Amazing
GGuest UserI really like Capella. The service is excellent, and the rooms are cleaned and turndown service is provided punctually. I even encountered a front desk staff member who spoke Chinese. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's sufficient. The twin room felt like one large and one small bed, which was perfectly fine. The location is convenient for getting anywhere, and food delivery is also available.

DDenne GohStayed 5 nights at Little National Hotel Sydney and overall it was a solid experience . Super Singaporean-friendly in terms of convenience: location was fantastic, literally next to the metro, walkable to Westfield for shopping, and very near Darling Harbour, plus the staff were always courteous and professional, making the stay smooth and pleasant; the only real complaint, and quite a big one for me, is that for a hotel costing over $200 a night, I shouldn’t have to go to the gym every day just to refill my water bottle — they clearly have space at the lift lobby (enough to put a sofa set), so installing a water dispenser on each floor would really improve the experience; overall a great stay, but this water situation is something they should seriously consider fixing.

GGuest UserThis veteran five-star hotel offers an amazing experience! The bedding is incredibly soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a truly restful sleep. The room also features a capsule coffee machine, a thoughtful detail. The location is unbeatable, with Circular Quay and the surrounding commercial streets just a short walk away, perfect for a leisurely city walk. We stayed during Chinese New Year when the hotel was almost fully booked and rooms were very scarce. However, the staff kindly helped coordinate our stay, successfully arranging two consecutive nights. Their service was incredibly heartwarming. This is definitely our top choice for future trips and highly recommended!

GGuest UserLet's start with the positives:
- Location is perfect, 5min away from Circular Quay, 10min walk from the shopping area of Pitt street. Right in the city center.
- Staff is nice, giving small gift to our kid. Breakfast is also quite good.
- We were able to do an early check-in at 10am without surcharge, which was very nice after an overnight flight.
Now for the negatives:
- Room is small and basic for a 5 star hotel, shower room is very simple, you'd expect more for a premium brand like Mariott at a price of 500 AUD for a night.
- The harbor bridge view room is absolutely not worth it: you need to be at your window and looking on the right to see it. Completely useless. The real view is currently a construction site. Very disappointing.
- Cleaning is not done properly: there were still some crumbs on the floor after the room was cleaned, and worth, there were 3 pairs for previous guests slippers under the bed!
To conclude, it's not worth it. Next time I'll probably stay again at the Shangri-La for a similar pricing.
AAnonymous UserI chose to stay here because I had an early morning flight the next day. I arrived at the hotel close to midnight, and the staff said I could pay $50 for early check-in. I felt $50 was a bit steep for just two extra hours, so I declined. There's a large supermarket and a food court about a 15-minute walk from the hotel, and the Thai food there was pretty good.
The room was reasonably clean, but the facilities were old. The biggest issue was the lack of complimentary bottled water. A bottle of water that sells for $2 at the supermarket costs $5 in the room, which is really unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Also, you can walk to the hotel from T2 and T3 terminals in about 20 minutes, but it's further from T1 (international terminal), requiring a shuttle bus. The $12 per person fee is a bit expensive; if it were free, I think more people would choose to stay at this hotel.

GGuest UserWe had an amazing honeymoon stay at Pullman Sydney Hyde Park! The room was gorgeous and the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They helped us sort out sightseeing plans around the city and even recommended an online same‑day Hunter Valley wine tour, which turned out to be a highlight. Big thanks to the whole team for making our honeymoon so memorable. Highly recommend!
I attached a photo of the view from our room.

LLara_2023The hotel location was great - close to thr airport and easy access to the city.
Room was spacious and had good amenities e.g. kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher etc. Some aspects of the room would need a bit of updating as you can see it is not brand new anymore.
Sauna, pool and jacuzzi were lovely. However, jacuzzi wasnt always working and had no working light in the evening.
Overall, lovely hotel, staff was friendly - we would stay again :).
GGuest UserThe hotel ticks a lot of boxes, clean modern rooms, pool and steam room, and in the best location, very central over looking the beach. The hotel has just had a refurbishment, very tidy with a good bar and restaurant on the ground floor. Only slight negative, front dest - check in could be better and a bit more friendly.
If you want to stay in Manly, this hotel is your best choice, the other main hotel is way down at the end of the beach.
GGuest UserWe had a brilliant experience at the Langham for our wedding anniversary! I forgot how much I like the Langham brand. From the pink ribbon around the toilet paper to the sleep ammenities (we asked for the sleep pillow mist and the room diffuser) to the suggested third eye massage technique and the chamomile tea before bedtime, we felt totally pampered and taken care of. Reservation was made for our celebratory dinner with fine steak dinner over the fantastic view of the Opera House. In room breakfast was delivered on time and the quantity copious. The Spanish bell boy was helpful and friendly. We were also upgraded to a harbour view room to our delight. Location was convenient to walk either to Barangaroo or the Rocks, for ferry ride or metro. Very pleased to have chosen The Langham, it was absolutely the right decision for us!
AAnonymous UserVery nice view from our room widows. There are full of different types restaurants on the ground floor. But If you close the window, the sound proof is excellent which I typically want to recommend.
Stuffs are friendly and helpful, willing to give you recommendations if you are first-time visitors. They even wrote a welcome card.
They have a ballroom here just opposite the reception, holding different personal events every night. I like the vibe which means it's popular place and safe.
The hotel is friendly to those who travel with dogs. They have special bed and food for dogs. But we didn't need it and the dog net door barked very early in the morning. We were OK with it.
At the other aspect, the hotel goes too much.
The breakfast is allllll for vegetarians.
Yes, all.
As a guest, you are left with no choice.
This is the only point that I particularly hate. Be whatever you like, just don't push others to do the something, especially when you are running a business.
