"Cleanliness: Very average. The bedside backrest is rarely touched, and there's dust on the areas I don't often lean against. Photos taken from the front and side under the lighting are shown in P1 and P2. The showerhead had noticeable water stains (photos taken right after check-in, before using it). It was unacceptable, so I had to use a kettle to simmer it before using it.
Facilities: The bathroom lacked a dry/wet area, so it was average. The plastic slippers weren't very clean either. The kettle was supposed to be on the countertop, but there's no outlet on that entire wall. 👎🏻 The TV had the smoothest screen projection experience of all the hotels I've stayed in. 👍🏻
Service: The front desk lady was very nice and gentle, so I'm giving her an extra star.
Environment: The soundproofing was a bit poor. Living on the fourth floor, I could hear people chatting on the floors below. The hotel is tucked away behind Vienna, and the promotional photos are nice, but overall, it's just average for the price."
