💯 Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, dining, and visiting attractions. The hotel environment is elegant and clean; both the public areas and the rooms are well-maintained and comfortable, providing a great living experience. I particularly want to praise the service. The staff were gentle, polite, and patiently handled all requests, being both thoughtful and efficient. Overall, it offers great value for money, suitable for both travelers and those on a short stay. I genuinely recommend it!

We only stayed for one night, but we really wish we had stayed longer! The service was excellent, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel also has great amenities, and the location is perfect, very convenient with plenty of food options and places to explore nearby. We absolutely loved the room, especially the thoughtful touch of having toys for children. My little one was so happy and excited to have the toys in the room, which made our stay even more enjoyable! We also really loved the breakfast. There was a great variety of food, everything was delicious, and we genuinely enjoyed it. We only wish we had more time to enjoy the hotel and the city. We definitely should have stayed longer in Tianjin! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended for families, especially if you’re travelling with children. Bringing my child for a competition, the hotel's location is super convenient. There's free parking with plenty of spaces available. It's really close to Wuyue Plaza, so you have everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The free laundry service is a great convenience. It would be even better if the breakfast menu could be changed up a bit.

This hotel is excellent for a self-drive trip to Tianjin. You can park right in the courtyard, and it's super convenient as it's next to Wanda Plaza. The hotel is easy to find, and the front desk service was fantastic – polite and friendly. Check-in was smooth, highly recommend! 👍 The room was clean and tidy, and it had a window that opened. The housekeeping staff were diligent; any requests were handled promptly. Overall a great experience. Breakfast was good, the restaurant was clean, and the service was excellent. A very satisfying stay, I'll definitely choose Hilton Garden Inn again next time I'm in Tianjin.

Discovered a hidden gem of a hotel! First off, the hotel is located near Wudadao, which is both quiet and convenient. You can easily walk to several great restaurants, which is a huge plus. The ambiance is fantastic. The lobby has a pleasant aroma, and the corridors are tastefully designed. It's incredibly clean, and the carpets make it very quiet. I had a connecting king room with a separate wet and dry bathroom. The newly renovated environment is very minimalistic, and the housekeeping was spotless. Extremely satisfied. Definitely adding this to my favorites list.

This hotel offers views of Tianjin Station and the famous Jincheng Plaza from one side, and expansive cityscapes from the other. The night light show is vibrant and colorful. I stayed in a deluxe king room; it was simple, practical, and a great way to unwind after a long journey. The bathroom and toilet were spacious and clean, and the shower had excellent waterproofing with no leaks. The laundry facilities were easy to use, which was incredibly convenient for summer travel. The front desk was prompt in responding to and resolving guest requests, and they also provided thoughtful luggage storage service. This is my top choice when visiting Tianjin.

The room was very clean, and being on a high floor made it relatively quiet. If it were on the other side, the street view might have been nicer. The street view from my side wasn't great. The service was also excellent, very responsive to all requests. The hotel is conveniently located right above a subway station, making it easy to get around. If you don't mind walking, you can even walk to Xibei Jiao.

The hotel is quite close to the stadium. After the Wang Leehom concert, I couldn't find a taxi or a shared bike, so I walked back in about fifteen minutes. The hotel facilities are good. The hallways are carpeted, making it very quiet, and the air conditioning in the room was powerful, providing plenty of cold air while still being quiet – excellent. However, the bedding could use an upgrade. I recommend purchasing hotel bedding from Nantong, Jiangsu; it's high quality and affordable, hehehe 😁. The only issue was that the shower and sink drains in room 331 were too slow. The staff service was very prompt. One suggestion: could a label be placed on the in-room phone? I tried to call the front desk, but neither the service button nor '0' worked. I had to look up the hotel's phone number and call externally to request toiletries. Overall, it was very good!

For such a prime location, the price is really reasonable. The facilities are great too, with a smart assistant (like Xiao Ai) to control things, which is perfect for younger travelers. It's also suitable for families with kids or elderly folks. While there's no grand lobby, the rooms themselves are fantastic, and the bed is really comfortable. The photos on their official website truly reflect the experience.

For the noodle station, there are seasonings available, so no need to add extra salt. The washing machine is located in a different hotel, requiring a walk through the dining area, which is a minor inconvenience. The environment and hygiene were very well maintained. Cathy Xu was genuinely warm and attentive, and the check-in process was efficient and swift. The room facilities were complete and functioned well. I would choose to stay here again for my next trip.
