MoguxiaojiebushidusheEven an old Ferrari is still a Ferrari. Although this hotel has been around for a long time, its standards are still top-notch. The rooms have everything you need, and the view outside the window is superb. The butler service was very prompt, and the front desk staff at check-in were very friendly. I'm someone who doesn't like to be disturbed, and throughout my stay, they were there when I needed them but otherwise kept a respectful distance, never bothering me with unnecessary service, which I found to be a perfect fit and very important to me. There was a small misunderstanding with Ctrip in the middle of my stay – they had prepared a children's themed setup for me. Even though I'm not a baby anymore, it was really cute, so I didn't ask them to change it. I had a wonderful, childlike dream. Finally, I recommend the hotel's small bar by the Haihe River downstairs. The night view is excellent, and the drinks and food are great. Even my local friends commented on how they'd never discovered this hidden gem before, haha. I'm very satisfied! 👍

My partner and I had a staycation here for two days, and we were extremely satisfied. Although check-in was at 3 PM, they let us into our room right at 12 PM when we arrived. The room was incredibly spacious and luxurious; even though the hotel has been open for a while, the overall decor still feels modern and comfortable. The view from the room was also exceptionally beautiful. We received welcome fruits, and the service was excellent, with all our requests handled promptly. My girlfriend left a note with some suggestions, and we even received feedback after checking out. Truly deserving of its reputation as Tianjin's top hotel!

This hotel was truly the only highlight of my trip. The room was spacious, the views were great, and the breakfast was abundant and delicious. There were also plenty of entertainment options, especially climbing up to the castle early on the second day, which was a fantastic experience. Seriously, hotel, have you ever considered turning the castle into a ****** mystery game venue? After visiting, I think it would be absolutely perfect!

Guest UserThe hotel's location is great, very close to Ancient Culture Street and Tianjin Eye. There's plenty of parking available, both above ground and underground. The family suite was very spacious, perfect for a family of four without feeling cramped. The facilities look a bit dated, but the environment is clean and well-maintained. We also received complimentary milkshakes and snacks. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. The only downsides were some construction noise behind the hotel and the curtains, which couldn't be opened.

Luyiling610As a Tianjin local, this is my go-to spot for a weekend staycation – that's how much I love Yitang! The value for money is absolutely fantastic. They even upgraded my room during a quieter period. The room itself has a lot of natural wood elements and the lighting is really warm and inviting. Having a fridge and microwave is incredibly convenient. The housekeeping staff are also super attentive, kind, and just all-around wonderful. I've often stayed in their three-bedroom units, which are perfect for gatherings. I'll definitely be coming back often!

The room is clean, spacious and bright. The environment is beautiful. You can also eat skewers at night. During the May Day holiday, I saw the light show and iron flowers across the street. What's even better is that there are beautiful fireworks! Small beer, skewers, singing, and watching fireworks are enough to have fun at night. There are also health clubs in the park, etc.

Guest UserFirst off, by my standards, this hotel is absolutely worth it – a five-star rating!
1. The location is excellent, very convenient for transportation. It's about a five-minute walk to the Haihe River, and similarly five minutes to the Wudadao area and Xiaobailou metro station.
2. The room's cleanliness is impeccable, truly spotless. Even though the decor shows its age, the housekeeping team keeps it unbelievably clean.
3. Parking is free.
4. The breakfast is also delicious with a wide variety of options; they pretty much have everything you could want.
5. The value for money is exceptional, especially for a family like mine with two adults and two children. Finding suitable rooms can be tough, but they offer one-bedroom apartment suites that allow for an extra bed, and come with a fridge and washing machine. Everything was very clean and odor-free.
6. Both my wife and kids said they'd definitely stay here again next time we visit.

DRY20070205The hotel is quite large. When I first arrived at the main building's front desk to check in, there was only one male staff member. However, he didn't greet us immediately, but was busy with a female colleague who arrived later, doing who-knows-what. After waiting, the male staff member took our IDs and looked us up on the computer, then told us that our room wasn't in the main building and couldn't be checked in there. He then vaguely directed us to some building around the back. We followed his directions, but still couldn't figure out how to get there, so we had to call the hotel front desk for help. Eventually, we found the Li Quan Wan building, where our room was located, and checked in there. The room itself was very spacious, but felt a bit dated.
During check-in, we provided our license plate number for parking fee exemption. However, when we drove out for dinner, we were stopped and asked to pay. We tried to contact the front desk (concierge) via WeChat messages and calls, but received no reply or answer. We had to call the main hotel front desk again to resolve it. Later in the evening, we needed more water and extra towels. Again, we tried contacting the front desk (concierge) via WeChat messages and calls, but initially got no response. They eventually replied and handled our request. The bathrobes in the room were old and unusable. In the outdoor hot spring area, not many pools were open, and the water in the open pools had a lot of floating debris.

The location is fantastic, very close to the Tianjin Eye and the cruise ship terminal. There's a snack street nearby, and a Tianjin restaurant right behind the hotel. If you book a room with a Ferris wheel view, the height and angle are perfect for photos.
The slightly plump young lady at the front desk provided excellent service. Communication was smooth, and her responses were prompt, making us feel very welcome. We arrived early and she even gave us water while we explored the surroundings. Room service was also great, fulfilling requests promptly.
The room facilities are well-maintained, but some things were a bit inconvenient. For example, the showerhead and bathtub are combined, so you can't shower and bathe separately. The sink is a bit shallow, and water splashes out easily. Also, the bathroom door doesn't stay open and tends to stop right in front of the sink, which is inconvenient when washing up.
The most unsatisfactory part of our stay was the hotel's parking management. We took taxis several times, and not once could we be dropped off at the hotel lobby. When we arrived with our luggage, we couldn't even enter the parking lot. When we left, it was raining, and we had to carry our luggage all the way to the parking lot. Thankfully, the rain wasn't too heavy.

We chose Tianjin Evergrande Hotel for our trip to Panshan, and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations. The hotel boasts luxurious and grand facilities, with a vast and well-equipped resort area. Among the holiday hotels near Panshan, it offers exceptional value for money. The hotel features a wide array of activities, including wonderful cultural performances at night, which create a fantastic atmosphere. It's a one-stop destination for dining, accommodation, and entertainment, saving us the hassle of going out.
Special commendation goes to Ms. Zhao Hongxing at the front desk for her thoughtful and attentive service. As we had a relaxed itinerary, we requested a late check-out. Ms. Zhao Hongxing promptly helped us coordinate an extension, which resolved our concerns about our travel plans. The entire process was efficient and friendly, with great attention to detail.
The overall service level is excellent, the environment is comfortable, and its proximity to Panshan Scenic Area makes it ideal for family trips or short getaways. We will definitely prioritize this hotel again on our next visit to Panshan. Highly recommended!
