After looking at the Internet for a long time, I finally found this South Yard in Mashan County, designed by the British. Yi Su. 1. It belongs to a rural homestay. The location of this homestay is good, it is just over one kilometer away from the large lawn in the north, so you can go on foot. The dining place in the homestay is also open to the public, and it is about 50 meters away from the accommodation, which is a bit inconvenient. In addition to breakfast, you need to make an appointment for every meal. If the appointment is late, there will be no more. This is a place to be improved in the future. 2. The waiter at the front desk is very enthusiastic, caring and meticulous. Behind the front desk of the hotel is an ancient building with many parent-child play projects, which children prefer. The stairs up to the second floor are slightly longer, and there is no safety fence, which is dangerous for children to climb. The hotel has two very cute coffee cats, one white and one gray. 3. The surrounding area of the hotel is a rock-climbing town, which is mainly a tourist area featuring rock climbing. The price may be more affordable during the epidemic period, about 150 yuan per person. For brave children and adults, you can go and experience it. If you belong to a person who is afraid of heights like me, forget it. I can only rent a bicycle and stroll around the town. 4. The only trough may be the small river in front of the hotel. The small river is dry and there are green algae. When the weather is hot, the water body stinks. I wasted a few small kayaks soaked in the water. I wanted to glide along the river, but it was only a luxury. Hope it can be improved as soon as possible, the hotel as a whole is still good.

GGuest UserI recently had the pleasure of staying at Aizhu Hotel, and I must say, the experience was outstanding! From the moment I checked in, the reception team attended to my special requests with a smile. Their warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for a wonderful stay.
Throughout my visit, I encountered numerous staff members, and each one was incredibly friendly and eager to assist. The housekeeping lady, in particular, was very nice and ensured that my room was immaculate and well-stocked.
What truly impressed me, however, was the staff's willingness to go above and beyond. They consistently exceeded my expectations, making me feel valued and appreciated.
The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooms are cozy, and the amenities are excellent.
In short, my stay at Aizhu Hotel was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service and friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a warm and welcoming experience.

AAnonymous UserThe first impression of this hotel is not impressive as clearly it is a v old building. I was given a 11th floor unit that required to climb one floor, as the lift only served up to 10 sty. To change to bedroom with lift landing need extra payment. The hotel room is basic but clean. Reception is polite but I did not test their English and I have not seen any westerners in this hotel. The free laundry room operates from 9am to 10pm only, with one washer and one dryer. I have to pay RMB15 per day for breakfast. Walk in guests can even negotiate discount before booking. A one twin room with lift landing from RMB15 reduced to RMB150. Considering no free upgrade or free breakfast given to me (a norm in China) thus I did not give them perfect score.

MM477679****Two adults, three children, we booked a family room and were absolutely thrilled! The environment was fantastic, and the front desk lady was incredibly warm and welcoming. We had hot pot downstairs at the hotel, which was amazing value for money. Even though it was raining outside, after dinner we caught a movie at the cinema, also downstairs! So cozy and perfect!

GGuest UserAfter the check-in, I was pleasantly surprised and completely exceeded expectations! From entering the door to checking out, the overall feeling is particularly comfortable, and I especially want to praise this store.
Let me talk about the environment first. The location of the hotel is particularly good. It is opposite to Liwo Square, next to Phoenix Lake Park. There are many shopping malls and restaurants around. It is especially convenient to walk and eat supper at night. The lobby is spacious and bright, the faint aroma is very healing, the decoration is simple and generous style, not fancy but very textured, there is no depression of a small county hotel at all. The lighting in the room is superb, the view is wide, you can see the city street view by opening the window, and the mood is getting better.
Let's talk about hygiene again, this point really has to be praised! I usually have a little cleanliness, and the hygiene requirements are quite high. This hotel can't fault it at all. The floor, desktop, and window sill are clean, there is no dust and hair in the corner, the bedding is white and soft, it feels dry and skin-friendly, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the glass and mirror are bright, there is no water stains and odor, and the sink is also neatly packed. It is especially safe to live.
The facilities are also in place, the air conditioning, TV, WiFi in the room are all complete, the network speed is very fast, and the office drama is not stuck. The mattress is moderately hard and soft. People like me who recognize the bed actually sleep until dawn, so comfortable! The hot water in the bathroom is fast and sufficient, the water pressure is very high, and the bath is particularly decompressed. There is also free parking, plenty of parking spaces, no need to worry about parking problems when driving, and a self-service laundry room, which is also very convenient for a long business trip.
Finally, the service, the front desk lady is super gentle, speaks softly, check-in and check-out speed is very fast, any questions are patiently answered, and will take the initiative to remind the surrounding places to play and eat, especially intimate. 24-hour front desk service, don't worry about no one to receive when you come back late at night, the overall service makes people feel very warm and there is no sense of distance.
In general, Binyang Yiduo Hotel is really a cost-effective choice. The environment is good, clean, well-equipped, and the service is intimate. It is suitable for business trips or travel. It is not lost to the chain hotels in big cities. Next time you come to Binyang, you will definitely stay here. I really recommend it to everyone!

WWan SuwanThe location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building.
The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom.
Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent.
In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

MMarco NanggiThis hotel is at the base of the 南宁东 railway station. It was hard to find from someone coming from outside the station, but easy to find if inside.
Good infrastructure if you are not picky about hygiene and tolerant to the smell of smoke. The toilet had an external apparatus to prevent overflowing.
One thing to note is that due to its location, you'll feel and hear tremors every time a high speed rail passes by. Don't say you weren't warned. But with ear plugs, sleep was alright.
The young lady at the counter provided good service. Lent me an adapter for my phone, and gave local recommendations heartily.
The breakfast was very basic, but it did the job. Just some 米线，饺子，包子 eggs, and soy milk. The soy milk is very nice though, and fresh.

It's just the on the opposite side of KFC abd luckin coffee and surrounded by huge varieties of restaurants.
The receptionist is helpful , kind and moreover, he speaks good English.
Room is good clean and comfortable.
Things for improvement
1- pay. More attention to the breakfast and the breakfast restaurant. It can't be even called a restaurant. It's located at nowhere , surrounded by kinda storage or garbage .
2- literally you are sleeping with trains , Very noisy room .. and it's expected .
All in All .. it was a nice stay , enough for on night .

CChink HannInitially I booked for Comfy Queen room which looking nice from the picture , slightly more expensive than other option, but I did not expect to have very small, squad toilet and dirty bathroom.So I change it to room with large balcony which is a lot better, bigger room , bigger bathroom and balcony.The room cleanliness, bed comfort are ok compare to the what you paid for.
The room is in a residential condo. Check-in is like Air BnB .They will give you room number and door code once you can contact them thru Wechat.But the most confusing is the address shown is the building and room to contact check in staff which appears to no response and very difficult to find from the map.The staff is lack of responsibility and a bit rude.No service mind.
Apart from above negative issues which I hope they will improve, the location is excellent. The building is opposite Airport shuttle bus line 1 station. The Nanning Metro station is 30 m away not include the Nanning railway station is about 600 m away. Convenience store is under the building,lots of restaurants, department store is within 2-300 m walking distance.
