Every time I come to Jinghai, I stay here. The rooms are clean, the service is great, and the breakfast is especially delicious! Highly recommended.

Tired of the urban jungle, I yearned for a getaway to the mountains. So, I drove over a hundred kilometers to Ji County's Zuowang Mountain Resort, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations – a definite five-star review! This isn't your average B&B; the resort is expansive and built into the mountainside, with picturesque views at every turn. The facilities are comprehensive, featuring two koi ponds and an Instagram-worthy infinity pool that really sets the mood. Multiple viewing platforms at various heights offer progressively stunning vistas. Outdoors, the natural mountain scenery is breathtaking, offering expansive views of the village and countryside. The in-room amenities were a delightful surprise: a Mousse mattress ensuring a soft and comfortable sleep, Bulgari toiletries with a sophisticated and elegant scent, and even a Marshall speaker. Every detail exuded quality. It's a perfect blend of natural mountain ambiance and modern, luxurious facilities, balancing scenery, comfort, and quality. The food also completely surpassed my expectations. The freshly made flatbread for breakfast was crispy and delicious, and the à la carte home-style dishes were authentic and flavorful. It's the perfect place to completely unwind and destress from city life. Spending two days a month here, immersing myself in the fresh air and relaxation, is incredibly blissful. And a big thank you to the owner for the complimentary hawthorn snack souvenir – it was soft, fresh, and tastier than even Jinye or Yida!

My stay here far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I felt the warm and thoughtful service. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the view outside the window was pleasant. The breakfast had a rich variety and tasted delicious. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. Next time I'm in this city, I'll definitely choose this place again and recommend it to my friends. This hotel made me feel at home; the service was attentive but not intrusive. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, making it very quiet despite facing the street. The cleanliness was meticulous, with even the corners spotless. The location is superb, close to attractions and shopping areas. I highly recommend it to friends visiting the area.

I booked two executive deluxe rooms; my previous review already covered the initial stay. This one is mainly to highlight the hotel's excellent follow-up service. I left behind my charger and jacket when checking out, and the hotel proactively sent them to me via SF Express with payment on delivery, which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. While dining at the Executive Lounge, a staff member mentioned that we could send postcards. My child and I both picked our favorite cards. I sent one to a friend, and my child took a few after doodling on them – it was a lot of fun. Following the staff's guidance, we also visited the Sky Garden. My little one, who kept calling it a 'castle hotel' this time, got to visit many areas, and we'll definitely be back.

Let's just say this is an older hotel, and it's pretty standard, neither great nor terrible. First, the good points: The location is decent. While not in the busiest area, it still offers river views and is relatively quiet! There's a mall right behind the hotel, which is super convenient for shopping. The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, though it does get quite crowded and a bit noisy around 8-9 AM. A big shout-out to the restaurant staff – they are incredibly observant! They proactively seat you and even help deliver food to your table. When the coffee machine ran out of water, they were there to refill it immediately. Parking is very convenient, with plenty of spaces in the underground garage, and you get free in-and-out access during your stay. Now for the downsides: I encountered two staff members in the hallway, and perhaps they were just tired? They didn't react when they saw us; we had to greet them first 😵💫. The hotel doesn't offer any welcome fruit or tea. The facilities and amenities are a bit dated; the TV is small and doesn't support screen mirroring. The toiletries are just so-so. There's no coffee machine in the room. The complimentary bottled water and tea bags at the minibar give off a vibe of cost-cutting measures.

Coincidentally, our last day was Qixi Festival (Chinese Valentine's Day), and I was woken up in the middle of the night by 'happy sounds' from the next room, leading to a sleepless night. You can only imagine the psychological trauma for a mother... But objectively speaking, the quality of the Four Seasons is still top-notch. After exiting the subway, I got a bit lost and mistakenly entered through the vehicle ramp. The doorman at the entrance immediately rushed over to help with my luggage, which was a very warm gesture. There was a slight hiccup during check-in, but Stella patiently explained everything and was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. I even ran into TVB's Grace outside, and she's super beautiful in person! Although the experience on the last day was significantly marred, I guess it was a perfect imperfect stay.

The location is great and the service is good. However, the hotel facilities are quite old. The drain next to the bathtub was really bad, causing a huge flood. The rooftop bar also felt a bit dated and the drinks weren't good. The room itself was quite spacious, but the air conditioning didn't work. The hotel price wasn't expensive, so the value for money is decent. At first glance, the room seemed okay, but the details couldn't stand up to scrutiny. I guess it's understandable though, many hotels in Tianjin are quite old.

Breakfast during an extended stay: Breakfast was just so-so. Room type upgrade for extended stay (subject to availability): The hardware facilities are pretty good. Excellent price, good service, and the dinner at the executive lounge was very thoughtfully prepared. Overall, highly recommended. The surrounding area is very quiet with a strong business vibe. It's far from the city center, but it would be great to spend a couple of days at the hotel as a staycation when not attending meetings.

This hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation, being very close to Metro Line 5. There are numerous restaurants nearby. The hotel offers free parking, complimentary breakfast, and late-night snacks. The rooms are fantastic, spacious, and impeccably clean. The service is top-notch with a very warm and welcoming attitude. Overall, it's great.

Came to Tianjin for a family trip with the kids. Didn't have to make up beds individually, which saved a lot of energy. The room had plenty of storage, so it was easy to put away the kids' toys and our luggage. The starry ceiling was a big hit with the kids; they kept asking to go play in the lobby every day. Plus, there's a snack street right downstairs, making it a one-stop shop for eating, staying, and having fun.
