Amazing
GGuest UserI really like Capella. The service is excellent, and the rooms are cleaned and turndown service is provided punctually. I even encountered a front desk staff member who spoke Chinese. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's sufficient. The twin room felt like one large and one small bed, which was perfectly fine. The location is convenient for getting anywhere, and food delivery is also available.

DDenne GohStayed 5 nights at Little National Hotel Sydney and overall it was a solid experience . Super Singaporean-friendly in terms of convenience: location was fantastic, literally next to the metro, walkable to Westfield for shopping, and very near Darling Harbour, plus the staff were always courteous and professional, making the stay smooth and pleasant; the only real complaint, and quite a big one for me, is that for a hotel costing over $200 a night, I shouldn’t have to go to the gym every day just to refill my water bottle — they clearly have space at the lift lobby (enough to put a sofa set), so installing a water dispenser on each floor would really improve the experience; overall a great stay, but this water situation is something they should seriously consider fixing.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk to the Sydney Opera House and the Royal Botanic Garden. It's also super convenient for catching a ferry from the wharf. The hotel's parking is actually at a Wilson Parking lot. We were told that booking overnight parking in advance through the Wilson app would be much cheaper; we didn't pre-book and it cost us 67 AUD for one night. If you're driving, you can navigate directly to Wilson Parking - Sofitel Wentworth, Sydney CBD, NSW Car Park. The car park entrance is on Blight Street, just behind the hotel's main entrance. When you arrive, you leave your keys with the Wilson staff and they'll park the car for you. You pay when you pick up the car, and they'll bring it back out to you.

AAnonymous UserI chose to stay here because I had an early morning flight the next day. I arrived at the hotel close to midnight, and the staff said I could pay $50 for early check-in. I felt $50 was a bit steep for just two extra hours, so I declined. There's a large supermarket and a food court about a 15-minute walk from the hotel, and the Thai food there was pretty good. The room was reasonably clean, but the facilities were old. The biggest issue was the lack of complimentary bottled water. A bottle of water that sells for $2 at the supermarket costs $5 in the room, which is really unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Also, you can walk to the hotel from T2 and T3 terminals in about 20 minutes, but it's further from T1 (international terminal), requiring a shuttle bus. The $12 per person fee is a bit expensive; if it were free, I think more people would choose to stay at this hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is pretty good, but it's overpriced. The rooms aren't very spacious, and the breakfast isn't really suitable for Chinese palates – there isn't much variety. Also, why is their deposit refund process so incredibly slow? It's been over 10 days since I checked out, and I still haven't received my deposit back. I've even emailed the hotel, but they haven't responded. I've seen other people mention that their deposit refunds are extremely slow too. If this is how they operate, then I definitely can't recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel environment is a bit old, and the bathroom has a bathtub. There are no power outlets by the bedside. They clean the room every day, and it's quite spacious, but the elevators can get a bit crowded during peak hours. As for the location, it's right across from Hyde Park, a few hundred meters from the Australian Museum, and the Museum subway station. While the Opera House is only a little over 1 km away, it still takes a bit of a walk. It's not right in the city center; you have to walk about ten minutes to find food. It takes about fifteen minutes to walk to Chinatown, the Opera House, and Darling Harbour. Maybe I walked too much those few days, but it felt a bit far.

LLara_2023The hotel location was great - close to thr airport and easy access to the city. Room was spacious and had good amenities e.g. kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher etc. Some aspects of the room would need a bit of updating as you can see it is not brand new anymore. Sauna, pool and jacuzzi were lovely. However, jacuzzi wasnt always working and had no working light in the evening. Overall, lovely hotel, staff was friendly - we would stay again :).

GGuest UserThe hotel ticks a lot of boxes, clean modern rooms, pool and steam room, and in the best location, very central over looking the beach. The hotel has just had a refurbishment, very tidy with a good bar and restaurant on the ground floor. Only slight negative, front dest - check in could be better and a bit more friendly. If you want to stay in Manly, this hotel is your best choice, the other main hotel is way down at the end of the beach.

GGuest UserThe hotel is unique and was renovated from a pier. The location is quite convenient. At the seventh stop of Bigbus, walk about 500 meters to the NSW Art Gallery, and then walk about 500 meters to St. Mary's Church and Hyde Park, and walk about 200 meters to the Sydney Museum. It is about 500 meters from St. Mary's Church to David Jones Shopping Center. It is about one kilometer to the Opera House and the Rocks. It is very suitable for city walks, but not as noisy as the central area.
