Learning it was my first visit to Tianjin, she thoughtfully arranged a stunning room with panoramic skyline views that made for a perfect introduction to the city. The moment I arrived at the driveway, David from concierge greeted me personally. His Golden Key designation was evident in his impeccable professionalism and knowledge throughout my stay. Check-in with Olivia at the front desk was seamless. She had clearly familiarized herself with my preferences beforehand, making the process efficient while still providing a warm, personalized welcome and comprehensive overview of the property's facilities. Though working behind the scenes, Communications Coco and her team functioned like personal butlers, anticipating needs wherever I went. When I needed a garment bag for my suit to simplify air travel, a simple text through their live chat service was all it took - Coco went the extra mile to ensure it was delivered promptly. Breakfast service was where Alice truly shined. After noticing me select a passion fruit, she immediately appeared with a spoon without being asked and offered to prepare fresh-squeezed juice to complement my meal. This level of attentiveness and personalization defines the Four Seasons experience. While I never encountered the housekeeping team directly, their impeccable work spoke volumes. The turndown service particularly impressed me - the consistently prepared ice in the room during evening turndown demonstrated the brand's commitment to maintaining standards across all properties. What's remarkable is how each staff member made such an impression that I've remembered their names - a rarity in my hotel experiences. Every team member embodied the golden rule of treating others as they would wish to be treated themselves. I'm genuinely grateful for the exceptional care and will absolutely return when next in Tianjin. This property represents the Four Seasons brand at its finest.

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. From the moment you arrive, there’s a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere — everything feels calm, thoughtfully arranged, and comfortable. The service is excellent: staff are polite, attentive, and always ready to help — from the front desk to the restaurant. A particularly nice touch was being greeted with welcome drinks upon arrival, which immediately set a positive tone for our stay. The rooms are very clean and spacious, with large windows that let in lots of natural light and offer great views of the city. The hotel features a modern and elegant design, and it’s clear that the property is well-maintained — everything feels fresh and in great condition, with no signs of neglect or aging. Highly recommended for those who value quality, comfort, and professional service.

I have been there twice so far both with family and myself. Absolutely a great place to stay. Amazing front desk staff friendly and helpful, give them a big thumb up👍. There’s a gym with enough equipment you need. In the building there are restaurants and a coffee shop. Location is fine. The first time our family 4 person were there in a three bedroom apartment on 18th floor. The cleaning service staff was very nice and did a great job. The second time I was by myself stayed in a one bedroom apartment on 4th floor with different cleaning staff. There job was just ok and definitely more room need to improve.

When you come back in the evening, you can ask for a cup of coffee and chat with your boss and friends. The happy day ends with laughter. Next to the B&B is the Discovery Park, which is very suitable for children to play and play animals in one stop. The culture of Stone Village and immersing yourself in the fireworks during a leisurely walk make up an unforgettable journey!

The overall design is Japanese-style quiet wind + wild fun. The public area has an open-air courtyard, swing and bonfire area. The dog runs excitedly across the yard when he gets off the bus. The most surprising thing is that there are two lazy raccoon cats in the store. The baby is chasing the cat and barking. The picture is super healing! The only downside is that the humidity in the mountains is large. The tatami room we live in is a bit damp when we first enter the door. After turning on the air conditioner, it will improve after dehumidification. Check-in conditions: ★★★★★ Originally booked a family room, because of the baby and pet, the front desk lady took the initiative to upgrade to a single-family courtyard with private soup for free (moved!). The room is equipped with a crib and fence, which is too friendly to us with a small month old! The bedding is clean and soft, but the luminous light of the smart toilet cannot be turned off. Going to the toilet at night is like turning on a small night light, which is not very friendly to light sleepers. Service: ★★★★★ From booking to leaving the store, the butler responded in a timely manner. Inform the baby and dog in advance, and the pet urine pad and children's dining chair are prepared when they arrive at the store. When the barbecue ingredients are not enough, the boss directly drives to the town to replenish the goods, and the freshness is full. Cost-effective: ★★★★★ Staying on Sunday is nearly 40% cheaper than Friday, and the per capita of the single-family courtyard is less than 300 yuan, including breakfast + barbecue grill use. Compared with the surrounding homestays, pet-friendly + complete parent-child facilities are a great win!

It is said that all rooms on the first floor have an independent courtyard, and the second floor has a large terrace. There is also a large courtyard outside. This is a private space with its own public service area! There are also services, hygiene and food. Everything is a surprise. The service is very meticulous. In terms of hygiene, although it has been open for three years, it is the same as the newly opened this year. The food is at the level of a star hotel. I really can't believe that I am in a B&B in the countryside. This B&B is so awesome. I really recommend everyone to experience it, especially those who are in the B&B industry. After the failure to renew the stay on Ctrip.com, I got a discount from the boss to upgrade the room at a cheap price, and received the specialties of Jixian as a gift when I left. Talking with the boss is very happy, a little bit of a feeling of hatred late, looking forward to seeing you next time.

Everything is so comfortable, the rooms are smart, the supplies in the room are good, the environment in the courtyard is also beautiful, you can swim in the swimming pool in summer, you can play cards in the living room on the second floor, you can sing karaoke and have breakfast in the private room of the restaurant. I ate dinner at the homestay. The taste is really good. The specialties of Ji County are very authentic. It is especially suitable for a few families to come together. It is really comfortable, and the children don't want to leave!

The service at the business hotel is very good. Ge Rui and Chen Yingmiao at the front desk upgraded the room type, assisted in issuing the invoice, and personally led us to the room, which was very efficient. When checking in, I muttered to my colleague, ”The weather in the north is so dry. I forgot to bring moisturizer. It was a mistake.” Then when I got to the room after dinner, I saw the Yanyuan customized moisturizer (Tianjin hotels do not actively provide disposable products). This is the best service I have encountered in so many business trips to the north, so I specially wrote down the name, it must be 5 Star!
