The staff were incredibly polite, warm, and always ready to help with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made us feel genuinely welcome. As for the environment, it was nothing short of paradise. Peaceful, clean, green, and utterly pleasant. Surrounded by nature, with birdsong and fresh air instead of noise and stress. Nice place. We felt very well treated and the service was great. The service even organised quickly stuff we wanted to have / we needed. Very clean and cosy rooms with beautiful view to the landscape. Walking around the house is not very attractive but also not needed as the place is so nice and offers all you need if you have great weather and friends. Food was great and nice was as well the breakfast outside on the terrace with a scenic view.

The rooms were impeccably clean and spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, the bathroom was dry and odor-free, and all necessary amenities were provided, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring stay. Our room in Courtyard No. 2 had three rooms, quiet and cozy, perfect for a relaxing getaway with friends. The owners, a husband and wife team, were warm, kind, and incredibly attentive. They patiently communicated throughout our stay, responding promptly to any questions, and were very considerate. They even proactively shared local travel tips and culinary recommendations. A special mention goes to the dinner – it was fantastic, with a wide variety of options and great value. The reservoir fish was especially delicious. The neighborhood cat, Chu Yi, is particularly funny. He loves to fight and always wins. But he's very friendly to people and quite perceptive.

This is a perfect B&B for a vacation. We were very satisfied, and my whole family was very happy. There are very few B&Bs of this quality around Beijing. There's no place to hang towels in the wash area after wiping hands; additional hooks could be used. 2. The water in the shower room is a bit small; the shower head could use some repairs. 3. The shampoo storage area is a bit small, and the shampoo bag kept falling out while showering. 4. The small curtains on the windows in the room could be replaced with full blackout curtains.

The facilities are comprehensive, featuring two koi ponds and an Instagram-worthy infinity pool that really sets the mood. Multiple viewing platforms at various heights offer progressively stunning vistas. Outdoors, the natural mountain scenery is breathtaking, offering expansive views of the village and countryside. The in-room amenities were a delightful surprise: a Mousse mattress ensuring a soft and comfortable sleep, Bulgari toiletries with a sophisticated and elegant scent, and even a Marshall speaker. Every detail exuded quality. It's a perfect blend of natural mountain ambiance and modern, luxurious facilities, balancing scenery, comfort, and quality. The food also completely surpassed my expectations. The freshly made flatbread for breakfast was crispy and delicious, and the à la carte home-style dishes were authentic and flavorful. It's the perfect place to completely unwind and destress from city life. Spending two days a month here, immersing myself in the fresh air and relaxation, is incredibly blissful. And a big thank you to the owner for the complimentary hawthorn snack souvenir – it was soft, fresh, and tastier than even Jinye or Yida!

It's about an hour and 40 minutes from Beijing, roughly 120 kilometers. The drive was smooth with no traffic. I'd definitely come back again if I have the chance. I didn't take photos of the room interior, but it was all good. The bathroom was quite large and very clean.
