The front desk staff was also incredibly responsible; they added me on WeChat the day before my arrival to confirm the reservation and even helped me with food deliveries on the day itself, asking about many details and promptly resolving all my questions. They even replied to my messages in the middle of the night, which I really appreciated. The location is also fantastic. If you're planning to visit the museum the next morning, I highly recommend staying here – it's just a short walk across the intersection! All in all, I highly recommend experiencing it for yourself!

The room was spacious and fully smart-controlled. I could just say ”Xiao Ai” (the smart assistant) to open/close the curtains, turn lights on/off, and control the AC. The service was excellent. Downstairs, there were free popsicles, water, and various hot/cold drinks, plus a swimming pool to cool off in. Given how hot Luoyang can get, these cooling amenities were a real lifesaver. They also provided a drying rack for clothes, facial cleanser, and makeup remover wipes. There's even a laundry room, which makes the service incredibly convenient and thoughtful. My only minor suggestion would be to add a mini-fridge for drinks.

There are supermarkets and restaurants downstairs for you to choose freely. Because there are elderly people, I made breakfast at home, which upgraded the comfort. Although I didn't see the boss, the service was very good. We guided us on WeChat throughout the whole process and patiently answered our needs, making our trip smooth and perfect. All kinds of museums in Luoyang are recommended, especially the guides in each museum are great, whether they are voluntary guides or paid guides. There are too many people in the ancient buildings, and the experience is poor.

Hotel location is very close to Wanda Street Tianfu. The room layout is reasonable. The refrigerator is equipped with snacks. The smart small control is because it is required to not upgrade the room type for free. I am very satisfied with the room.

The hotel is newly renovated, the facilities and sanitation services are very good, the hot water pressure is sufficient and the shower is very comfortable, and there are many supermarkets and restaurants downstairs. The only drawback is that there is a smell of smoke in the corridor, but there is no smell in the room. Also, the family room is quite large, so heating with air conditioning in winter is a bit slow and noisy.

The hotel is located in the downtown area, with a good location. Although there are limited parking spaces, we asked the hotel to reimburse us for parking in the parking lot a hundred meters away. The elevator should have been installed later, and you need to go up half a floor, which is a bit troublesome if you have a lot of luggage. To be honest, the room facilities are relatively new, but the maintenance and hygiene are not satisfactory. It is estimated that they are rarely cleaned carefully and the room is just cleaned on the surface.
