WWai HauAmazing hospitality by the owner who gave us great and sensible suggestion on our itineraries and food recommendation. It was low visitor season so she could personally dropped us off at nearer to longmen grottoes entrance and also the location for local tour bus. Room was amazing too. Like a home away from home indeed!

This stay completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, with a subway station right outside, making it very convenient for visiting various attractions.
Overall, the facilities and amenities are impeccable, and the value for money is excellent. It will definitely be my first choice for my next trip! I highly recommend it to all travelers.

GGuest UserThe homestay experience was very ideal. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and convenient. It was very suitable for family travel and had a high cost-effectiveness. There was no one there during the whole trip, but everything was arranged very thoughtfully. A chat group team was even formed to provide services including surrounding tourist information. A customer service lady would contact you one day in advance to carefully guide you to check in. The door lock with an ID card was safe and technological. The most hardcore thing was the location. You could see the Wenfeng Tower in the ancient city of Luoyi up close by opening the window. The entrance to the ancient city of Luoyi was just downstairs and across the overpass. The walking pace was only 10 minutes. The surrounding facilities were very complete. There was a coffee shop and city study room downstairs. There was a spacious kitchen and kitchen appliances, a water purification system, a rice cooker and a microwave oven. We heated up the leftover dinner from the previous day for breakfast, which was very convenient. The room was a very new two-bedroom and one-living room. After the children rested, I still had space to work for a while without disturbing my family who were already resting. It was a typical high-end community configuration. The house condition and equipment were very new, so I couldn't bear to destroy it when I left. I cleaned it myself before leaving. Thank you for your careful service. I wish you a prosperous business. You are a very attentive operator. I hope everyone can enjoy their experience in Luoyang. We will come again because the kids haven’t had enough fun!

JjasmineIt is a homestay with complete amenities located within 10mins walk to the beautiful ancient city and 3 to 5 mins walk to bustling food streets. Strategic, cheap and complete. You can wash your clothes there as well, there's a washing machine downstairs. Not too sure about dryer. The owner is very friendly and super helpful. We had a short stop and wanted to see shaolin (true alittle overated but because of its history maybe can visit once) and white horse temple in 1 day so we hired a car from the owner at 280rmb for whole day. Super convenient! Right next door is a shop for traditional costume, reasonably priced with friendly and awesome owner. Makes it very easy to get everything done. We fell in love with Luoyang. The homestay do not have lift for those with mobility issues. It comes with simple breakfast, you can choose there are 3 choices. For the price and location it is superb.

GGuest UserThis is the most cost-effective homestay I have ever stayed in. The room facilities are complete, with central air conditioning and heating in the toilet, comparable to star-rated hotels. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the sanitation is very clean, and the location is good, about ten meters away from the cross street, which makes it very convenient to enjoy delicious food, and it is very close to Luoyi Ancient City on foot! The kittens and the intangible cultural heritage experience were great. The kids loved it. I will stay at your house again in the future!

GGuest Userbest location, quiet place, best manager he was really a gentleman with a very kindful wife and daughter. and family's sweetie daughter can speak English. The hostel is located in the best historical part of the city, out of all the hustle and bustle you suddenly enter a quiet and very clean place. take the exit A at Lijingmen metro station, this place is awesome I love it, room and bathroom were spotless and shower hot water pressure was pretty good. if I come back to China one day, I will definitely stay here again. I hope to meet this kind family again one day somewhere, although it is unlikely unfortunately.

AAnonymous UserI rarely write reviews, but this was the first time I took my family on a self-driving trip to Luoyang hoping to experience B&B life. I didn’t expect it to be more cost-effective than a hotel, although the car can only be parked in a parking lot about 400 meters away from the B&B. After calling the hotel for confirmation, the boss immediately drove the tram to the parking lot and put my luggage directly on the car. My family went to the hotel by themselves, and then the warm hospitality of the boss's family after arriving at the B&B also made us appreciate the B&B. The safety and comfort level have been greatly improved. If I come back to Luoyang next time, I will be happy to rent this B&B again.
(I also have a small suggestion for friends who want to rent a B&B. Please contact the B&B owner in advance before arriving at the B&B. They are also very happy to explain the local situation and check-in arrangements. They will also give a lot of travel tips on the route and itinerary, especially to the boss’s handsome son)
