"The first time I stayed was right when the border opened back in 2022. During that time, many restaurants and services were close or limited. However, 3 years later, everything’s open and services are in full capacity, enjoy this facility this time around. One thing to mine is that their pool is not a heated pool, which means that your own cold days, the pool water is nearly freezing. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel is due to their large double beds, what can accommodate for adults. Also, Grand Lisboa Palace is near by nearby, facility that also has a supermarket and shuttle service in parts of the city. For this reason, I think this is actually quite an attractive hotel to stay at. It’s also very quiet in the area which we liked because we had an infant."

"Everything is just okay nothing special, if you only need a clean place for sleep Harbourview is a good choice We have stayed here before and it was great, but this time we could feel something wrong with our room (I think everyone know what I mean). The room was not big but didn't feel cramped, only the hotel didn't provide in room bottled water again (there is a water dispenser on every floor if you need water). Considering the price is quite competitive we will back to stay again but not this room"

"Great hotel. Very clean. close to The Hong Kong ferry station. great location. walking distance to Sands. can take free bus go to the other side of the island. Hotel room is nice and clean and tidy and very sizeable."

"On the evening of *June 4, 2025*, we experienced an issue with the air-conditioning in room 2203, which was not cooling properly. After contacting the front desk, a maintenance staff member arrived within approximately 10 minutes to inspect the system and confirmed that there was indeed a problem with the air outlet. Following this, we called the front desk again to report the situation, and the duty manager responded swiftly and professionally by arranging for us to move to room 1603. As it was already close to midnight, we regret that we did not have the chance to note the names of the manager, front desk staff, and maintenance technician who assisted us. We would be truly grateful if the hotel could help convey our sincere appreciation to the team members involved. Their efficiency and courtesy made a strong impression and turned a potentially uncomfortable situation into a positive experience."

"The 3rd round of staying at Rm#19 but not the same floor in recently, everything r still okay n nice except 1 minor matter is that the HSKP auntie maybe responsibility too much for their's duties, take away my comb(private belongings) as litter n be disposed. So strange."

"Nice hotel, spacious and walking distance to bus terminal. Walking distance also going to Senado Square and Ruins of St. Paul."

"Advantages: 1) Historical hotel right in the center of everywhere, beautiful decos and lots of antiques and history gallery to take pictures. 2) free mini bar with lots of drinks and snacks (so far the most generous one within the same price range) and free breakfast set (impressive) 3) beautiful roof top bar, nice to visit during night to see the 360 degree view of Macau. Things to be improved: 1) the attitude of the roof top bar staff. We visited the bar the night we checked in with free drink vouchers, the staff told us most of the areas were occupied ? (包场?) by some unknown people who dressed up and paid photographers to take boring show off internet photos for them, so the whole time when we were at the bar were chased here and there by those people because they need to POSE in front of certain places, they occupied most of the tables with their laptops and photo shoot gadgets, difficult to enjoy our own time although we were hotel guest too, in the end we could only stand at one corner to finish our drinks (don’t even think those people were hotel guests and paid extra to close down the whole area?), so disappointed that a hotel bar cannot treat its own guest the right way. The exchange of the drinks also kind of not so friendly because the drinks were free? We were told to collect the drink ourselves a while later at the counter and after drinking we returned the cups ourselves, during the process there is no waiter/ waitress cared about us at all. 2) Room is rather small, fortunately we just visited for 2 nights with a simple backpack, if with a big luggage, can imaging will have difficulties to open up. 3) check in process was quite slow during peak hours"

"Hotel was renewed surprisingly hotel now provided shampoo, conditioner, body gel, body lotion!!! Even provide shuttle bus to the airport, ferry terminal, port etc. room renewal with a huge tv, king size bed which can accommodate up to 3 adults!! Tile in the bath also new. Check in staff asking question and offered hotel provide shuttle bus so he suggested me to cancel my taxi booking to save money. Other side, guests must paid 500 HKG dollars for room deposit even I have paid for the room but also understand the policy. During check out 16/6/2025 the cashier lady wasn’t seems present or try to follow up with housekeeping,. She saids comeback after 5 mins. When other guest gone I have followed up with her she try to call & keep walking at the area. The worst part was once she defined my money she just handled to me like money has no value and not even say even here is your deposit or even says thank you!!  At first I want to rate hotel 9 out of 10 but with this lady attitude I would give 7/10. Please improve exp in the morning guest should leave with present smile not staff attitude. Don’t judge people by their appearance , we have long travel to go we not gonna wear brand name to attack thief’s or to impress staff. Anyway I would recommend this hotel for people who come here even short or long period. It’s good value for money. And convenient. Near by have many local restaurants or Mcsonalds, supermarket. Easy catch bus 25B, 26A to Taipa or tourist spots. I decide to stay this hotel cause my last night in Macau. I have lives here for almost 2 years to work. And will definitely back to this hotel if I’m back or traveling to Macau. And Hopefully the cashier lady will put smile on the pretty face."

"Good location from airport and going to do business trip in Taipa and cotri. Near LRT and bus. Easily go to famous place such as taipa village and coloane and hengqin port. But this time, I got the room with strong smoking smell, the staff changed the room to me immediately. However, I think the central air condition made the new room full with smell of smoke again in next two nights very disappoint. Breakfast was fine if you buy the day before, the price will be cheaper from 90 MOP to 70 MOP. The hotel provided luggage storage after check out you can pick it up when your flight come."

"We stayed for two days. The room was bigger and cleaner than I thought. The location is a little ambiguous, but I was able to take the shuttle 50 meters from the main gate. I don't usually play games, but I visited the hotel casino for the first time. I won $20 out of curiosity"
