Overall, the hotel is decent. The pool and hot springs are great. However, the buffet at the hot spring center wasn't as good as I'd hoped. Some of the food tasted a bit off, though that might just be me being overly sensitive. Also, the buffet is on the second floor, and the stairs are quite steep, which makes it difficult for elderly guests. The wristband for the hot spring center is collected as soon as you exit, meaning if you want to go back for the buffet after returning to the hotel, you have to ask staff to open the gate. This is very inconvenient for hotel guests, though it's not an issue for those who just visit for the hot springs and buffet. I also hope the hotel staff will be more diligent and stay at their posts instead of having others cover for them. If someone needs to step away, a colleague from the same department should cover. I hope the hotel improves its management.
