Facilities: The smart home system made everything incredibly convenient. It was well-equipped with kitchen utensils and even seasonings, plus a washing machine with laundry detergent.
Compared to a hotel, I much prefer this guesthouse; it's perfect for family trips. Its location is fantastic – Sanjie Liangxiang and the riverside are just downstairs, making dining and shopping incredibly easy."

"The apartment hotel I stayed at gave me a big surprise! The hotel is in a good location and convenient transportation, very close to the subway station and the main attractions. The front desk service is particularly intimate and the staff is warm and professional.
The rooms are spacious and bright, with complete facilities and modern facilities. The design of smart bathrooms and projection TVs greatly improves the stay experience. "I was the first to try this newly opened hotel. The hotel is very attentive overall. It is only a few minutes walk from the concert. It is super convenient. The hair dryer is actually from Leifen. It is the same model I use at home. It is very convenient. It's great. My hair is dry after just one blow-dry. The computer network speed is great. The bed and sheets are more comfortable than many chain hotels. The most important thing is that this hotel has an air purifier. If my boyfriend is playing games and smoking, it won't be very smoky. Secondly There was no smell of cigarette smoke for two days, which is really praiseworthy! The hotel has Xiaodu intelligent control. The curtains are opened and closed by Xiaodu. It is very convenient. The design of the room is relatively simple. This may vary from person to person. The only drawback is that the hot and cold water of the faucet is installed in the opposite direction. ."

"This stay was truly fantastic! The receptionist was incredibly friendly and the check-in process was quick.
The room was much larger than expected, with a simple yet cozy decor. Cleanliness was impeccable; the sheets and blankets were spotless and odor-free. The view from the window was expansive, and opening the curtains in the morning to see the sunlight streaming in instantly lifted my spirits.
The bedding was absolutely perfect! The mattress was just the right firmness, and the pillow height was perfect. I slept soundly all night without any back pain, which is so important for someone like me who travels frequently. The bathroom had plenty of hot water with stable water pressure, and the toiletries smelled wonderful – very pleasant to use. The hotel's soundproofing was excellent; it was very quiet at night, and I wasn't disturbed at all.
This was an incredibly cost-effective stay. I've already added this hotel to my favorites, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in the area. Highly recommended!"

After looking at the Internet for a long time, I finally found this South Yard in Mashan County, designed by the British. Yi Su. 1. It belongs to a rural homestay. The location of this homestay is good, it is just over one kilometer away from the large lawn in the north, so you can go on foot. The dining place in the homestay is also open to the public, and it is about 50 meters away from the accommodation, which is a bit inconvenient. In addition to breakfast, you need to make an appointment for every meal. If the appointment is late, there will be no more. This is a place to be improved in the future. 2. The waiter at the front desk is very enthusiastic, caring and meticulous. Behind the front desk of the hotel is an ancient building with many parent-child play projects, which children prefer. The stairs up to the second floor are slightly longer, and there is no safety fence, which is dangerous for children to climb. The hotel has two very cute coffee cats, one white and one gray. 3. The surrounding area of the hotel is a rock-climbing town, which is mainly a tourist area featuring rock climbing. The price may be more affordable during the epidemic period, about 150 yuan per person. For brave children and adults, you can go and experience it. If you belong to a person who is afraid of heights like me, forget it. I can only rent a bicycle and stroll around the town. 4. The only trough may be the small river in front of the hotel. The small river is dry and there are green algae. When the weather is hot, the water body stinks. I wasted a few small kayaks soaked in the water. I wanted to glide along the river, but it was only a luxury. Hope it can be improved as soon as possible, the hotel as a whole is still good.

AAnonymous UserCleanliness: Very average. The bedside backrest is rarely touched, and there's dust on the areas I don't often lean against. Photos taken from the front and side under the lighting are shown in P1 and P2. The showerhead had noticeable water stains (photos taken right after check-in, before using it). It was unacceptable, so I had to use a kettle to simmer it before using it.
Facilities: The bathroom lacked a dry/wet area, so it was average. The plastic slippers weren't very clean either. The kettle was supposed to be on the countertop, but there's no outlet on that entire wall. 👎🏻 The TV had the smoothest screen projection experience of all the hotels I've stayed in. 👍🏻
Service: The front desk lady was very nice and gentle, so I'm giving her an extra star.
Environment: The soundproofing was a bit poor. Living on the fourth floor, I could hear people chatting on the floors below. The hotel is tucked away behind Vienna, and the promotional photos are nice, but overall, it's just average for the price.

Location is very very good if you are into food, as there is so much around (being as it is close to a university area I guess). 20 min walk to metro and from there connections to anywhere really. We largely stayed and hung around the area eating.
Staff helpful and polite, despite us not speaking much of the language. Didn't need to translate much as it was all pretty simple.
Room is clean, entire building is smokefree which is great (beware hotels in China which have ”some smokefree rooms available” on Trip. In our experience this just means they throw some bleach on the ground to hide the smell as you check in. Go with places like this that are noted as ”smokefree” NOT ”some smokefree”). Has all you need for a few days, and we thought was very good value for money.

The rooms without windows face the wall of a neighbouring building - very dark inside. There is no clothes hook or rack for your clothes/towel in the bathroom. The bidet does not work.. the hair dryer doesn't work well. For the low price though, I guess you do get what you pay for...

WWan SuwanThe location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building.
The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom.
Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent.
In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

LL S HArrived at about 10 pm by high speed train from Chaoshan Railway Station to Nanningdong Railway Station. The hotel is very near to the station's exit but it appears that there is no clear directional sign to the hotel. Asked around a couple of times before I found it. Facilities are adequate for those who just want to stay a night and to catch an early train the next morning. The take-away breakfast was a nice touch. It served my purpose as I took an early train to Baise. I have breakfast on the train. I am happy with my stay.

OOtautahianI chose this hotel because it is literally just 200 metres away from the railway station, and you can take an elevator at the south square end of the arrival area to reach it (just follow the sign) or walk an extra 100 metres and use the escalator. The rooms are windowless and basic, breakfast is very simple, and you can hear the trains from your room dully. But, it is a cost-effective choice, and you arrive late or depart early from Nanning East Station, it is a great choice. As well, there are plenty of food choices into he underground passage beneath the station, at either end
