GGuest UserThe room was spacious and clean, and as a family room, it had no strange odors. The breakfast spread was incredibly generous – we usually filled up on the buffet and didn't need another proper meal until evening, which was super convenient for us traveling with an elderly person and a child. There's no shuttle, but we just used the Grand Lisboa's shuttle for all our transport, which was quite handy. Walking to the Ruins of St. Paul's and Wynn Macau to see the tree show was also a manageable distance. On our last morning, we went to Fisherman's Wharf for some photos and also popped into the New Yaohan supermarket on the 7th floor next to the hotel to buy souvenirs, making for a very satisfying three-day, two-night trip. The only minor regret was that the hotel was undergoing maintenance, so we couldn't walk the 'Golden Path'.

This trip was mainly to take the kids to the Macao Science Center and the Kun Iam Ecumenical Centre waterfront, and the Rocks Hotel's location is just perfect for that! It's within walking distance. Although this hotel is small, it's very charming and refined. The rooms are spacious, and the sea view rooms offer fantastic scenery. It's great value for money, and the Portuguese restaurant on the ground floor has really good food too!

XXiaoxiaodehopeOverall, it's pretty good. Head to Shen Ge Cafe for breakfast – you won't be disappointed. The full set of L'Occitane toiletries in the room is a nice touch, and the bedding is also good. My only minor gripes are some layout issues, like a lack of power outlets and the inconvenience of having to reach over to the bathtub to squeeze out shower gel.

DD5445****The hotel's location is easy to find, with convenient transportation nearby. The room was exactly as pictured. One room had a slight smoke smell upon check-in, but it wasn't an issue after my male colleague took it. The hot water supply was consistently stable, which was much better than I expected from an older hotel. The front desk and concierge staff were all very warm and accommodating. The hotel offers luggage storage, and when I went back alone to pick up my bags before leaving, Mr. Xiao Ye and Mr. Xiao Yang from the concierge department helped me load my two pieces of luggage onto the hotel shuttle. They are both exceptionally kind young men, and I'm very grateful! I forgot to take photos of the hotel, but the mung bean smoothie from the ********* snack shop next door was really good. Macau is fantastic, I'll definitely come again!

GGuest UserHappy to get upgraded to a suite. Appreciate the customer service of their staff very much! They were proactive to offer help and reacted fast to solve any problems arise. They would also go an extra step to make their customers satisfied and happy. Overall cleanliness is good. Bed is comfy. Gym room and indoor swimming pool is nice too. The only drawback is the outdoor swimming pool not opened due to construction which we didn’t know ahead. But it was still a very pleasant stay. Big thanks to the staff:)

2205823****The room was lovely, exactly my style with all the pink decor. However, check-in was a real drag; I didn't get into my room until almost 4:30 PM because they said it wasn't cleaned yet, which I found a bit hard to understand. For breakfast, you only get to choose from options A, B, C, or D. While it looked beautiful, it honestly didn't taste very good, and it only starts at 9 AM. On top of that, the location is quite out of the way. Getting to the Peninsula is super inconvenient. You have to take a **car to Grand Lisboa Palace, and then there are tons of people waiting there** for a bus to the Peninsula. Due to time constraints, I ended up canceling my trip to the Peninsula, so overall, my experience wasn't great this time. Next time, I'll definitely have to book a hotel on the Peninsula itself.
