MM261379****This hotel was surprisingly good, exceeding all my expectations, and offered great value for money. I'm a light sleeper, so I'd requested a quiet room on a high floor, away from the elevator, in my Ctrip notes. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, assigning me a room that perfectly met my requests. My entire stay was absolutely perfect! I'll definitely choose the Emperor Hotel again – it was very, very, very well!
Just a small suggestion for next time: it would be great if you could add two high bar stools next to the in-room bar counter. It would really enhance the ambiance and make it more comfortable for having a drink there, instead of having to drink standing up! 🤣

JJushifulvxingrijiThe room was spacious and clean with complete amenities, and all the toiletries were L'Occitane products, which really got me interested. When I checked out, the front desk even gave me a sample, which I loved. It's also quite convenient for getting around; there's a light rail just a few hundred meters away that goes straight to the airport. The only downside is that the toothbrush bristles were too hard and made my gums bleed. 😫

AAnonymous UserThe hotel boasts an excellent location and is very quiet on a high floor, offering great value for money. The service was attentive. Right outside, there are plenty of options for quick bites and local snacks. Getting a taxi to the ferry terminal is quick and convenient. For those traveling from Macau to West Kowloon (High-Speed Rail Station) or Harbour City, taking a ferry to the appropriate passenger terminal is the most convenient option. However, if you arrive at the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal, it's best to go to Sheung Wan MTR station to connect to the subway. Do be prepared for a fair bit of walking in Hong Kong!

JJieyuThe room's interior design is elegant and classic, in an 18th-century Victorian style. We stayed in a sea-view room with a small balcony, perfect for relaxing and watching the clouds drift by.
This was our second stay at the hotel, and this time we brought our child along. The little one absolutely loved it and enjoyed playing in the bathtub.
The rooftop is where breakfast is served. Although it's not large, it has windows on three sides, making it very pleasant. For a hotel with a relatively small number of rooms, the breakfast selection is quite extensive and the food is delicious and beautifully prepared.

MM60412****Regal Hotel is definitely the top choice when visiting Macau. It's conveniently located and has a great atmosphere. I booked two consecutive nights this time because the stay experience was excellent, and I had good quality sleep. The hotel's memory foam pillow design is very user-friendly, offering good support, and perfectly molds to the head and neck.

GGuest UserHappy to get upgraded to a suite. Appreciate the customer service of their staff very much! They were proactive to offer help and reacted fast to solve any problems arise. They would also go an extra step to make their customers satisfied and happy. Overall cleanliness is good. Bed is comfy. Gym room and indoor swimming pool is nice too. The only drawback is the outdoor swimming pool not opened due to construction which we didn’t know ahead. But it was still a very pleasant stay. Big thanks to the staff:)

HHuangjuanjuan11I booked the Lisboeta Brown & Friends themed hotel a long time ago because I love Brown Bear. The stay was very comfortable, and the hygiene was excellent, which made me very happy. The soundproofing was also great. However, despite the hotel stating check-in was after 3 PM, when I arrived at 3:40 PM, the front desk told me to wait 20 minutes. I went for coffee and dinner, and by 4:50 PM, I still couldn't check in. I finally got to check in at 5:10 PM. I think they really need to improve this aspect, as time is precious, and this kind of delay makes the entire travel itinerary very tight. I'll definitely come back to Lisboeta once my child is a bit older, as everything else was great! 😜

CCC TourThis hotel is right next to the Jai Alai Hotel. From Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, it only takes a few minutes to walk here, so not having a good view isn't a big deal—it's really convenient. Although they're currently renovating the exterior, and it can be a bit noisy during the day because they’re working next door, it’s not a problem if you’re out exploring during the day. Also, this hotel has an indoor pool. It's not huge, but you don't have to worry about the weather affecting it, which is a nice bonus! Another thing is that this hotel is very close to the Racing Museum, making it super convenient to visit. It's suitable for both adults and kids, so it's definitely worth a trip!

SStevenOng.Hotel is old and tired, need renovation badly. However room is clean and tidy. Reception service was so-so and not welcoming. Check-in was good though, just the night time when approached another receptionist for my own room number but was given a cold and not welcoming reply. It was normal for guest to forget their own room numbers as they don’t stay permanently. However a simple way to verify was guest able to give his identity numbers and name. Or hotel can always accompany the guest to the room to verify. However this guy was so unpleasant and blunt in his replied. Will not stay again in this hotel.
