MM8171****Normally, I don't go out of my way to write hotel reviews; I usually just leave a rating. However, my stay at the Yiju Hotel was exceptionally good, so much so that I felt compelled to write a detailed review to praise them.
I've probably stayed at hotels in a similar price range as Yiju about ten times, and this one truly stands out as the best and most memorable experience.
First and foremost, the service attitude and attention to detail were outstanding. From the moment my taxi pulled up to the hotel entrance until I checked out and collected my luggage, every single staff member I encountered was warm, comforting, and provided thoughtful, emotionally enriching service. This included, but was not limited to, helping with luggage, seeing us off, offering welcome tea, meticulously explaining room details, and even tidying up charging cables during turndown service.
Secondly, the breakfast (the restaurant service was excellent too). Each day featured unique breakfast dishes, and we even got to enjoy rare delicacies like abalone and fish maw stew, which you might not even find in a formal dinner. The overall quality was superb, almost comparable to a Michelin-starred fine dining experience.
Lastly, the room itself was spacious, had a great view, and the facilities were clean, beautiful, and full of thoughtful details. Plus, there was a complimentary mini-bar.
Many thanks to Yvonne, Patrick, Jacey, Kurt, Kiven, and all the other colleagues whose names I haven't yet remembered, for their enthusiastic service. I hope to visit again soon!

MM371987****I was drawn to the Morpheus hotel's exterior on my last visit to Macau, so this time I specifically booked two nights. The room design is very modern, and all the facilities look brand new, almost unique in Macau.
The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. Whether calling the hotel through the Ctrip app on my phone or contacting room service from the room, the service was professional and attentive. Communication was seamless in either English or Mandarin, and all the staff were very patient. There's luggage storage service available both before check-in and after check-out. If early check-in is possible, the front desk will call to notify you. You can walk to the City of Dreams' free shuttle bus to get to the ferry terminal, airport, and other places. Staff members guide you, and the queues aren't too long, making it very convenient for catching flights.
The hotel lobby is next to the COD casino, with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel gym isn't 24-hour; it opens at 10 AM, requires registration with a staff member, and is relatively small. My room faced Macau University of Science and Technology and the airport, so there wasn't much of a view. Turndown service in the evening included hand cream/essential oil. The fruit platter and mini-bar items were fully replenished each day. The toiletries were a full set from Acqua di Parma, and there was also a Zaha Hadid book in the room.
Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Wwujiani_AlinaOn the first day, during check-in, a staff member introduced us to the hotel, nearby transportation, and asked if we needed any extra items (as we were two adults and two children). The hotel staff thoughtfully prepared many items for the kids. We stayed for four days and three nights, and every day, used items were replenished, and if anything from the mini-bar (snacks/drinks) was consumed, it was also refilled. It's very kid-friendly; there's a Toy Story exhibit downstairs and a Don Quijote supermarket to browse. Highly recommended for families with children. The room assigned to us was also very quiet, ensuring a great rest. All the hotel staff we encountered were incredibly friendly and proactively asked if we needed any help! Highly impressed!

GGuest UserAn incredibly luxurious five-star hotel. I've always been a fan of Karl Lagerfeld's designs, so I was absolutely thrilled to have the opportunity to stay at The Karl Lagerfeld Hotel today! The value for money here is excellent. Breakfast is served à la carte on the first floor, and it wasn't crowded at all.

YYuanyiI stayed here for three days. The location is super convenient. You can take the free shuttle from the airport, which drops you off right nearby. If you want to experience Macau, staying on the main island is recommended, and if you're looking for peace, cleanliness, and a touch of oriental culture, Mandarin Oriental is definitely the best choice. The service was excellent; when I left, the doorman even drove us in the courtesy car to the MGM Museum, which was nearby and where we wanted to go. The consistent light Chinese aesthetic is understated and elegant. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

GGuest UserThe location is not really very convenient and it’s not directly connected to most casino so you’ll have to expect to pay for public transportation mostly. For other hotels, u can usually travel between Macau and Taipa with their shuttle buses for free. For this hotel, the shuttle bus system isn’t very good, the frequency of departure is low and the operating time is limited. The walking route that shows on google maps isn’t quite accurate so be prepared.

🏋️ The gym equipment is more than enough for a beginner like me. Sweating it out while running with a view of the Grand Lisboa & Almeida Ribeiro Street is truly refreshing.
🪧 The location is superb, right on the peninsula. It's only a 15-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. Guests get free parking upon check-in, plus 3 hours of free parking for all guests, with additional free hours for spending! This is super friendly for those who drive!!!
Dining, a supermarket 🛒, and a cinema 🎬 are all downstairs in the YOHO Treasure Island Mall. The Jellycat tennis 🎾 charm and the small bear soft necklace 🧸 are so cute!!!
For lunch, I had a Five Guys burger 🍔 – I absolutely love their bacon cheeseburger; the beef patty is so juicy.
In the afternoon, I went to CAFÉ KITSUNE for coffee ☕️. The coffee art had the brand's classic little fox design. The dessert display had a wide variety of beautiful pastries.
In the evening, I had an authentic Chaoshan beef hotpot at Hoi Wan Hoi Kei, then went to Bona International Cinema to watch the latest Zootopia 2. It was so chill ✨. The seats were large and comfortable, and there were USB charging ports and small lights.

SShuangzizuopingguoThe hotel has a very festive appearance, with many rows of large red lanterns at the entrance and an impressive lobby. The room is very spacious, and it was comfortable even with three friends staying together. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of delicious food, and they refill items very quickly. Besides cars, there's also a shuttle bus service to and from Hong Kong via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, which is super convenient.

NNulixiangzhuoxingfufeixiangThe hotel's location is excellent, right next to the station, making travel very convenient. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly. The rooms here are spacious and very authentic, with a simple yet vintage Portuguese style, and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is large and has a bathtub for soaking, and the water in the tub was a beautiful, very light blue, creating a lovely and romantic atmosphere. The windows are sealed, but through the glass, you can see the sea, as well as the Grand Lisboa and MGM across the way... Nice.
