Dear all. It is a beautiful House with very kind and very friendly Owner. Very thoughtful and caring about our needs. We had a beautiful river view room. We enjoyed it very much to stay there in our holidays and although we were there for short. It was very relaxing. We are looking forward to coming back. Luoyang is very beautiful and a good place for Hollidays for sightseeing and to relax. We love it.

I stayed at Ramada Luoyang Downtown for 1 night. I am really impressed by the welcoming receptionist Kiki and the room service provided during my stay here. Also, I would like to thank the hotel for decorating my room sweetly. overall, good service good location and clean room, thanks for all , sure will stay next time in this hotel.

It was clean. However, impeccable cleanliness is never possible. Otherwise, it's a good hotel. Worth the money. Not very soundproof, though. A bathtub in the room - a shower would be more convenient. The shower head is fixed, so if you are tall, you will need bend slightly to have a shower.

The service was very good. The front desk would first understand my preferences for the room, confirm the arrival time, and send a delicate fruit plate. The service was very enthusiastic, especially the lady at the front desk. The hotel's decoration style is also very unique. Now they have started Christmas decorations, which are very beautiful. The hotel's location is also very good. There are many small restaurants around. I am very satisfied with my stay. I will come again next time if I have the chance.

The hot spring environment is elegant and perfectly integrated with nature. It also has the traditional cave design of Luoyang, which is warm in winter and cool in summer. There are also some ingenious small facilities. Perhaps because it is a time-honored brand, many infrastructures are a bit old, and we can see that they are constantly being updated and improved. I hope that the infrastructure can be improved in the future, and the customer experience will be more comfortable. In short, it is still a very good vacation experience. I really want to call myself, I am so good at choosing hotels. I didn't expect to find such a great hotel through blind selection. 1. The location is excellent, take a taxi to the hotel entrance; 2. The boss is warm and hospitable, and took the initiative to upgrade me to a suite with a view, which immediately increased my happiness value by a hundred times; 3. The whole house is smart; 4. Although it is a new store, there is no decoration smell at all; 5. The kettle is also very good. Clean; 6 The breakfast is delicious; 7 The view from the room and restaurant is unparalleled... There are too many to write. I have recommended it to my friends and will come again next time...

This is a very nice hotel which is great value for money. The location is great, just around the corner from a large mall (Wangfujing) and lots of restaurants nearby. I especially recommend the little place with 'Chinese Hamburger' on the sign on the road behind the hotel building - they have an English menu and do great roujiamo - they even have a vegetarian 'sujiamo'! We got an upgrade on check in and the room was spacious and comfortable. The cleaners and reception staff were generally polite and helpful. The breakfast was Chinese but was fresh, different every day, and any food that ran out at busy times was always quickly replenished. The free laundry was very convenient and the machines were easy to use. We did have two issues which made staying there a bit inconvenient though. The first was that when the underground car park was full cars could no longer get past the barrier, meaning they couldn't drive up to reception. This was a problem since the road outside was flooded and meant that we had to load and unload suitcases while standing in deep puddles in the pouring rain. The second issue was the keycards: every day we would come back to our room and the keycard wouldn't work. We complained at reception every single day about this issue but it was never resolved.

This hotel is on the top of a 30-level office complex, it is not very close to the town center, it takes about 15-20 minutes taxi to the old town tourist area. However, the room size and the design are at the 4-star levels; all the hotel staff is well-trained and polite with an unlimited supply of bottled drinking water which I consume at least 5-6 bottles every day. I was on a trip and used the room as my remote office for a week and it is quiet and pleasant.

The room is spacious, bright, clean and tidy, with complete facilities and comfortable bedding, making people feel more comfortable. The service staff are very enthusiastic and willing to provide all kinds of help, making people feel like home. There are many kinds of drinks available for free. The price/performance ratio is good, I will choose this hotel next time I come.
