other choice but throwing the samples away because i had to fly back to my country and i could not take it along with me. It is a pity for me when i could not send the sample to the factory. I will not be back to this hotel again.

"This hotel is really conveniently located. The pedestrian street and a mall are just 50 meters away, and the subway station is about 300 meters from the entrance. Taxis are also quite cheap, usually around ten-something yuan for a ride. The staff are pretty enthusiastic and offered some great food recommendations.
We booked a business room, which was quite spacious, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was well-done. The only thing that needs improvement is the hairdryer – it's ancient! Replacing that old-fashioned hairdryer would make everything perfect.
Food recommendations: Jinbao Tianjin Cuisine (the Italian Style Street branch, definitely don't go to other branches as their menu is incomplete, missing about two-thirds of the dishes!). The Xibeijiao morning market is also decent. As for Goubuli baozi, honestly, they're not good at all 😊"

Guest UserThis was my third stay at this hotel, and its location by the Hai River is excellent. The night view is beautiful! It's within walking distance to attractions like the Tianjin Eye, Italian Style Street, Ancient Culture Street, and the Former Residence Memorial Hall of Li Shutong. It's also very close to the Hai River sightseeing boat pier. As soon as you enter the lobby, you're greeted by a soothing essential oil aroma. The rooms are very spacious, and the cleanliness is impeccable! The breakfast is rich and varied, with many local specialty dishes and a wide array of ice cream flavors. After each checkout, the Front Office Manager and Duty Manager send a message to inquire about the stay experience, encouraging us to provide any suggestions for improvement. During this stay, I was in a hurry to catch an early high-speed train and accidentally left two thermoses in the room. The Front Office Manager contacted me via both text and call, and even offered to send them back without us having to pay for shipping. This kind of service truly makes you feel at home! Next time I visit Tianjin, I'll definitely choose Banyan Tree again!

This hotel was truly the only highlight of my trip. The room was spacious, the views were great, and the breakfast was abundant and delicious. There were also plenty of entertainment options, especially climbing up to the castle early on the second day, which was a fantastic experience. Seriously, hotel, have you ever considered turning the castle into a ****** mystery game venue? After visiting, I think it would be absolutely perfect!

The only downside was the breakfast; it really needs improvement. The selection was limited and the food wasn't good at all. Honestly, it was the worst breakfast I've had at a five-star hotel.

JuneCBook the same hotel to watch 张云雷 concert . Was here 2 years also to watch his concert , hotel was under another name. The staff was very friendly, even recognised that I was here 2 years ago. They even upgraded me to a family suite! Check in was fast, location is walking distance to concert venue. Hotel breakfast has varieties. Room was big, & other space is also spacious with dining table!
Will book again if there is concert nearby. Highly recommend.

The room is clean, spacious and bright. The environment is beautiful. You can also eat skewers at night. During the May Day holiday, I saw the light show and iron flowers across the street. What's even better is that there are beautiful fireworks! Small beer, skewers, singing, and watching fireworks are enough to have fun at night. There are also health clubs in the park, etc.

Guest UserFirst off, by my standards, this hotel is absolutely worth it – a five-star rating!
1. The location is excellent, very convenient for transportation. It's about a five-minute walk to the Haihe River, and similarly five minutes to the Wudadao area and Xiaobailou metro station.
2. The room's cleanliness is impeccable, truly spotless. Even though the decor shows its age, the housekeeping team keeps it unbelievably clean.
3. Parking is free.
4. The breakfast is also delicious with a wide variety of options; they pretty much have everything you could want.
5. The value for money is exceptional, especially for a family like mine with two adults and two children. Finding suitable rooms can be tough, but they offer one-bedroom apartment suites that allow for an extra bed, and come with a fridge and washing machine. Everything was very clean and odor-free.
6. Both my wife and kids said they'd definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Guest UserBefore arriving, I was a bit nervous seeing the mixed reviews for this hotel on Xiaohongshu, but once I got here, I felt it definitely deserved a 5-star rating. First off, the reservations staff upgraded us to a hot spring room with a private bath, which was about 80 square meters. They also provided the buckwheat pillow I requested and a bed rail for the child, making our stay very comfortable. Housekeeping was prompt every day. Even during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, the hotel didn't feel overcrowded, and both the hot springs and restaurant were well-managed. It was absolutely worth the price.

The hotel is in a style garden, the surrounding environment is good, there are many children's entertainment facilities, suitable for the elderly, children's leisure vacation, it seems that there is a picking garden, there is a live ammunition shooting range opposite the park.
The hotel staff was very good, the room was clean and the facilities were a bit old. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet to sleep at night. The sensor light at the bathroom door is good, and it is very convenient to go to the bathroom at night. The cable TV is very clear. Check-in and check-out are very fast. Free parking is available at the front desk for in-house guests.
Breakfast cold dishes, milk, wontons are good. It would be nice if there were fried eggs with bread.
The disadvantage is that the shower nozzle is not enough to flush, and the hot water temperature is just right.
The four-star standard of the room alone is definitely not enough, and Samsung is no problem. Plus the park facilities are said separately.

We chose Tianjin Evergrande Hotel for our trip to Panshan, and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations. The hotel boasts luxurious and grand facilities, with a vast and well-equipped resort area. Among the holiday hotels near Panshan, it offers exceptional value for money. The hotel features a wide array of activities, including wonderful cultural performances at night, which create a fantastic atmosphere. It's a one-stop destination for dining, accommodation, and entertainment, saving us the hassle of going out.
Special commendation goes to Ms. Zhao Hongxing at the front desk for her thoughtful and attentive service. As we had a relaxed itinerary, we requested a late check-out. Ms. Zhao Hongxing promptly helped us coordinate an extension, which resolved our concerns about our travel plans. The entire process was efficient and friendly, with great attention to detail.
The overall service level is excellent, the environment is comfortable, and its proximity to Panshan Scenic Area makes it ideal for family trips or short getaways. We will definitely prioritize this hotel again on our next visit to Panshan. Highly recommended!

In late autumn, I came to climb the top of the Jiushan Mountain and chose to stay at the small comfort of planting grass for a long time. The proprietress actually upgraded the mountain view room, which was really lucky! The room is clean and tidy, the view is very good, you can see red leaves in the villa, and there are persimmon trees on the back mountain, but there are not many persimmons. The restaurant is good and the service is good!
