I booked a full harbor view, but I didn't receive any vouchers, even though I saw many other guests getting them. Also, the room cleaning schedule was a bit odd. They came in the afternoon, right when I was in the room, so I told them it wasn't needed. They still insisted on coming back in ten minutes, which was a bit funny. Regarding the deposit, I'm not sure if it's been refunded yet, but it's not on this statement, so it might have been."

"Ugh, this is the first time I've ever given a hotel's room service a bad review. I stayed for 8 days, and for the first three, the cleaning was just barely acceptable. After that, they didn't even wash the dishes, and one day no one even came to clean at all. The hotel blamed it on staff shortages due to the New Year, which is just ridiculous; they couldn't even provide the most basic services. I called multiple times to ask for more shampoo and shower gel, but never received them. The front desk staff was quite friendly, but the room service really needs a major improvement. If you want to cook your own meals, make sure to bring your own oil, salt, and seasonings. Oh, and the pool is cold water, not even lukewarm, and the sauna is just for show, not working. The gym only has dumbbells, a treadmill, and a stair machine – it's tiny, even for a mini-gym. Besides the great location, everything else about this hotel is barely a 3-star, definitely not higher. Save yourselves the trouble; book your New Year's hotel early, so you don't end up having to book a place like this that charges 5-star prices but doesn't even meet basic star ratings."
