GGuest UserThe location is great, very close to Luoyi Old City, and there's a snack street right outside the door, which is super convenient. The room was also very clean, tidied up nicely, and spacious, making for a very comfortable stay.
The service was excellent. The lady at the front desk was so enthusiastic and always helped us with our luggage. Before we left, she even gave us flower cakes! If I ever come back to Luoyang, I'll definitely choose this place again!

HHanziggThe transportation is incredibly convenient, with both subway and bus stops within a 3-minute walk. Nearby, there's Wanda Plaza and Wangfujing Department Store, where I found many sports brands I hadn't seen before at great prices and excellent discounts. It's also very easy to get to Wangcheng Park, Sui-Tang Relics Botanical Garden, and China National Flower Garden to see the peonies.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is directly opposite Lijing Gate, about a 7-8 minute walk from the subway station, and very close to Yingtian Gate, Mingtang-Tiangong, and Luoyi Ancient City. I arrived around 4 PM on the first day, and my room wasn't ready yet. I was in a hurry for a meeting, so I think the hotel upgraded my room, which I appreciate. The only downside is that there's no fridge in the room. This time of year, it would be nice to have a cold Coke after a shower, but I couldn't. P.S. The alley next to the hotel is a hidden gem! Xiaozhi Sweet Beef Soup, Kuang's Donkey Meat Soup, and Tofu Soup are all delicious!

MMiaomiaoqishishizhiwangA truly wonderful experience!
The room was spacious and clean, and both beds were quite large; my child and I could easily share one. The refrigerator was stocked with drinks and snacks, and there was even a card reminding guests that these were complimentary! The environment was simply amazing. Located right in the ancient town, the guesthouse has many rooms, all with a classic, antique feel, and peonies everywhere. It will probably be even more beautiful in spring when the flowers bloom! The complimentary Hanfu (traditional Han clothing) experience and lacquer fan making were a huge hit with the kids! Breakfast was different every day, ensuring everyone was well-fed. They also offer high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off service, and the driver was incredibly punctual, ensuring we weren't late!
If I have the chance, I'd love to come back again when it's warmer!

GGuest UserI originally booked a room on the first floor, but since I was traveling alone, I was a bit apprehensive and switched to the second floor. However, the first floor would be a great choice during spring, summer, and autumn. The location is excellent and easy to find, making it super convenient to watch the 'Heavenly Maidens Scattering Flowers' show. All the staff are incredibly nice! The complimentary Wogan oranges were delicious – seedless, juicy, and perfectly sweet and sour. The milk was just what I needed for my latte. The air conditioning's heating was powerful, so those who get cold easily won't have to worry in winter. The only issue was that the hot water from the sink tap takes a very long time to come out, wasting a lot of water. If there's a way to improve this, it would be best to fix it. Also, I suggest that all rooms be equipped with high-speed hair dryers, as this is a growing trend. The '8' button on the room phone is broken and needs repair. BTW, it's not far from the main branch of Nanguan Small Bowl Beef Soup – that place is delicious! On a side note, yesterday when I was navigating to the restaurant, I ran into a staff member who was leaving work. She was super helpful, checking my navigation and giving directions; she even offered to give me a ride. She was really nice! If you're coming to Luoyi Ancient City, I highly recommend Luoyi Mansion.

GGuest UserMeets the introduction. It has a sense of design and a good location, just behind the entrance to the underground garage in the ancient town.
But the price/performance ratio is really average.
This cost-effectiveness is reflected in three aspects. First, the price is really expensive. The newly opened Marriott is only 720 a night. Second, the ancient town is really average. It is a costume photography base. There are few stores, and half of them are under development. I am really worried about Luoyang’s infrastructure. Suitable for young couples and girls. It doesn't make much sense for parents and children, especially boys, to live here. Third, the hardware is okay, but the software details are so-so. For example, the breakfast is very low. Compared with the other two hotels I stayed in, the service and catering services are incomparable.

DDaxiangdelvxingOur family trip to this hotel was an unexpected delight. The hotel was easy to find and conveniently located for getting around. The room itself was even better than the pictures online – spacious and bright. It was quiet and comfortable, and the service was excellent from start to finish; we felt valued and cared for from check-in to check-out. The hotel also offered thoughtful amenities that made our stay even more pleasant.

JJuujuuHuUpon arrival, I was amazed on how quiet and clean the space were, took countless photos and couldn't dare to mess the space up, but I had to. It was such a lovely welcome with a flower (fake) on the bed, such a nice prop if you plan to take pictures with the lovely soft light coming from the window.
Location is very convenient, close to the metro and buses, being right at the entrance of the 丽景门, going places was ideally. Foods and milk tea stores were downstairs less than 5min walk away. 15-20min you would had reach the end of the night market from the hotel.
The room was clean and neat. If solo travel or couple traveller, it would be least of an issue, but if travelling with your friend, I must say the main door to the bathroom do need a little cover up as it is just a glass door. The bed was comfy, the pillow was the right height and firmness. I love the big space that's worth the price. I felt so space in this little hotel, the owners were so kind and friendly, vey lovely service too.
In conclusion: i would come back here when I'm in Luoyang again.

GGuest UserI originally booked a superior king room, and the front desk told me they upgraded my room, but it didn't feel like an upgrade. I'd say the overall experience was just average. The floor was worn out and looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly. The faucet definitely hadn't been cleaned, with water stains clearly visible. Although I don't use the room towels, they felt quite old. The breakfast area was very small and crowded. It was a weekday during my stay, so I didn't notice any noise. The toilet flush was really weak, with very little water.
GGuest UserThe room was great, and the front desk staff even helped upgrade our room type. It was a shame I didn't get admitted to China University of Mining and Technology back in 2019, especially since they had the alumni association sign right at the hotel entrance, haha. From the hotel's rooftop, you can enjoy a beer and the breeze while admiring Mingtang, Tiantang, and Yingtianmen. The breakfast was also plentiful, especially with lots of *huladong* (spicy soup) and beef. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
