"I stayed for 3 nights, and the value for money was mediocre. Although the room was spacious, it came with quite a few issues. The first room we were assigned had a non-functional TV. We were then moved to a different room, but upon entering, there was a strange smell. When I asked the cleaning lady, she explained it was coming from the air conditioning ducts. The hotel is old and somewhat run-down, so I just had to put up with it. It was late, so I didn't bother asking for yet another room. I kept the window open all night and had to leave it open every day thereafter; otherwise, the odor was unbearable. Whenever I tried to call the front desk, the line was perpetually busy. I noticed reviews from May already mentioning this, and it's still unresolved by late August. Yet, on just the first day of my stay, they were already pressing me to add them on WeChat and leave a 5-star review. This kind of aggressive push for a 5-star review so early on is simply absurd. I've stayed in countless hotels, but this is the first time I've encountered such a situation. Focusing on the practical details and actual service should be their top priority, shouldn't it? Apart from the friendly cleaning lady, the rest of the staff were quite indifferent."

Waking up to that cityscape was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The room was clean, well-furnished, and comfortable, with modern amenities that made my stay convenient and enjoyable. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the workspace was perfect for both leisure and work purposes. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with essentials. Service was prompt and courteous. The front desk staff were professional and accommodating, helping with check-in and any queries I had. The hotel also offered easy access to nearby restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas, thanks to its central location in the Tianjin Trade Centre. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay with great city views and a convenient location in Tianjin, I’d definitely recommend booking a room on one of the upper floors, especially the 27th floor."

"This was my accommodation on the first day of my journey south from Shenyang. Had I not visited Aranya, I wouldn't have stopped in Tianjin. It was conveniently located near the highway, so I wouldn't have missed my next trip the next morning. First, the price: Ctrip was cheaper than other platforms, and breakfast was included. Parking: The Public Security Bureau is to the east of the building, and further east is a park with views of the Haihe River and yachts. Although the buildings across the street are deserted, you can park freely along the street without violating traffic rules. The room was huge, incredibly huge. I won't post photos of it, as it's the official photo. The bed was a good firmness and very comfortable. Regarding food: I recommend choosing the breakfast-included plan. I love this hotel's breakfast buffet, and the soy milk was just the right temperature, perfect for drinking straight from the table."

"I really loved this hotel atmosphere and the location can’t be beaten. It’s in the heart of the Italian Style Town. You can walk to many sightseeing places and restaurants. The hotel upgraded my room and it was fantastic. The staff although couldn’t speak English was very nice and friendly. One of the front desk staff Jamie was extremely helpful and recommended lots of places for me. I felt very comfortable and welcomed at this hotel. When next I’m in Tianjin this will be my home."
