The overall environment is really clean, much stronger than many farmyards around, the decoration is simple log style, it is very comfortable to look at, and the photo is very good without deliberately looking for an angle.
The room facilities are quite complete, smart toilets, floor heating, hair dryers, bedding is soft, and it is no problem to wake up naturally.
We booked a yard/mountain view room, open the window to the mountain view, wake up by the bird in the morning, instantly heal the fatigue of the workers.
The air is really good, quiet, very suitable for wanting to escape the city in a daze.
The service attitude is good, the response is very fast if there is a problem, and it will not be excessively disturbed.
The food is home-cooked, the dishes are real, the ingredients are fresh, and it is very comfortable to eat.
Team building, family outing, couple girlfriends are very suitable for small stays, quiet and not noisy.
There are also small shortcomings: the location is in the mountains, the night is quiet, and the nightlife may not be suitable.

The hotel is located in the valley. It takes 10 minutes to drive the national highway + 10 minutes to drive the village road + 10 minutes to drive the mountain road after getting off the highway. There is an open space opposite the entrance for parking. The room is OK, but the disadvantage is that the bathtub is placed in the bedroom, which is a bit damp and smelly. There is only one chair in the room, no place to sit, and the table is relatively small. There is no place to put the bag, and the kettle is placed on the windowsill. The terrace tea break and welcome fruit are as shown in the picture, which is a bit shabby. The air conditioner is noisy, it is an electric curtain, and the projection lumen is not enough. You need to close the curtain and turn off all the lights to see clearly. The meal package I bought is OK, the dishes are good, and the taste is good, but it is basically different from the Ctrip mark. It is no problem to eat well. The cave soup spring is to heat the groundwater and put it in a small pool. The conditions are average. If you mind hygiene, choose carefully. There is no place to eat around the hotel. It is recommended to buy a package with three meals. There are several similar homestays around, which are slightly cheaper than this one. You can try more.

The service is very good. I chose this hotel when I went to No. 1 Middle School for business. The distance is very close, only 5 minutes away. The front desk upgraded the room type, which was very comfortable. The room was fully equipped with all the necessary items. The breakfast was also great. I usually like lighter food. There are three kinds of porridge to choose from, as well as steamed snacks and various whole grains. It is very healthy. I compared several hotels and it is worth recommending to everyone.

Guest UserThe room was incredibly clean, comfortable, and cozy. It was the perfect place to relax with my child, de-stress, and clear my head from accumulated work. Having this space made everything possible. This is one of the most beautiful Ritz-Carltons in China, second only to some secluded resorts. Like those, it exudes a sense of relaxation, artistry, and good taste. The breakfast was thoughtfully prepared and delicious – a must-have for any vacation and a great start to each day of a high-quality holiday. The only thing I didn't find appealing was that the fruit was a bit sour. However, the afternoon tea with live piano music was lovely and very therapeutic.
Special thanks to Mandy! She truly made us feel the warmth of the Ritz-Carlton here in our hometown, just as we've experienced in other cities. Although it wasn't our first stay at the hometown Ritz, this time left a particularly deep impression, adding an extra layer of wonderfulness. Mandy made me forget I was in my hometown; it felt like coming home. It offered both warm familiarity and the attentive, high-standard vacation atmosphere. Thank you!
I'll definitely be back to the Ritz when I have the chance. One minor point: when I asked the staff yesterday for activities or entertainment, there wasn't much available, which is a bit of a downside compared to some other high-quality resorts. The overall resort atmosphere could be further enhanced.
Also, a big thank you to the beautiful and generous Nora Zhang for thoughtfully taking photos of my daughter.

anotherSingaporeanThe best and most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. Amenities are complete and considerate, the bed and pillow are very very comfortable. Very classy design and services. Strategic location - walking distance to other malls and good lounge with prime view to enjoy the night city light show. butler services available via WeChat app, very convenient and personal. Concierge and butler can speak good English and very warm and professional. Breakfast buffet spread is not bad, many variety from western bakes to local delights. Don't miss the spread of the Chinese tea selection! Gym and swimming pool following good standards but the location can be a bit discreet and not so easy to get to. Thank you Aiden and team for the hospitality and excellent services! Will look forward to my next St Regis stay!

Anonymous UserFour Seasons Tianjin | A perfect birthday experience – I'm a huge fan of the Guest Relations Manager's service!
We chose the Four Seasons Tianjin for a friend's birthday this time, and the experience far exceeded our expectations! Especially Coco, the Guest Relations Manager who assisted us, her dedication and professionalism throughout made us incredibly touched.
I communicated our needs with her via WeChat long beforehand. Upon learning that my friend is a football fan, she immediately helped us create a super cool football-themed birthday setup, from football balloons and trophy decorations to themed banners. Every detail was meticulously arranged. It looked vibrant during the day, and when the lights were on at night, the ambiance was absolutely legendary. Even the rose petals on the bed and the bathtub decorations weren't missed, making the whole experience incredibly ceremonial.
The service during our stay was impeccable:
✅ Knowing it was a birthday, they thoughtfully prepared a customized mango cake, accompanied by fresh and abundant welcome fruits – a delightful surprise! 👍
✅ Any questions were answered instantly via WeChat, and she considered things far more thoroughly than we did, providing seamless guidance from check-in to subsequent arrangements.
✅ The room service was incredibly attentive. The turndown service included a cute and thoughtful towel cake. Every detail showed such care.
✅ Before our departure, she proactively helped me book a spa appointment and personally escorted me there, following up throughout the process, saving us any hassle.
The hotel's views and facilities are also impressive. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offer panoramic city skyline views. The night view, coupled with the room's decor, made for fantastic photo opportunities. But what truly stood out was the service from this Guest Relations Manager. Her attentiveness wasn't a standardized, perfunctory approach; she genuinely took guests' needs to heart and perfected every single detail.
Such an employee is truly a treasure to the hotel, and I hope Four Seasons recognizes her outstanding performance! Because of her, I will definitely return to the Four Seasons next time and will unreservedly recommend it to all my friends!

Guest UserWe specifically booked this hotel in advance for our coral wedding anniversary and called ahead to request a room with a better view of Jinwan Plaza. To our surprise, not only was the room excellent, but the front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and even prepared a gift in the room beforehand. We were absolutely delighted the moment we walked in! Plus, we received a souvenir when we checked out. This level of service is simply unparalleled – truly exceptional! It definitely lives up to its reputation. We'll be back again.

I stayed at the Marriott with my kids for a competition. It's right next to the exhibition center; you can walk from the Marriott lobby to Entrance 25 of the exhibition in just two minutes. There's also a connecting corridor to the Sheraton. The Marriott rooms are quite spacious, and they have bathtubs. The electricity turns on automatically when you use your key card. The bed was very comfortable, the shower pressure was great, and the soundproofing was excellent. Breakfast is from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM and is very rich and comprehensive, offering everything you could want. On the 6th floor, there's a gym, swimming pool, and a kids' play area. The kids' play area is a lot of fun and is open until 10:30 PM; hotel guests can use it for free. Laundry is a paid service. Food delivery isn't allowed to rooms, but there are delivery lockers outside the lobby, which makes picking up food very convenient. The yellow broth beef noodles at the Noodle Hall on the second floor were delicious – not spicy and very tasty. The Chinese restaurant on the first floor has even better à la carte dishes, highly recommended. Emily at the front desk was very attentive and patient during check-in, helping us resolve all our questions. I'll definitely choose the Marriott again next time.

Guest UserStaying at the Wanda Vista Tianjin this time was such a stroke of luck! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, super close to Tianjin Station, which made getting around a breeze. The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were incredibly friendly and efficient – check-in was lightning fast. They even told us about the dragon boat races happening on the Hai River.
We booked a river-view room, and the floor-to-ceiling windows looked directly out onto the river. It was Dragon Boat Festival, so we got to watch the entire race clearly from the comfort of our sofa, without having to brave the crowds downstairs – the view was absolutely perfect! The room itself was spotless and very comfortable. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Tianjin!
🌟🌟🌟Oh, and right outside there's a stall selling 'Dabing Jia Yiqie' (a local pancake wrap), and next to it, a 'Paomian Shuangfei Wo' (a noodle dish). So good! 🌟🌟🌟

It's cost-effective, the service is good, and it's convenient to walk around to eat. The location is a little far away and you have to drive. Overall, it's worth going.
Facilities: The functional layout is good and the facilities are complete, but they are old.
