"Booked for 7 nights to visit family in Tianjin, sad to say the hotel experience was below average. Cleanliness was not up to standards. Service staffs attitude was atrocious but the host was friendly. There was no cleaning done during the entire stay. Hair strands, dust and pet furs were everywhere inside the room. Could not watch live stream TV at all. Everything else on TV required subscriptions to watch. Remote controls also did not work. There was also no microwave oven in the room despite being listed in the room amenities. The entire building was full of short term rentals and surrounding area feels very desolated. Host was kind enough to offer late check out."

"Stayed here for 3 nights which was more than enough. The beds are quite hard and there is a lot of noise. It is pretty cool to be sleeping in a space capsule though. It’s very cozy! I would recommend to book the 2-person capsule for 1 person, it gives you a bit more space and comfort.
The rest of the building could use some extra care. The small table and chairs in the common area seem to almost fall apart. There is only 1 bathroom/toilet for the entire space, which is not enough when the place is fully booked. Small things like toilet paper in the bathroom would make the stay more convenient.
Location was fine, it only takes 5-10 minutes walking to the metro which takes you downtown in 30 minutes.
Lots of shops and restaurants around as well.
The host was friendly and helpful."

"The decoration style is quite special. There are three sofas and a large coffee table, which is very convenient for placing things. The 2-meter king-size bed is spacious for three people to sleep. The projection effect is good, and the children are very happy watching it. The boss is very nice and gave us pillows at 10 o'clock in the evening. There is also a disposable toilet seat in the bathroom, but there are too many mirrors. The whole wall above the bathroom sink is also a mirror. There is a wide and tall dressing mirror diagonally opposite the bed. I have to look at it every time I pass by. It doesn't feel very good. In fact, it can be replaced with a smaller one and placed in the corner, but overall I am very satisfied."

GGuest UserThis homestay completely refreshed my understanding of ”designed accommodation”, from check-in to departure, it was always surrounded by warmth and beauty. The moment I opened the door, I couldn't help but marvel at it softly. The boss must have melted the love of life into every corner.
The room is like a love letter to the details control: in the morning, wave in front of the smart mirror to light up the soft light, the lazy blues flowing from the Marshall speaker, push the window mountain wind wrapped in bamboo fragrance across the Xiaomi purifier display screen.
The yard is more moving than the photo. In the morning, I made a cup of honey dumpling tea by the ring pool and watched the sun dance on the glass water. In the afternoon, I sipped into the vine rocking chair under the maple tree. In the B&O headset, there was ”Summer of Jujilang”. The real bird song came from the forest. The tea room on the top floor is equipped with the tea maker collected by the boss. Last night, we drank the 90s and looked up at the stars, and suddenly understood what it was called ”the galaxy fell into the tea cup.”
The dining is even more unexpected. The millet porridge cooked for breakfast is equipped with non-legacy hemp sauce eggs, and the salty fragrance almost tears at the moment of the tip of the tongue; there are various exquisite pastries and fruits in the afternoon tea wooden plate.
It is more than 90 kilometers away from the city, and there are plenty of parking lawns, as if separated from the noisy world. When I left, I looked at the white wall and Ming Building in the rearview mirror and gradually blurred. The boss sister opened the door for us and sent us to the room. The room was pretty good, just like the pictures on the Internet. I look forward to coming again when the weather is good.
The restaurant has not been open in the past few days. You can call the boss to ask if the restaurant is open before booking. I read the reviews that the chef in the restaurant cooks delicious food. I look forward to good weather and dining in the hotel next time.
The boss sister is very nice and has high requirements for the quality of the homestay. She gave the children snacks and prepared fruits. It was a happy chat.

Girls need to wash their hair quickly or take a cold bath 🥹 The double bed is comfortable to sleep on 😌 but it is inconvenient to get in and out right next to the door. Hygiene 🤔 After staying for five nights, no one cleans the room. Two towels and one bath towel are used from beginning to end. What can I say... There are people cleaning the room next to it but they don't care about this room. I'm speechless! The business is not other people's business, the guests are here to consume. It's easy going for the landlord but he doesn't want to bother buying disposable bath towels for his own use. The bus in the university town is convenient for travel. McDonald's is nearby and it's warm. KFC is so cold that it freezes your hands. The merchants want to eat quickly and leave haha😄

My map app did get me close to the place, but there isn't really a distinctive sign to show me where to enter as all the apartment complexes look the same. The host doesn't speak English, so best try to add their WeChat and communicate with them there. As the name implies, this place is like living in an apartment, but this apartment feels a little outdated and will not have the necessities to do any cooking. This place solely has rooms and a washroom. My bedroom was okay, I wished there were electrical outlets next to the bed. The washroom was decent, but they should add a clothes rack as I was just hanging my clothes on the door handle when I showered. There are stores and restaurants around the area, so there aren't any issues finding food or drinks. Location wise, you can already see that this place is quite far from the city center. It's almost a 1 to 1.5-hour bus ride.

Unfortunately, this time, there was a broken light and broken refrigerator in the kitchen, that smelt very bad when you opened the door. I needed the refrigerator as I brought food, but i was told it was not possible to change the room. The manager said he would remove the refrigerator soon after I checked out. Hopefully, this won’t happen again as this is an apartment hotel.
