I really like that they have activities on Fridays and Saturdays, which is great for people who want to socialize! Plus, the bathrooms and the overall accommodation environment are excellent. You need to use a key card to enter and exit, so it's very secure! The location right next to the station is also super convenient.

The room was tiny and had no windows. What's worse, the window shown in the WeChat ad was clearly photoshopped! Each room has a skylight, similar to those found in an aviary, and it can't be closed. So, when the sun comes up, the room gets incredibly bright. However, the room itself was quite tastefully decorated, and the location is great. There's a fantastic and affordable Chinese restaurant called Jinji right across the street, and it's only a 3-minute walk to the subway. The key highlight for me, as someone who drives, is the free parking. There's a bar downstairs and guest rooms on the second floor.

The kitchen is well-equipped, although not everyone cleans up completely after themselves. However, it is cleaned daily by staff. Parking is always available without any problems, even directly in front of the door.

The Good: - comfy bed - stable hot shower with refillable shower gel bottles - fridge - washing machine plus dryer - lots of power ports - very central location - easy enough to contact the owner for info The Not So Good: - only one towel for three nights, maybe another one will do? - washing machine needs some maintenance, quite dirty and needs some cleaning/dust removal. The dryer works, but can overheat, probably due to dust collecting. - pillow was too thin, maybe another pillow will do - room was a bit small but not surprising, was a bit hard to place my large luggage Overall, I’d recommend the place despite some small issues that could make it the perfect place to stay. The price isn’t too bad, a bit more expensive than nearby hotels/hostels with the same room type, but I’d happily trade that for a quieter place to sleep.

Good service! very nice and kind 💯 But this hotel very original (truth) You need to pay a deposit to check in, and there were cockroaches on the wall while I was sleeping.Environmental hygiene is very bad 「the people here are friendly and welcoming」This is very good

We stayed at room 13, The window couldn't be opened. It has some soud proofing on top which lessen the noise that is coming from the Parramatta road. The room smells mouldy and mask by tiny air freshener. Towels, toiletries and bottle of water (upon check-in) is provided. We do not have a chance to use the breakfast facilities as we left before check out time

Newly renovated two-story house, spacious and bright rooms, parking available. Although the bathroom is shared, it's very clean. Excellent transportation; only a 4-minute walk to Burwood Chinatown. The downstairs kitchen is also convenient. The landlord is very kind; even though check-out time had long passed, they still allowed me to park my car in the yard and relax in the living room (^.^) 👍

Great service easy access, clean and close to shops would definitely stay here again . The rooms are good in size nice quiet location, the other people in the home were all very friendly. And helpful with explaining how to get around .

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any requests.
