We had a great time!, the owner and staff is very friendly and helpful to answer any questions. The room was also very nice and clean.
The location of the homestay is also convenient (with a great feel), it’s very close to the ancient city and has a small park directly nearby which offers a nice scenic route.
The breakfast selection is good and will be delivered to the room.

I went there for the air conditioning because I am afraid of the cold, but the room was super warm and there was no cold. It was also very clean. The room we stayed in was a small suite with two rooms. The boss and his wife were very welcoming. There was breakfast every morning, but I never got up early. The price is not very cheap, but compared to the peak tourist season, it is not very high, and the price-performance ratio is still acceptable. I have been to Luoyang twice and will come again in the future. The people here are very nice and friendly, and most of the prices are very cheap, which is what I am used to. Pros&Cons :
Location is within Luoyi Ancient City. Although it is nearer to the north gate it felt like the same as from the south gate. There is no direct vehicle access into the tourist place (景区). Be prepared to walk about 500m with your baggage or call in advance to the hotel for assistance.
The reception lobby is 2nd level, unfortunately the escalatilor from street level wasn't working. But thanks to good service staff like XiaoShi(小石), he was helpful in bringing the baggage up. Outside the lobby were a few peacocks which were pleasing to the eyes.
The package came with tea snacks, breakfast and a 3 hr experience with Hanfu （汉服体验）which is like cosplay where you dressed up in traditional chinese outfits and take photos in the ancient city.
So that's great value.
Special shout out to Xiaoshi who asked a few times if there's anything he could be of service.
Overall a comfortable spot for cultural immersion.

He picked me up at the Lijingmen subway station when I came back late at night from Laojun Mountain. I highly recommend staying here when traveling in Luoyang. The room matches the picture, I'm quite satisfied with it. There are two large beds, one can sleep 3 people, and the other can sleep 2 people without being crowded.
The room is quite large and the environment is very clean. I am very satisfied with my stay.
Because it is this room type, it is not in the location located. It is best to contact us in advance to confirm where the location is.
There are a lot of places to eat nearby. There are hot pots and so on in Baolong Plaza. There are also many restaurants on the streets nearby.

JJosh_mnWe had a great experience staying in the room type with two large beds and one bunker bed. We booked this room kinda expecting the bunker bed to excite our 4 and 7 yo and it definitely proved so. Room is clean, AC is great. The breakfast (made free with a trip.com promotion) is quite a treat. Even some might prefer hot coffee but honestly I cannot complain much with the offer of a hard boiled egg, two potstickers, one pcs of corn, millet congee, etc. The staffs are all responsive and ready to help with request like additional towels/bottled water/breakfast food. The owners had a friendly puppy called “fanfan”on site too. At the end of our trip one of the co-owners used his motorcycles to carry a heavy suitcase to the place we booked our taxi and as we can see they ride people to metro station as well. The location is just a short (maybe 100m) walk from the South Gate of Luoyi Ancient City. We took a night walking into Luoyi Ancient City from the north gate after eating dinner in one of the busiest places known for its street food and getting out of South Gate knowing the hotel is just minutes away. Would definitely recommend this one to others who want to stay near Luoyi Ancient City area.

Excellent shower in bathroom, plenty of piping hot water at all hours. All spotlessly clean. No daily room cleaning. Tip: Pour boiling water (kettle provided) down sink or shower drain to avoid any odours.

You can only park on the roadside. The room is very new, but the smell of new decoration is still very strong and a bit pungent and dazzling. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas and is very large and clean. The room is very large and the furnishings are quite comfortable. There is a refrigerator, and the TV is useless because there is nothing to watch because there is no channel. Check-in and check-out are very fast. The sister at the front desk of the B&B also gave a Luoyang tourist map and introduced how to play. There are no hotels that provide breakfast, lunch and dinner downstairs and around the B&B. The hair dryer in the room is Xiaomi, and it has overheat protection. I give a thumbs up to Xiaomi.
