GGuest UserCleanliness: Tidy and spotless, the environment is quite nice. It's close to attractions and offers great value for money, highly recommended! 👍🏻 There's a small courtyard which is very cozy. The front desk staff was friendly and even walked us to the entrance of the scenic area.

KKaKa0330The owner is so kind! She upgraded our room to one with a window view. The cleaning staff were also very polite. The entire B&B is incredibly photogenic; you can take stunning pictures just about anywhere. It's clear the owner has a unique and stylish taste. The natural, minimalist design with wood and stone elements is very comfortable, and I absolutely loved taking a nap in the room. When we checked out, they gave us a small gift, and there's bottled water available next to the elevator for guests to take. The stir-fried dishes at breakfast were super delicious, though it's a shame I missed them on the last day because I had to catch an early high-speed train. I hope to book this place again next time I visit Luoyang.

The hotel is in a quiet spot despite being centrally located, and it's very convenient for visiting Luoyi Ancient City. There are two lovely cats that are super friendly and well-behaved. The staff provided thoughtful, attentive, and detailed service. My son especially loved the smart home features. I'll definitely recommend it to friends.

3300052****The breakfast was plentiful, and the room, originally an Atour, was very comfortable and modern. What truly stood out was that I accidentally left my LV wallet in the room after checking out, which contained over 1000 cash. The cleaning staff showed incredible integrity, and the hotel's management is clearly top-notch. Within an hour of checking out, I received a call from the front desk notifying me about my lost item. I hope the hotel recognizes the housekeeping staff for their honesty and for upholding such a commendable spirit. Thank you!

SShuijiaohuanghouI booked this hotel for my parents, and they were absolutely delighted. It's conveniently located near all the major attractions, and getting around by taxi or subway is super easy. The service was top-notch, truly. I chose Christine after reading so many glowing reviews, and it definitely paid off! My parents couldn't stop praising the staff, saying every single employee they encountered was warm, friendly, and incredibly polite: from the lobby manager, concierge, and front desk, to the housekeeping staff, restaurant crew, and even the driver who took them to the station – every single one was just wonderful. Such a hotel culture and management level is truly impressive! On top of that, the breakfast and afternoon tea were incredibly rich and delicious. Next time we're in Luoyang, we're definitely staying here again!

GGuest UserThe room was quite small; once the two beds were in, there was barely any space left. The entire courtyard was tiny, just two small sections, not much to explore. It's located in a traffic-controlled area, so taxis or private cars can't get there directly. You have to go to a designated spot and take the hotel's shuttle bus. However, it's super convenient for Longmen Grottoes – only 300 meters from the entrance, so you can just walk there.

GGuest UserThe room is very spacious, with a double vanity. The blue-green color scheme is lovely! Airport and high-speed rail shuttle service: Comfortable business car for pick-up and drop-off. Complimentary minibar: Carbonated drinks and beer. 5⭐ Good review: The front desk staff and lobby manager were warm, proactive, friendly, and efficient!!! 1❌ Bad review: The auntie at the noodle station during breakfast didn't say a word, didn't answer guests' questions about the types of noodles, and was very rude?! Let alone a supposed five-star hotel, she didn't even offer a basic greeting. Is she a mute or disabled employee they hired??? Breakfast: For a hotel designed for over 250 rooms, the dining area is spacious enough and the food selection is rich, but compared to the room rate of nearly 600, the value for money is just so-so.

GGuest UserVery nice hotel with a variety of amenities and big lobby, including breakfast (we did not opt for it though). The location was great on s main street and close to restaurants, pharmacy, vegetable & fruit market, great candy & snack store, bakery, many Hanfu (汉服) stores, buses and metro. The staff was gracious and professional, they worked as a team to process our registration and on any questions we asked. Next door is the Tang Palace Xing Yi Fang Banquest with Show location, convenient to the hotel 2 minute walk. The bathroom is a shower toilet combination (at most, 3 feet x 5 feet), common among hotels in China. The single queen size bed was soft and comfortable, with jumbo fluffy pillows, clean crispy high grade sheets. The room felt tight since space was also allotted for a step-up area for a floor-height tea ceremony table, which we did not use and almost felt like an unnecessary room feature. I felt cleaning services could have improved, but acceptable to most guests. The laundry room had a few free washers and a few dryers with detergent and the exercise room seemed to be a former hotel room (we did not use either). Overall, I recommend this hotel because of its comfort, location and convenience to tourists locations.

IIsmahani SayutiThe location is very close to luoyi ancient city, less than 5 mins walk. When we arrived, the boss pickup us at cross road due to small alley so our driver cannot drop us directly. Boss is very nice even though we do not understanding Chinese. We communicate via translator apps. Breakfast is provided but we woke up late 😂😂 so the kitchen is closed already. But it’s okay tho because when we asked for extended check out, the boss kindly offer no further fee. We explore luoyi ancient city (5min walking), lijing gate (10min via DiDi) and yingtianmen (18min via DiDi). The room is very modern look and using smart system. The lock also using auto lock so no worries for break enter. The bed and pillow so soft we sleep soundly. There is auto lighting at the mirror in the bathroom which is very nice for makeup. There is small courtyard outside room which is very aesthetic. Overall nice environment and experience. Very recommended for foreigners like us.
