"The location was right in the city, close to City2surf, room was clean, bed was very comfortable and we also ate at the restaurant on site which was lovely. Can’t fault Rydges at all, staff were friendly, we’d definitely stay there again."

"It was a very pleasant and elegant place to visit. However, as noted by the receptionist, there has been some problems with the ventilator system, which causes dust particles to be more prominent. The ambience was extraordinary and the view was scenic, however obstructed by another tall building, at least for room 2016"

"The hotel is near to the metro station. There are shopping malls and dining room nearby. Front staff is friendly and helpful. The room is cozy, neat and tidy. It kinda feel like home Cooking area are well equipped and all are properly functioned. The washing machine and dryer are well performed as well. Overall, a spectacular place to stay overnight in Sydney. I will consider to stay here whenever I travel to Australia in the future 😸😸"

"Customer Service is amazing. Everyone I met is amazing, including front desk, in room dining, and bars at levels 3 and 29. We enjoyed fireworks with desserts and cocktails at Bar in level 3. It was a great experience indeed. The hotel room is very spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. The only downside is the indoor poolthe water is so cold."

"This is a beautiful hotel set right in the heart of downtown Sydney. We loved our stay here. The staff were very attentive to anything we needed and happy to help. The room was clean and very beatifully appointed with luxurious features. The buffet breakfast was amazing with delicious cold and hot food and fresh fruit and pastries and great coffee. We loved the heritage feeling of this hotel and how central it was to many of Sydney's landmarks and must see places! We highly recommend The Fullerton Hotel Sydney and would love to come back again."

"We stayed there a total of 3 nights and we had to move rooms 3 times from level 11 to level 4 then back up to level 9 the first 2 rooms overnight flooded because it was raining heavy at times but mostly just showers but the carpet was soaked throughout both rooms, When I told reception they sent me to the room with towels to soak it up and assumed it would be ok I guess, But then the hotel manager knocked on our door asked to look at the water damage I didn't know why at that time but he had made the same discovery In a number of rooms in the hotel. So he organised to have his maintinence man come and suck the water out with a wet vacuum we went out so they could do that we were gone for a couple hours and when we got back they had just finished and had industrial blowers drying it out more.I wasn't going to stay in that room and asked the manager to move us but he was reluctant but he did.No offer to help us move our stuff for the inconvenience but history repeated itself in the next room. So the final night we were downgraded alot the room was half the size of the one we originally booked the condition of the room was like it was quickly cleaned and made available for us in the last hour it was disgusting and very poor effort from the Manager and the staff. The TVs in 2 of the 3 rooms wouldn't connect to the hotels promised super speed wifi on the website which wasn't very fast at all. The phones fitted in the rooms don't work they're not even connected. The safes in the rooms! one I had to put 6 X AA batteries in for it to turn on! only to say error over and over again and the other 2 don't work. The Photos below are the standard of cleaning in this hotel and unfinished workmanship. Very Dissatisfied Hotel Stay."

"I'd like to leave a compliment to Linh, the vietnames lady who assisted me to check in and further with changing room. I would like to show very much appreciation to her. Overall, the stay was great, they provide complimentary water. We ordered in-room dining service for various times, and their food is great, the staffs were really friendly as well. The view was great as well, woke up with opera house view, it was a lovely experience. We also got lucky to see the fireworks being held in opera house right from our room. The only thing we found a little inconvenient was the location. It was considerably near to opera house and royal botanic gardens but it has quite a bit of distance from queen victoria and central area. The only thing the hotel should improve on is cleaning probably. After the room cleaning was done, I saw water on toilet floor (same before the cleaning), and they forgot to replenish some glasses etc. But overall it was quite a nice stay there. Thanks to Linh! "The hotel's location is fantastic. It's just a 10-minute walk to Darling Harbour or the University of Sydney (USYD), and about 15 minutes on foot to Chinatown. There's also a small park right downstairs, and the area is surprisingly quiet – truly a peaceful retreat amidst the city's hustle and bustle. The room itself is quite spacious and even includes a small balcony. Considering Sydney's prices, getting a hotel like this for the cost is absolutely excellent value for money!"

"Facilities: The two-bedroom suite we occupied was very well-equipped. It featured a full kitchen with a dishwasher and stove, a washing machine and dryer, and a coffee machine. If you happen to run out of coffee capsules, you can simply ask the front desk for more. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was decent. They provide a light cleaning service and trash collection every three days. The only drawback was the bedding arrangement: the duvet was merely two sheets sandwiched together, which meant it inevitably got completely messy and tangled after just one night's sleep. Service: As for service, this type of apartment offers very little, functioning more like a temporary home where guests are expected to purchase their own groceries and supplies for daily living."
