MM8171****Normally, I don't go out of my way to write hotel reviews; I usually just leave a rating. However, my stay at the Yiju Hotel was exceptionally good, so much so that I felt compelled to write a detailed review to praise them. I've probably stayed at hotels in a similar price range as Yiju about ten times, and this one truly stands out as the best and most memorable experience. First and foremost, the service attitude and attention to detail were outstanding. From the moment my taxi pulled up to the hotel entrance until I checked out and collected my luggage, every single staff member I encountered was warm, comforting, and provided thoughtful, emotionally enriching service. This included, but was not limited to, helping with luggage, seeing us off, offering welcome tea, meticulously explaining room details, and even tidying up charging cables during turndown service. Secondly, the breakfast (the restaurant service was excellent too). Each day featured unique breakfast dishes, and we even got to enjoy rare delicacies like abalone and fish maw stew, which you might not even find in a formal dinner. The overall quality was superb, almost comparable to a Michelin-starred fine dining experience. Lastly, the room itself was spacious, had a great view, and the facilities were clean, beautiful, and full of thoughtful details. Plus, there was a complimentary mini-bar. Many thanks to Yvonne, Patrick, Jacey, Kurt, Kiven, and all the other colleagues whose names I haven't yet remembered, for their enthusiastic service. I hope to visit again soon!

MM371987****I was drawn to the Morpheus hotel's exterior on my last visit to Macau, so this time I specifically booked two nights. The room design is very modern, and all the facilities look brand new, almost unique in Macau. The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. Whether calling the hotel through the Ctrip app on my phone or contacting room service from the room, the service was professional and attentive. Communication was seamless in either English or Mandarin, and all the staff were very patient. There's luggage storage service available both before check-in and after check-out. If early check-in is possible, the front desk will call to notify you. You can walk to the City of Dreams' free shuttle bus to get to the ferry terminal, airport, and other places. Staff members guide you, and the queues aren't too long, making it very convenient for catching flights. The hotel lobby is next to the COD casino, with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel gym isn't 24-hour; it opens at 10 AM, requires registration with a staff member, and is relatively small. My room faced Macau University of Science and Technology and the airport, so there wasn't much of a view. Turndown service in the evening included hand cream/essential oil. The fruit platter and mini-bar items were fully replenished each day. The toiletries were a full set from Acqua di Parma, and there was also a Zaha Hadid book in the room. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

AAnonymous UserThe room was incredibly spacious, clean, and tidy, with a central control pad. The hotel's room service was exceptionally thoughtful; they delivered small gifts every evening and even a box of macarons. The mini-bar soft drinks and snacks were replenished daily, and I thoroughly enjoyed them. I especially appreciated the hotel's pillow selection, allowing guests to choose based on their preferences – they even offered latex pillows for those who prefer a firmer feel, which was a very considerate touch. The hotel is conveniently located within the Studio City Mall, offering one-stop shopping and entertainment. The only minor drawback is that since the hotel is newly built, there's still a slight lingering scent in the room. I'd suggest adding air purifiers to the rooms.

HHing keungIt has been over 5 years not stay in this hotel. This time made me not much excited. Regards the room service, there are only 2 bottles of water provided and it's much behind others. the saunna room still keeps same and it's the only point I forcast. Unfortunately, there still no wet towel provided, no slipper provided, the good thing is not much people use the room. the view is nice and this is the selling point. I might not stay again unless the room rate is attractively.

GGuest UserAn incredibly luxurious five-star hotel. I've always been a fan of Karl Lagerfeld's designs, so I was absolutely thrilled to have the opportunity to stay at The Karl Lagerfeld Hotel today! The value for money here is excellent. Breakfast is served à la carte on the first floor, and it wasn't crowded at all.

KKira🌟 Truly captivated by my stay at MO! 🌟 Undoubtedly Macau's top scenic spot, the luxurious Tower View Suite offers unparalleled views – one side facing the stunning sea, the other overlooking the Macau Tower. You can enjoy the sunset over the tower from your room in the evening, and witness the sunrise over the ocean from the pool in the morning. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking! The hotel's service is impeccable and incredibly thoughtful. Upon learning it was for my parents' anniversary, they proactively upgraded our room, decorated it, and gifted us red wine and cake. As a member, I also received a complimentary breakfast for a third person. The attention to detail in their service was truly moving. From the moment the butler escorted us and introduced the facilities, we felt a warm sense of belonging. The turn-down service didn't feel routine; instead, it genuinely anticipated all our needs. Returning to the room in the evening, we discovered so many delightful surprises, feeling a truly personalized touch. The breakfast, featuring mostly my favorite Chinese dim sum, was exquisite and delicious. Definitely worth a perfect score! 💯

MM479886****Convenient location: ~25 minutes from airport by taxi; quiet area with a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores, but hotel itself has three own restaurants (Western, Chinese and Thai food) with affordable prices for big plates; polite and friendly staff everywhere - special thanks to breakfast crew; own bar has good selection of classic, modern cocktails and premium liquors and whiskey; clean and neat rooms with necessary things, but my opinion: hairdryer was a little old and it took me longer to dry my short hair.

GGuest UserThe location is not really very convenient and it’s not directly connected to most casino so you’ll have to expect to pay for public transportation mostly. For other hotels, u can usually travel between Macau and Taipa with their shuttle buses for free. For this hotel, the shuttle bus system isn’t very good, the frequency of departure is low and the operating time is limited. The walking route that shows on google maps isn’t quite accurate so be prepared.

MM297313****🇲🇴 Macau Weekend | A Relaxing Weekend Getaway at YOHO Treasure Island Popped over to Macau for the weekend and decided to stay at the YOHO Treasure Island Hotel this time. No rushing to attractions, no crowds – just wanted a quiet, chill weekend at the hotel. The Pure Gold (Treasure Island) Fireworks Seaview Room we stayed in was incredibly spacious. The view from the bay window was amazing, offering a direct photo op with the Macau Tower. I absolutely have to highlight the infinity pool on the second floor of the hotel. It seamlessly blends with the Nam Van Lake scenery, providing an expansive, unobstructed view. The gym equipment is brand new, and working out while looking out at the Almeida Ribeiro square view really lifts your spirits. The YOHO Treasure Island Shopping Centre downstairs is also great for a stroll. It perfectly satisfies all your dining, entertainment, and shopping needs. There's even an S-tier POP MART store here, showcasing many popular MEGA series and Macau-exclusive photo installations. I was super lucky and pulled the design I wanted! We grabbed lunch at Five Guys. The burgers are made fresh, the patties are juicy, and the fries are freshly fried in peanut oil. Dining in the outdoor area even lets you enjoy the Nam Van Lake view. After lunch, we caught 'Zootopia 2' at the Bona International Cinema. The cinema environment is excellent. The VIP seats recline fully, and there are dedicated USB charging ports and small lamps. The screen and sound effects were also impressive – highly recommend it! That's how the weekend calmly unfolded at the hotel. Swimming, working out, watching movies, dining – everything was so convenient. Plus, if you drive, parking is free for hotel guests (other visitors get 3 free hours, with extra time for additional spending). If you also enjoy this kind of no-rush, all-in-one relaxing staycation, this would be a great choice! #MacauHotel #MacauWeekend #YOHOTreasureIslandHotel #RelaxingWeekend #MacauTravelGuide #DiscoverHiddenGems

MM450993****A standard five-star hotel. After clearing customs, you can just take the hotel's shuttle. For departure, you can go to the opposite side and take the hotel's shuttle again, which is quite convenient. There are many dining options nearby, making it suitable for a longer stay. Coming to Macau for New Year's Eve is great. There's also a shuttle from Galaxy back to the hotel, so you don't need to go through customs again.
