The hotel is located on East Mountain, facing the Longmen Grottoes on West Mountain across the river. You can even see some of the grottoes from the rooftop terrace of Building 5. The hotel is right next to Xiangshan Temple and surrounds Bai Garden, offering beautiful scenery at every turn. The service is also excellent. You can book an electric shuttle at the front desk to take you to the East Gate of the Grottoes, then walk or take another shuttle to the Northwest Gate ticket office. After exploring the Grottoes and Bai Garden, it's just a short walk back to the hotel. The room type we booked even included a free send-off service to the station, which was very convenient. While the decor might be a little dated, the facilities are complete. It's clean and hygienic, with welcome fruit and complimentary snacks and drinks. The breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, all rich and delicious, though the coffee was really not good, haha. We had lunch in the banquet hall, using a BOGO deal from Ctrip for two people, and the portion sizes were incredibly generous and tasty! Upon check-in, we received a voucher for the tea room on the upper floor's terrace. Enjoying tea and a book there was incredibly pleasant! The lady working at the tea room provided amazing service. Overall, I highly recommend it!

The room is not big, but the facilities are safe and complete. There is also a large terrace. If you get up late, you can do exercises in the morning, and if you come back early, you can enjoy the evening breeze in the afternoon. It is enough for four people to live in. The community is quiet. Dahehui is opposite the gate. It is not far from Longmen High-speed Railway Station, subway station, and bus station. There are supermarkets and restaurants downstairs for you to choose freely. Because there are elderly people, I made breakfast at home, which upgraded the comfort. Although I didn't see the boss, the service was very good. We guided us on WeChat throughout the whole process and patiently answered our needs, making our trip smooth and perfect. All kinds of museums in Luoyang are recommended, especially the guides in each museum are great, whether they are voluntary guides or paid guides. There are too many people in the ancient buildings, and the experience is poor.

There is a garden in the public area, and it is full of comfort when you are free. The service is not to say, the staff is warm and thoughtful, responsive, feel as comfortable as at home, stayed for two nights from breakfast to dinner in the store, sister's yellow croaker is very amazing, eat two nights in a row, must be five stars praise!

Let the pictures do the talking! I happened to be there during a snowfall, staying in a 'Pillow Cloud' room. I slept soundly on a heated blanket on the second floor, listening to the snow fall all night through the round window – it was a magical feeling. I woke up around 6 AM, and without even leaving the room, just by pulling back the curtains, I could see snow-covered pines, mist, and a blanket of fresh snow – such a stunning view. I couldn't wait to get dressed and open the door, just to capture the snowscape before anyone else had set foot in it (by 6:30 AM, other guests were already starting to come out to take photos and enjoy the view).

The lady boss is very enthusiastic and kind, making me, a foreigner, feel at home. The hotel facilities are complete, quiet, comfortable, and the rooms are clean and tidy. They are equipped with disposable towels and other supplies (this is really amazing 👍), and the mattress is moderately soft and hard. There is free parking at the door, and it is a 100-meter walk to the Longmen Grottoes Scenic Area. The transportation is also very convenient. I highly recommend it to people who come here to travel 🩷
