Sydney Hotels with balcony

Excellent! Initially, I was a bit worried after reading reviews about it being unfriendly and noisy, but I found that wasn't the case. The hotel is cleaned daily and is very tidy. The room was spacious and had a balcony. It's true there's a bar downstairs, and if you leave the windows open at night, it can be a bit loud. However, the balcony has double-glazed windows, and once closed, it's quiet. One thing to note is that the hotel rooms with kitchens have an induction hob where the pot automatically heats up if it's not removed, and you can't just turn it off directly, which is different from what I'm used to. One day, the alarm went off because a neighbor burnt something, which gave us quite a fright. Thankfully, it was a false alarm. Overall, the room was large and comfortable, and it's very close to Darling Harbour, so you can enjoy the night view. The value for money is really high.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time! The hotel environment was comfortable and tidy, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were all well-equipped. The staff were friendly and polite, check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were quick to provide assistance when needed. The hotel's location was convenient, with good transportation and dining options nearby. Overall, it's great value for money and I had a very comfortable stay. I would consider staying here again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it to other travelers!

Hands down the best hotel in Sydney. It's truly a top-tier hotel, comparable to the J Hotel in Shanghai or the Park Hyatt in Kuala Lumpur, as it occupies Sydney's tallest building. The room amenities are fully automated; you just need to tap the tablet for anything you need. Plus, all rooms come with smart toilets, which is a rare find in Sydney hotels. The concierge service is also excellent. The only downside is that the breakfast is truly awful.

Hotel location is perfect. Walking distance (5min) to main shopping street (Pitt Street Mall) and QVB mall is just opposite. Hotel provides only basic amenities like towels and hand soups etc. this is a good base to do sightseeing around Sydney. I booked a triple family room with queen bed and single bed. I like the room design - the single bed has a wall and door to separate from the queen bed and there is privacy for family with kids. I will stay here again if I visit Sydney

The location is very convenient, and the view is excellent. Overall, the stay was fantastic. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were well-maintained. The front desk service was enthusiastic and efficient, making check-in and check-out quick. The geographical location is superior, making travel convenient, and the bedding was very comfortable to sleep in. I would choose to stay here again next time, highly recommended! It was a very good stay. The rooms were quiet and clean, and the staff were polite and friendly. The facilities were comprehensive, and the value for money was great. I don’t usually go out of my way to give hotel reviews. Postive or negative. However I must for this hotel. I was recommended this hotel by someone I am having a meeting with in the area. It was shockingly expensive, but I figured it would be worth it due to location and it was recommended by my contact. I don’t always stay in 5star, but when staying in 5star, and super expensive, I absolutely expect 5star service. 1. Having being dropped off at the hotel there was zero bell boy to help with my luggage. I did all myself. After going inside the hotel I was asked if I would like help with my bags, but replied I already had them… again I already go it myself. 2. At every single hotel I stay in the world it’s common when you ask at reception, how is my room, do I have a good view or location they check and my change it a little for better location or room type if they have vacancies. I was replied to by the girl in reception in a somewhat arrogant manner, sir you have the standard room… with zero intent to look to see if there was better option. In countless years and counties I’ve never had this response. At lease some carding or trying, even if they were full but not just arrogant cold “you have standard”. 3. The sauna advertised is NOT free. It’s paid extra and you need to book. Why would a hotel advertise sauna when it’s an additional cost. In addition it closes at 7:30pm. In all my years I’ve never been to a hotel where it closes so early. How can one have meetings and get back to have a sauna in time. When I complained about this also I was met with coke arrogant smiles. 4. The last day on check out in morning there was no body at the front desk. Zero. Very strange. Never have I been in a hotel there was no body in reception. Even more so strange for such an expensive hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I would in fact go, and have done put my way to NOT recommend. Not even a 1 star. For the price this is ridiculously over priced. The arrive is a lousy 1 star budge hotel. In fact a 1 star would have friendlier and better authentic service. On one positive note. The gym is amazing. The gym is a 5star as it’s not a “hotel gym” but a membership gym part of hotel. My overall rating therefore is a 2 star for the gym alone. Hotel for the price they charge and the well below average service zero!

OK for one night. The hotel is above the pub, which is also very busy in the afternoon. There is also live music there on Sundays until around 9 p.m. Everything is perfectly fine, unless you have room 10 next to the washing machine/dryer and sleep next to the ventilation. Even though drying and washing is not allowed after 9 p.m., it was very annoying. The hotel rooms face the back, so in the morning you also have the noise from the loading area of ​​the supermarket. On the positive side, the room was in a modern condition and the staff were all very nice. The beach is a ten-minute walk away.

Check-in is until 10:30 PM. I arrived at Sydney Airport at 9 PM and then had to pick up my rental car. I got to the hotel around 11 PM. I had previously contacted the hotel via Trip.com to let them know I would be arriving late, and it was no problem at all! The friendly lady warmly welcomed me. She just asked for my ID, then gave me my key card. Parking is free. When you check in, you can park your car for a few minutes to the left, opposite the office. Once you've checked in, you can use your key card to open a gate to park your car. It closes again for security. So, to enter, just hold your card to the right of the office, and the gate will open. To exit, there's a control panel on the right; just press it, and the gate will open. Parking spaces are fine, even for Suzukis. Right next to the parking spots, there's a staircase that leads to your room. On the downside: no elevator. Room amenities: 2 shampoos and 2 conditioners. Fresh towels. The bathroom takes a bit of getting used to. The tiles are in a dismal state, and if the bathroom door is left open, there's a constant light from outside. There's a sink with hot water, but the mirror is to the left of it. A hairdryer is provided. The bed is comfortable and large, easily fitting two people. There's also an additional bed to the left of the window, though its purpose isn't entirely clear to me. The walls resemble a prison. A TV is available. There's a kettle, instant coffee, and tea, along with spoons and cups. Opposite the bed is a large mirror. The air conditioning only works sporadically. Pros: Close to the airport. Free parking, affordable prices. Private bathroom. Aldi is a 20-minute walk away. A few huge spiders (by European standards) visited me in the room ;D Verdict: Perfectly fine for one or two days.

We had a brilliant experience at the Langham for our wedding anniversary! I forgot how much I like the Langham brand. From the pink ribbon around the toilet paper to the sleep ammenities (we asked for the sleep pillow mist and the room diffuser) to the suggested third eye massage technique and the chamomile tea before bedtime, we felt totally pampered and taken care of. Reservation was made for our celebratory dinner with fine steak dinner over the fantastic view of the Opera House. In room breakfast was delivered on time and the quantity copious. The Spanish bell boy was helpful and friendly. We were also upgraded to a harbour view room to our delight. Location was convenient to walk either to Barangaroo or the Rocks, for ferry ride or metro. Very pleased to have chosen The Langham, it was absolutely the right decision for us!

My experienced wasn’t bad. Location is very close to the train station, for the price it’s okay. Shout out to the reception a guy who served me when I arrived. He offered me a can of drink because it was sunny and I was walking from station to the accomodation. Great customer service. One thing that I don’t like was the mini bar fridge it was damaged. One night I arrived into my room, I nearly slipped, there was water everywhere from the fridge all the way to the door. I rang up to discuss the issue no one answered. I decided to put all the towels in the floor to stop the water. My issue was HEALTH & SAFETY of the guest. Aside from that issue everything was good. Ildelyn Geelong vic
