MMdm VApart from celebrating my fatherâs 80th birthday, this trip was also an opportunity to mark Motherâs Day. It was our first stay at NĂŒwa, and the experience has been truly exceptional.
.
My mother has been full of praise for the staff, who she found incredibly warm, welcoming, and delightful. We are especially grateful to Jerry, Yvonne, Mike, Jackson, and Angela for all their kind assistance and excellent arrangements.
.
Although my father is a man of few words, Iâm quite sure he agrees with my mother â NĂŒwa will definitely be our hotel of choice in Macau next year!
TTuzi1030We came to Macau for our anniversary this time. We stayed at Studio City's Celebrity Tower first, then the W. The contrast was so stark that I absolutely had to leave a glowing review for Celebrity Tower.
Before checking in, I sent an email hoping they could help decorate for our anniversary. When we opened the room door, the bed was thoughtfully decorated with rose petals and towel-folded swans. The room was a basic suite, very spacious and beautiful. My girlfriend loved the bathtub and vanity area. What was most touching was that the Housekeeping Manager sent us a handwritten anniversary card and a small pony plushie â it was incredibly heartwarming.
On the day of checkout, we went for a swim, and the hotel proactively extended our checkout until 1 PM. When I returned to the room after swimming, I found staff members waiting at our door with a luggage cart. They helped us load our bags onto the cart one by one and carefully delivered them downstairs. The butler stayed with us the whole time, waiting for us to sign off on the handover, and then personally accompanied us all the way to the W Hotel. Since the two hotels are not interconnected, the butler specifically explained, 'I need to go with you to ensure a smooth luggage transfer' â such attention to detail completely exceeded our expectations.
Compared to the W where we stayed afterwards (they mixed up our anniversary with a birthday, offered perfunctory compensation, and only gave us an hour for late checkout), Celebrity Tower truly made us feel 'at home'. Their service isn't just going through the motions; they genuinely treat you like a valued guest. From now on, whenever we come to Macau, Celebrity Tower will be our only choice.
Thank you to the butler and the housekeeping team; you made our anniversary truly special.
MMuxi456A legendary hotel. Designed by Zaha Hadid, with an investment of 6.5 billion, utilizing 28,000 tons of steel, and managed by Lawrence Ho, it opened in 2018.
The service is impeccable; guests are escorted to their rooms, and luggage is handled for them. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the fully smart features were truly ahead of their time 8 years ago. Don't miss the open-air pool on the 50th floor.
Breakfast is served directly to the room. Guests in executive rooms can also have breakfast at the lounge on the 30th floor. It's a semi-buffet style, and the quality is superb.
I do have to complain about the behavior of some mainland Chinese guests. Half of them were wearing slippers in the lounge, speaking loudly, playing audio on their phones without headphones, and generally lacking etiquette. Such 'uncouth' individuals really shouldn't be present in such an establishment.
GGuest UserVery friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and newly-furnished room. I and my family enjoyed staying here a lot. We definitely will consider this hotel again when we visit Macao next time.
CChanyiZenThis is the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Macau. It boasts unparalleled high-altitude views. The room was spacious and newly renovated, making for a very comfortable stay. The ocean view from the window was stunning and expansive. The cleanliness was exceptional, spotless everywhere. The bedding was new and very clean, and the large bathtub made for a very relaxing soak. The shower water pressure was also good. The internet speed was super fast, perfect for working. Both the housekeeping and front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly, always smiling. Check-in was fast and professional, making me feel right at home. Although this was my first time staying here, the service and beautiful scenery left a deep impression on me. The wonderful experience here was unforgettable and definitely highly recommended.
XXiaozhanlaopo0805Service was top-notch, absolutely superb! The front desk kindly upgraded me to a super view deluxe king room for free. The room was incredibly spacious, bright, comfortable, and spotless. They even provided fresh fruit. The bathroom was expansive, and the walk-in closet was huge. A little more light at the vanity would be a nice touch. Breakfast was also very refined. Overall, it was excellent, a full five-star review! đđđđđ
GGuest UserWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Conrad Macao, conveniently located 8 minutes drive away from the airport. The hotel is well designed and well maintained, the lobby looks impressive, the service was impeccable at all levels. The front desk officer who checked us in - this kind gentleman Ben Ng, was so sweet and helpful. Upon hearing it was our first time in Macau, he gave us some very good tips and recommendations. The hotel has a great amenities and facilities. We particularly liked the pool and gym. The room service menu was also very good, very extensive, and reasonably priced. Great experience overall.
AAnonymous UserFirst off, the room was absolutely massive! In Macau, where space is a premium, the W really isn't shy about giving you room to breathe. We could spread out our suitcases without them getting in the way, and there was a separate lounge area with a super comfy beanbag chair. The bathroom had dual sinks, and the shower was incredibly spacious too. But what really blew me away was the night view from the window! We were on a higher floor, right opposite the bustling Taipa district. When the lights came on at night, it was like the whole city transformed into a dazzling galaxy â the '8' Ferris wheel at Studio City, the Parisian Eiffel Tower... it was all there. Turning off the room lights and sitting by the window, watching the trails of car lights, felt truly magical and made for some amazing photos! And I have to rave about the breakfast! I honestly didn't have high expectations for hotel breakfast, but I was completely won over by the seafood congee. The congee base was incredibly smooth, and they were incredibly generous with the fresh prawns and scallops â I had three bowls! There was also freshly made wonton noodles with perfectly springy bamboo noodles. They even had Portuguese egg tarts and Serradura (sawdust pudding), so breakfast felt as satisfying as an afternoon tea.
LLoloAugBeautiful hotel and great amenities. Rooms are spacious with a wonderful view of the garden or ocean. Although we are a couple sans children, the hotel is very family friendly with two pools (one indoor, one outdoor). Outdoor pool had an area for children with a zip line and balance obstacles. Childrenâs club with indoor bounce house, board games, table tennis table, pool table, foosball table and outdoor jungle gym. Changing room has a steam room, sauna and showers. Easy to order food and drinks pool side via QR code however service can be a little slow therefore expect to wait a little bit for what you ordered to be delivered. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and price is very affordable, with a discounted price for children. Highly recommend staying here and we will stay here again in the future.
GGuest UserThe room was very comfortable and nice. The hotel needs to replace the elevator on the sixth floor. The landing area on each floor was spacious and bright, and the bathroom was large and practical. The hotel has a restaurant, and there's a large supermarket right outside, which is very convenient for shopping.
