Hotels with Breakfast in Sydney

We had a wonderful stay at Capella Sydney. Our sincere thanks to Rebecca Chan and Kelly Huang for thoughtfully arranging our rooms and making our family feel so warmly welcomed. We would also like to thank Monica Cisneros for the delicious macarons—they were a lovely and thoughtful surprise. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and the hotel’s elegant interior, which beautifully combines classic heritage character with refined modern design. Every detail made the stay feel calm, comfortable, and special. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience. Capella Sydney will definitely be our first choice whenever we have the opportunity to return to Sydney.

The location of the hotel is really good. It's super convenient to go everywhere in the city. The room is very well designed and quite cozy. All staff are really nice, polite, & helpful. The hotel's cafe is cute and the breakfast there is also quite good.  The only issue that we faced in this trip was our A/C was not working on our first night and again on our final night. However, the staff was very helpful and very quickly fixing it. So our overall experience was quite happy. 

The location is excellent—it's very close to the Metro. Walking to Macquarie Centre only takes around 11 minutes as well. The surrounding area is a low-density commercial district, which makes the environment very comfortable. Service is generally good: the front desk staff are friendly and were able to resolve my issues promptly. Because I selected the wrong room type, the staff kindly arranged for my final three nights in another room. Even though there was a difference in price, it was only about AUD 10 per day. What surprised me most was that the room came equipped with a fridge, a washer-dryer, an induction cooktop, an oven, dishwasher and a coffee machine. For tourists, I think it’s a 10/10 experience—next time, I would definitely choose to stay here again. The only drawback is that no one cleans on Sundays. There are always small oversights with housekeeping. One night, there was a dirty cloth left in my room. After I reported it, the front desk staff handled it promptly. These are small issues, and I hope the hotel can improve housekeeping so everything stays consistent.

Surprisingly good! It’s super convenient to get here from the airport, train station, or by bus—no matter how you travel. The light rail station is just a few meters from the front door, taking you straight anywhere. The cleanliness is top-notch. I asked the front desk for a quiet lower bunk, and they did their best to accommodate me. My roommates were also very considerate and quiet. Aside from it being a bit warm and the mattress a bit too soft, everything was great. For luggage storage, there are both paid and free options; the free lockers allow you to use your own small padlock, which made me feel very secure both in the room and at the storage area. A hairdryer can be borrowed from the front desk by registering, to be returned within half an hour. I only stayed for one night, but I never had to wait in line for the shower or toilet—I could go whenever I needed, which was fantastic. They also screen movies every night, creating a great atmosphere. I didn't try the food here, but everything looked very well-organized. A thoroughly pleasant night!

Extremely satisfied with this business trip. It was very convenient to walk to the conference center from the hotel, and even on a rainy day, it was manageable without an umbrella. There are many dining options behind the hotel, and Town Hall is about a ten-minute walk away. The hotel is relatively new, which perfectly suits my principle of choosing newer accommodations over older ones.

The location is very convenient, and the view is excellent. Overall, the stay was fantastic. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were well-maintained. The front desk service was enthusiastic and efficient, making check-in and check-out quick. The geographical location is superior, making travel convenient, and the bedding was very comfortable to sleep in. I would choose to stay here again next time, highly recommended! It was a very good stay. The rooms were quiet and clean, and the staff were polite and friendly. The facilities were comprehensive, and the value for money was great. Everything exceeded expectations, highly recommended.

I don’t usually go out of my way to give hotel reviews. Postive or negative. However I must for this hotel. I was recommended this hotel by someone I am having a meeting with in the area. It was shockingly expensive, but I figured it would be worth it due to location and it was recommended by my contact. I don’t always stay in 5star, but when staying in 5star, and super expensive, I absolutely expect 5star service. 1. Having being dropped off at the hotel there was zero bell boy to help with my luggage. I did all myself. After going inside the hotel I was asked if I would like help with my bags, but replied I already had them… again I already go it myself. 2. At every single hotel I stay in the world it’s common when you ask at reception, how is my room, do I have a good view or location they check and my change it a little for better location or room type if they have vacancies. I was replied to by the girl in reception in a somewhat arrogant manner, sir you have the standard room… with zero intent to look to see if there was better option. In countless years and counties I’ve never had this response. At lease some carding or trying, even if they were full but not just arrogant cold “you have standard”. 3. The sauna advertised is NOT free. It’s paid extra and you need to book. Why would a hotel advertise sauna when it’s an additional cost. In addition it closes at 7:30pm. In all my years I’ve never been to a hotel where it closes so early. How can one have meetings and get back to have a sauna in time. When I complained about this also I was met with coke arrogant smiles. 4. The last day on check out in morning there was no body at the front desk. Zero. Very strange. Never have I been in a hotel there was no body in reception. Even more so strange for such an expensive hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I would in fact go, and have done put my way to NOT recommend. Not even a 1 star. For the price this is ridiculously over priced. The arrive is a lousy 1 star budge hotel. In fact a 1 star would have friendlier and better authentic service. On one positive note. The gym is amazing. The gym is a 5star as it’s not a “hotel gym” but a membership gym part of hotel. My overall rating therefore is a 2 star for the gym alone. Hotel for the price they charge and the well below average service zero!

Booked a family room. The room was spacious and clean. The location is excellent, and transportation is very convenient. Stayed in Sydney for four nights, and it was easy to get everywhere. We tried all sorts of transportation methods. If I have the chance to visit Sydney again, I would definitely consider staying at Vibe again! 👍🏻

The location is not bad for getting around by train, especially since it's halfway between Central and Town Hall, and you can take a tram. All the staff are friendly. I booked breakfast for two even though I was traveling alone because there wasn't a single-person option. It was clean and good, but the menu rarely changed, so I felt it was a bit overpriced. There was a washing machine on the 3rd floor, but I couldn't find a dryer, which was a shame (though I might have just missed it). It was also disappointing that I couldn't open the windows in clean-aired Sydney. Nevertheless, for expensive Sydney, I think I booked a good quality hotel at a relatively affordable price. If I go again, I'd be willing to stay here. I hope the areas for improvement can be addressed!

We had a brilliant experience at the Langham for our wedding anniversary! I forgot how much I like the Langham brand. From the pink ribbon around the toilet paper to the sleep ammenities (we asked for the sleep pillow mist and the room diffuser) to the suggested third eye massage technique and the chamomile tea before bedtime, we felt totally pampered and taken care of. Reservation was made for our celebratory dinner with fine steak dinner over the fantastic view of the Opera House. In room breakfast was delivered on time and the quantity copious. The Spanish bell boy was helpful and friendly. We were also upgraded to a harbour view room to our delight. Location was convenient to walk either to Barangaroo or the Rocks, for ferry ride or metro. Very pleased to have chosen The Langham, it was absolutely the right decision for us!
