"I stayed for 3 nights, and the value for money was mediocre. Although the room was spacious, it came with quite a few issues. The first room we were assigned had a non-functional TV. We were then moved to a different room, but upon entering, there was a strange smell. When I asked the cleaning lady, she explained it was coming from the air conditioning ducts. The hotel is old and somewhat run-down, so I just had to put up with it. It was late, so I didn't bother asking for yet another room. I kept the window open all night and had to leave it open every day thereafter; otherwise, the odor was unbearable. Whenever I tried to call the front desk, the line was perpetually busy. I noticed reviews from May already mentioning this, and it's still unresolved by late August. Yet, on just the first day of my stay, they were already pressing me to add them on WeChat and leave a 5-star review. This kind of aggressive push for a 5-star review so early on is simply absurd. I've stayed in countless hotels, but this is the first time I've encountered such a situation. Focusing on the practical details and actual service should be their top priority, shouldn't it? Apart from the friendly cleaning lady, the rest of the staff were quite indifferent."

Surrounding are shoplots from my room I can see car repair shops, small businesses but I didn’t get to explore more. While the staff's English proficiency is limited, they are accommodating and willing to help with guest needs. Overall, this hotel is a practical choice for travelers seeking a restful stay with close proximity to the airport."

"I stayed with family for two nights and got room on the 22nd floor, which afforded a splendid view, especially at night. The hotel is very close to the subway station, which is very convenient to explore the city. Breakfast was good with both Western and local food items. However, if they could add more options for juices, it will further make breakfast better. Overall, I enjoyed my stay."

"Owner of apartment was friendly and honest. Check in via WeChat as door pin will be given. Room service done daily with topping up of bottled water, toilet/tissue paper and clearing of bins. Room was clean, slippers provided too. Owner will send items bought online to the room, which is a plus! Apartment also has washing machine and microwave oven and a full-sized fridge. No cutlery and utensils though but we ate out most of the time. Location-wise, very convenient to take bus and metro (can walk to 小白楼 line 1 or 徐州道 line 4) and its next to 天津国贸购物中心 by Capitaland. Walking distance to 五大道 tourist spot too. Will recommend this place for budget travellers."

"I took my parents to Tianjin for the weekend and booked a two-night hotel in the Binhai New Area. After a day of fun and a nap, it was incredibly hot and stuffy. I went to the front desk and asked for two bottles of water for my parents, but was told they'd be charged. This was the first time I've ever been told they wouldn't give me two small bottles of mineral water when I asked for them. Objectively speaking, the triple room at this hotel was spacious and clean, with new amenities, but the service was lacking."

"Hello. Again a perfect stay at perfect location for me. Becasue of May holiday in China the prices are this time skyhig, means about 3-4 time higher than normally. Maybe because of room in floor eight the water in the shower was a little poor (less water) compared with former stays in floor 5 or 6. Che- in and -out as well as parking inf ront of hotel was easy and perfect - like normal."
