"The hotel's location was the most satisfying aspect. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the subway station, and reaching the Olympic Sports Center (entering through the venue's ground parking lot) also takes under 10 minutes. Both the front desk and the breakfast restaurant provided good service. The room amenities were satisfactory, and the bedding and towels were of good quality. The breakfast selection was a bit limited; next time, I plan to book a room without breakfast and try the Manling Congee restaurant across the street. There's a Luckin Coffee shop located in the lobby on the ground floor."

MMaxiaonuoThe most satisfactory thing is the hotel swimming pool, which is clean and hygienic, and not crowded. The hotel is relatively new and clean. The service is very good, and the coffee and drinks provided are also very heartwarming. In particular, the view is very good, overlooking Tianjin South Railway Station. The only drawback is that the hotel's mattress is too soft, and it is a bit tiring to sleep. It is a bit uncomfortable for people with back problems to sleep on this bed. The children are fine, and the bathtub is very good. The children like to take a bath every day. In short, I give it 90 points. Except for the location, which is a bit off, everything else is very satisfactory.

MMichelleyanI heard that The Ritz-Carlton in Tianjin is the best in the country, so I took a spontaneous three-day and two-night trip. The overall decoration of the hotel is my favorite European style. The staff were friendly and helpful. Susan at the front desk was very nice and upgraded me to a suite on the top floor. The room was very clean and felt like home! The hotel is located in the most central and convenient Heping District, just a few steps away from the beautiful Haihe Scenic Area. Since I drink a cup of oatmeal coffee every day, but the hotel was unable to provide it, Darren, the manager of the lobby bar, was very considerate and attentive. The next day, he specially asked the hotel to prepare oatmeal milk for me to meet my needs. This small service has touched me. I must give full marks 💯 for this kind of humanized service and give it five stars 🌟 praise 👍 Overall, the hotel has a beautiful environment and excellent service. It is indeed the ceiling of the Ritz-Carlton in China! Will highly recommend to friends and family!

YYas_miniBooked this hotel for a short get away. And for mums birthday. The staff were kind enough to decorate the room and meet all our requests as well as surprised her with a cake.
She absolutely loved her stay here as well as the massage by the spa. The staff were incredible friendly especially the lobby staff. The level was what is expected of a 5 star.
The turn down service was great and ample amenities were provided and when requested arrived in record time.
The only thing the room had some debris on entering but other than that it was fantastic.

WWei JiaThe hotel refused to turn on their central AC unit in late April so the room AC is on fan mode only. Our room was 26c showing the manager did send up a tech guy and tested the room temp was 26 as showing on the display and the air wa very stuffy.
They said it’s cold at night so building is not turning on the AC but the windows does not open !!!The manager did offer free breakfast and delivered a fan to my room. lucky we were only there for 2 nights in the stuffy room but I will not be staying again.

Cchenit is a wonderful Holiday Inn facility, the service is first rate, I wish I took note of the receptionist while checking in, she was absolutely delightful .
Unfortunately, the location is slightly off, it will require a tax ride to all the high lights of the city of Tianjin. there are decent eateries around the hotel.

SSebbie1. Both our check-in and check-out was a breeze, efficiently processed by the front office.
2.Room was on par with usual Hyatt’s standard.
3.So happened we were in the room on two occasions when the chamber staff came to clean up. She was chatty and efficient . Kudos.
4. Breakfast spread was quite good and service level of waiting staff was generally ok, especially the senior level ones served with a pleasant disposition. Two of the junior ones, even though they did their assigned task, can do with better facial disposition.
5. Food for happy hour in the Club can do with more selection .
6. Love the gym with the view of the swimming pool.
7. Love the ambience in the Chinese restaurant (Wok in the Garden) on the third floor.
Overall, the hotel is good value for money with a generally good service

MMengerhaI booked this for my boyfriend's birthday and set up some simple decorations. The room was really spacious, with the living room being ideal for decorating. The bedroom had windows on two sides, providing excellent natural light – perfect for great photos! Room service was super quick in bringing up anything we needed. The front desk staff were also fantastic; I told them I wasn't quite packed, and they graciously offered a late check-out.

WWidya AirlanggaI stayed at this hotel during the Chinese New Year period. While the service was decent, the overall ambiance felt outdated and in need of major refurbishment, especially with newer and more modern hotels emerging.
One of the biggest drawbacks was the layout—accessing the fitness center and swimming pool felt like navigating a maze. The dim lighting and confusing pathways made the experience uninviting, so I ultimately decided not to swim.
On a positive note, the buffet dinner was enjoyable, offering a good selection, including free-flow standard spirits, lobster, and hotpot. Breakfast was decent as well—not bad, but with room for improvement.
The hotel is located in a newer area of town, making it a convenient choice if you're planning to visit attractions like the Maritime Museum or the TEDA Aircraft Carrier Museum. While the location adds to its competitiveness, the hotel itself could benefit from significant updates to stay on par with newer options in the area.

After an hour or so, most of the breakfast options are consumed, and it may be preferable to have breakfast at a nearby cafe.

GGuest UserThe room was spotless, and the front desk service was excellent. Xiao Bailou and Langxiang Jie are just across the street. Kiessling Western Restaurant, the Cultural Street, and Subway Lines 1 & 4 are conveniently located right by the hotel. Wudadao (The Five Great Avenues) is only about a 5-minute walk, making it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and getting around. Breakfast was plentiful, and the restaurant staff were very warm and attentive. Our room offered distant views of the Hai River. I accidentally left my sun-protective jacket when checking out, and Felix at the front desk promptly arranged for it to be couriered back to me after I called. I'm very grateful! It's an excellent hotel, truly fantastic! 👍🏻 I always choose Binjiang Kailong Hotel whenever I come to Tianjin, and I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit! 😁
