Xing·zhe·wu·jiangThe hotel's location is excellent, directly opposite the Grand Lisboa and Wynn, and next to New Yaohan department store. There's a Venetian shuttle bus right in front, making it very close to various shopping and tourist attractions. This hotel has been recently renovated in the past few years, and the facilities are well-maintained. Breakfast generally meets expectations, and the lobby reception and service staff are very warm and attentive. Highly recommended.

DanLi_WongThe hotel is conveniently located right next to shops, offering a wide array of dining options like Hong Kong-style cafes, Japanese restaurants, Western cuisine, and more. There's even an Emperor Cinemas, which is a huge plus. You really don't need to overthink your packing. Even if you forget a travel adapter, the room thoughtfully provides one. The room's design is incredibly comfortable and relaxing; you could even say it feels very much like home. I often dislike hotel rooms that lack space for luggage, but the L'Occitane-themed room at The Karl Lagerfeld offered excellent luggage placement. The room was spacious, and the bathroom and shower facilities were fantastic! Highly recommended!

Guest UserThis was my favorite hotel of the trip, no contest. First off, the location is excellent, perfect for a vacation where you can easily spend a whole day at the hotel. It's right by the Fisherman's Wharf, very quiet. While there's no car access right outside, you can walk to Sands Macao to catch a taxi or public transport. The facilities are great too â a bathtub, a balcony⊠especially the balcony for drying clothes, which is a huge advantage over many other hotels. When traveling in summer, you change clothes daily and need to wash them, so this was incredibly convenient. The Portuguese-style decor is well-executed, with great attention to detail. The price and comfort level also far surpass hotels in the resort areas. The food presentation was lovely, a mix of Western and Chinese. Although the buffet selection wasn't vast, the quality was excellent. The service attitude was also wonderful; they specially brought me extra hangers for drying clothes, and when I needed more water, they delivered it immediately. There are also water dispensers in the public areas â I was very impressed with the attention to detail. This will definitely be my top choice for my next trip to Macau. No wonder it's Rosy Zhao's choice; I'm glad I followed the celebrity's recommendation!

Guest UserI frequently stay at Ascott properties on the mainland, and this was my first time trying one in Macau đČđŽ. The experience exceeded my expectations and was absolutely wonderful! đ
I especially want to give a shout-out to Emma and Gary at the front desk. They upgraded my room and even provided a small gift for my colleague's birthday đ! Their service was super excellent. Full marks!
The location is fantastic â close to everything.
Since it's an apartment-style hotel, the room facilities are comprehensive and well-equipped! đ
There are three restaurants on the ground floor of the hotel. You can't really talk about high value for money here, but it's fair and worth what you pay for.
I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Macau đČđŽ.

Guest UserThis is my third stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, which is why I always choose to stay here when I come to Macau now! For me, a room must be large, otherwise, it just doesn't feel right! Plus, it's clean and the service is excellent.

Anonymous UserThe hotel is located on a slope, so getting up and down is very steep and would be quite difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The bus stop is close to the hotel, but again, the climb is challenging. The room was spacious, and I was pleased to find an iron and ironing board. The hotel has a cozy, Portuguese style. There's a small pool, which the kids enjoyed. Breakfast was modest, with coffee in a thermos, but you won't go hungry. We walked to the sea to swim but decided against going in. The water was very murky, and there were dead fish floating around. Only a couple of Chinese tourists were on the beach. Housekeeping was very poor; all the towels and bedding should be replaced. Everything was old and worn out, and the duvet covers were synthetic. There was mold in the bathroom. And the icing on the cake â a huge, 5cm cockroach ran in and scared the children.

DerrickChong0613The hotel is within walking distance of the Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, which takes around 15â20 minutes even with luggage. Thereâs also a nearby public bus stop that provides convenient access to the Cotai area. The housekeeping staff were friendly as well.
Overall, the stay was good, although the design feels a bit old-school. The in-house casino has also ceased operations since November 2025.

JiuzhidaowanerïŒStayed for one night during a layover. Wouldn't recommend it for a regular stay. Paying over 400 RMB just to sleep felt a bit overpriced, especially considering the hotel is a bit dated. For dining and entertainment, you'd be better off heading to the Peninsula or Cotai. The lobby is beautiful, and the elevator halls and corridors exude taste. Service was good, but the room felt damp and overlooked the sea and runway. The biggest advantage is its extreme convenience for early morning flights.

kevinzcwThis hotel definitely has a retro vibe, like something from the 90s. You get what you pay for, after all; the opulent Galaxy is right across the street, but it's double the price. It's about a six-stop light rail ride from the airport to Pai Kok station. From there, you enter Galaxy Entertainment, walk through the lobby, cross the road, and you're there. Getting to the East Asian Games Dome is super convenient, just four stops away! The room is fully carpeted, but thankfully there's no weird smell â it's very clean. The bathroom has a tub, but the showerhead is built into the wall, which is a bit awkward. However, the water pressure is excellent, more than making up for that minor flaw. It's a shame the gym hours are only 10 AM to 6 PM, which isn't ideal for early birds. I ended up going for a morning run instead. To my surprise, a quick left turn led me to the Taipa waterfront, where I could enjoy the scenery while breaking a sweat. My biggest complaint is the breakfast; I honestly don't recommend it. There's hardly anything to eat, but maybe my expectations are just too high. You're better off going to Tsui Wah at Galaxy across the street for their breakfast set, which costs 60 MOP. The cleaning staff were excellent; they brought me bottled water several times without any fuss. Overall, it's a hotel with good value for money!

The hotel is a bit old, so the facilities feel a bit dated, but the cleaning lady was very enthusiastic, and the linens were clean. There's renovation work going on in the building, so it was noisy. The absolute best thing about this place is its location. It's perfect for anyone looking to do a deep dive into Macau's casinos. Wynn and StarWorld casinos are right across the street, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the old and new Grand Lisboa. After clearing customs at Gongbei Port, you can take the free shuttle bus from Wynn or StarWorld directly here. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and I'm sure by then the renovations will be finished and the room facilities improved.
