We did hit one small snag: we ordered room service and discovered mould in a yogurt. We simply informed the team to prevent other guests from experiencing the same. Their response? IMPRESSIVE. They immediately apologized, checked their entire stock, assured us of food safety protocols, and waived our entire room service bill as a gesture of goodwill. No excuses â just accountability and action!

GGuest User## Facilities: Quite Disappointing
On the first day, the shower drain was blocked, causing water to overflow everywhere. It was quite late, so I ended up using a bathmat to soak it up myself. The next day, I specifically called the front desk, and they left a message when I returned saying it had been resolved. To my dismay, it was blocked again the second day, forcing me to rush out mid-shower to call them.
Additionally, the room phone seemed to have a faulty connection; I kept trying to dial but couldn't get a call through. Even after requesting an air purifier, my throat still felt quite stuffy.
## Service:
During check-in, I specifically requested not to be given a room at the end of the corridor. Well, they assigned me the very first room. Two staff members even came up to demonstrate how to operate the curtains... (a bit excessive!). However, the room service staff were actually very good; they were patient and responded promptly to all my requests.
## Location:
The location is indeed quite out of the way. Taxis are scarce during peak hours, whereas it was much easier to hail a cab at The Londoner during the same times. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're traveling with minors, as you'll have to walk a much longer route if you can't cut through the casino. I honestly don't know how people manage to explore all of Macau in a single day. For me, getting back from The Venetian felt incredibly far, and even getting to The Londoner was quite a trek. I was so exhausted I even considered taking a taxi just to get to Wynn.
## Cleanliness:
The cleanliness was acceptable. I didn't experience any allergic reactions while sleeping, and overall, the room was quite clean. However, I suspect my throat discomfort was likely related to the carpet.

44399dianjingdashiThis might be my fourth or fifth stay at the Galaxy Hotel, and I really love the interior design here. When the sun shines into the room, it feels so comfortable; it's never dark or gloomy. Every time I check in, there are always little desserts to enjoy while waiting, and Butler Betty is always there to assist. Most of the snacks and drinks in the room are complimentary! As for breakfast, it's quite pricey, similar to The Londoner, but comparing the two, it definitely falls short. I'll continue to choose Galaxy Hotel on my next trip to Macau, but I probably won't opt for breakfast again, haha, because the value for money isn't great. Betty also comes by during breakfast to ask how it was and what could be improved, which is definitely a commendable point! Such thoughtful service!

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at The Londoner Grand in Macau. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit special â they upgraded our room for free and even surprised my mum with a complimentary birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The hotel environment is elegant, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Everything was spotless, from the lobby to the room, and the overall atmosphere felt luxurious yet comfortable. The location is also perfect â very convenient with direct access to shops, restaurants, and nearby attractions.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommend The Londoner Grand for anyone visiting Macau, whether for a family trip, celebration, or a relaxing getaway.

DDoufuzhazhaI visited during the off-peak season, and the price was incredibly good value â a real steal, especially as it won't be available at this rate again until after the Chinese New Year. It also happened to coincide with the International Fireworks Festival, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows served as a perfect viewing platform. All the photos, aside from the first two, were taken with my phone from inside the room; one of them beautifully captures the night view of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. I was so reluctant to leave, constantly looking back. The whole experience was simply fantastic. I'm already making plans to stay again!

MM267313****I've been to Macau many times and stayed at many hotels here, but this visit to MO still amazed me. The service was exceptional; every hotel staff member I encountered, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly friendly.
The breakfast was delicious. I met Leo every day at breakfast, and he was always friendly and proactive. When he learned it was my first stay, he kindly introduced me to the different breakfast options. It was perfectly timed and never felt intrusive, like a friend hosting a guest.
The room was very clean with excellent views. The turndown service every evening was fantastic. The hotel is connected to MGM via One Central, so you can take MGM's shuttle buses from there.
This hotel gives off a true holiday vibe, unlike the noisier casino hotels. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax in Macau.

IIsmairujingThe public areas were impeccably clean, with constant mopping and cleaning, which was particularly noticeable and appreciated during the rainy days we experienced. The supermarket, pharmacy, and jewelry shops located downstairs were incredibly convenient. Itâs fantastic for families with children, as you don't need to step outside the hotel to access everything. The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of options, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was fully stocked with everything one could need for snacks and beverages, and the toiletries provided were comprehensive and well-thought-out. The only minor drawback was the location; it felt a little off the beaten path, and the immediate surroundings outside the hotel weren't particularly bustling. However, it was a short walk to The Parisian and The Londoner. We would definitely choose this hotel again in the future! One regret was that the 'Figure 8' Ferris Wheel was closed due to a typhoon warning and rain.

Now for the downsides. As other reviews have mentioned, I found the check-in process to be incredibly slow; it took half an hour, even though I was checking in late at night. The front desk initially claimed there were no standard rooms available and tried to assign me an accessible room. After I declined, they 'magically' found a regular room. I truly don't understand their reasoning for this.
On the second morning, around 10 AM, after returning from breakfast, my room key card had stopped working. I had to wait quite a while for a new one to be delivered, which disrupted my plans for going out at noon. I complained about the service quality, and they offered a fruit platter as compensation.
In summary, if you're not in a rush and aren't overly sensitive to service issues, you might consider this hotel. The overall value for money is acceptable.
