We had such a lovely time staying at your hotel, which is perfectly located just a few steps from the gate of Old Town Luoyi. The building itself is an architectural treasure, a beautifully curated traditional structure dating back to the Republic of China era in 1922. Despite being in such a central spot, the property is situated in a pedestrian area, and the garden is incredibly quiet and peaceful. Our room was wonderful, featuring a nice bath and a balcony that added to the relaxing atmosphere. The staff were absolutely amazing and couldn’t have been nicer to us throughout our stay. We were so touched by the thoughtful details, including the fresh fruit and treats waiting for us in the room, the fan-making activity, and the lovely sachet. To top it all off, we were even given a small gift upon our departure. It was a wonderful experience, and we truly appreciated everything.

Traveling with kids, my biggest worry is often how convenient the hotel will be. This hotel completely put my mind at ease! I called ahead to let them know we had a child, and when we arrived, the room already had kids' slippers and toothbrushes ready. The room was surprisingly clean, and the bathroom's wet and dry separation was excellent, with plenty of hot water and stable temperature. The front desk lady was incredibly friendly and checked us in quickly. She even proactively told us about local restaurants and attractions, which was super thoughtful! The room was larger than expected; we had space for two suitcases and still had room to spare. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too hard, so we slept wonderfully. The laundry room even had detergent and a dryer, which was a godsend for tired travelers like us.

The room was clean and tidy, with floor heating and air conditioning fully equipped. It was highly intelligent, with a wide view and a great lake view. The boss's service attitude is first-rate, There are two slow charging piles, pure tram can make up for electricity. The homestay has its own kitchen and the food is delicious. The pool water temperature is suitable in the afternoon and there is no direct sun. There are KTV equipment at night, which can be used for adults and children to sing happily. I stayed at the Qiantang Houyuan Hotel for this business trip. The room facilities were well-maintained, featuring Xiao Ai smart voice control and a smart toilet, providing an excellent smart experience. The overall decor was cozy and comfortable, making it feel very much like home. The hotel's public amenities were also comprehensive, with meeting rooms that are very convenient for business meetings. The hotel has free parking, which is incredibly convenient. In my free time, I could also use the gym. It's suitable for both business trips and short-term stays. Overall, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it.

I have to say that the Xiaodu in the room is really smart and convenient. It can control the lights, air conditioning, curtains, phone calls, etc. The room is also very clean. I booked a hotel in Luoyang for one night on Laojun Mountain. Before I even got off the mountain, I received a call asking when I would arrive. When checking in, the lady at the front desk told me very gently: The air conditioner had been turned on for me in advance, and breakfast could be prepared half an hour in advance. After entering the room, I quite like the decoration, and the equipment is all new. This community (villa area) is quite quiet and has good privacy. If I have a girlfriend, maybe I will bring this here next time and she might like it too

I loved my stay here! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for the sight seeing I went to do with my friends! After a long day walking around in the sun and heat, the cool water of the hot spring bath attached to my room was perfect to relax and get refreshed for my adventures the next day! This hotel is perfect for groups of friends, business travel, or families with children! We didn’t realize it when we booked our stay, but there is also a water park in the hotel resort, which is perfect for kids!

Summary: This hotel was chosen blindly. Aside from its good location and friendly staff, all other facilities were subpar. Pros: The location was decent, close to several attractions and surrounded by cosmetic shops. While the view from the window wasn't great, the room was relatively large. Cons: The soundproofing was terrible. I could hear the TV and conversations from next door; it was extremely poorly soundproofed. I was also unlucky; the first night, a bunch of inconsiderate people next door played cards all night, making it feel like I was sleeping in a card room, which meant I didn't sleep a wink. Also, the shower in the room had very low water pressure and weak flow, making it impossible to wash my hair. It was repaired once but never fixed. For a hotel with a bathhouse, the shower facilities were extremely inadequate. I originally booked for three nights, but after two nights, I couldn't stand it anymore and switched hotels.
