GGuest UserThe environment is great, the location is easy to find, and it's very convenient to catch the high-speed train from Nanning East Station and then take the subway in the morning. The check-in staff were very nice, and the service was warm and attentive.

TThe SergeyI think maybe for Chinese it's normal but definitely not for foreigners when the room smells like a toilet... Right after I checked in, I began cleaning the room and I noticed there's clearly someone's hair, longer than mine, everywhere. There are streaks and unwashed stains on the floor. It's clear the owner tries to add a lot of furniture and interior design, but I personally don't understand the purpose of these very small tables, how to sit at them, work at them, or eat at them. I think they're completely unnecessary, they're completely useless, but there are so many of them in China! that I don't understand why they're needed. There are also some small chairs that are either toys or for children. The windows clearly lack soundproofing, which isn't a good idea if they face a main road. But then again, windows like this are everywhere in China. Either they don't care, or they don't know how to repair or adjust them, as if you were living on the street. 😂☝️

YYiyi_HighnessRight after the Dragon Boat Festival, I decided to extend my stay for a few extra days to truly experience Nanning, a city with great food and sights! The high-altitude hotel offered a perfect stay. The facilities were excellent; the pool was open until 10 PM and very clean, and the gym was accessible 24 hours. For breakfast, they even had luosifen, old friend noodles, and Guilin rice noodles – yum! The location was great, just a short walk to MixC shopping mall. Getting around was also very convenient; finding taxis and rides was never an issue, which is a huge plus. The staff were all super friendly, always greeting me warmly no matter how late it was. The front desk service was thoughtful, the environment was quiet and clean, and they even provided umbrellas in the room, which came in handy during the rainy season. The spa was also a nice touch. Definitely one of the hotels I'd recommend!

GGuest UserOverall, a fair 4-star rating. **View:** The river view from the window was very satisfying. **Room:** The apartment is located in a green energy commercial building, which is a prime location (though a bit noisy during the day). The common areas on the different floors are old and messy. The room design itself is good, with smart home features throughout, and disposable bath towels, regular towels, and bath bags provided. However, the in-room facilities are just average; the hot water for the bathtub and shower wasn't very hot. Also, the room supplies (water, hand soap, bathing products) were unbranded, and the kettle leaked from the spout, spilling hot water when opened and scalding my hand. I suggest improving these aspects; it wouldn't cost much but would significantly enhance the guest experience.

You won't waste any time commuting, which is a huge plus for busy business professionals. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was struck by its sophistication. The decor is simple and elegant yet stylish, with soft lighting creating a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. There was no noise or commotion, and the entire space was clean and tidy, instantly melting away the fatigue of travel. Check-in was incredibly efficient. The front desk staff were warm and professional, always smiling. They proactively helped with my luggage, explained the hotel facilities, and even provided thoughtful tips on breakfast times and getting around. The attention to detail was evident. The guest room layout was well-designed, spacious, and bright. The decor was simple and business-oriented, clean, and free of any odd smells. The bedding was soft, skin-friendly, and fluffy, making for a wonderfully comfortable night's sleep that completely relieved my work-related exhaustion. The room was fully equipped for business, featuring a spacious desk, fast and stable Wi-Fi, and plenty of charging ports, perfectly meeting my needs for daily work and video conferences – my productivity even improved. The room's amenities were comprehensive: the air conditioning had precise temperature control, the bathroom was well-separated for wet and dry areas, hot water was immediate and had stable pressure, and the toiletries were high-quality. Everything was thoughtfully provided. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety of Chinese and Western options. The food was fresh, delicious, and nutritionally balanced, easily satisfying different tastes, ensuring I started my day energized. The public areas were meticulously maintained; the hallways, elevators, and lounge areas were all spotlessly clean. Security measures were also top-notch, providing a great sense of safety during my stay. Whether for business or a short break, this hotel is perfectly suited. Our accommodation experience truly enhanced the whole trip! Whether it was for exploring local eateries, popular spots, or sightseeing, it was incredibly convenient to stay here as it's super close to the city center. WWan SuwanThe location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building. The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom. Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent. In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

MM441247****The service was warm and attentive. As soon as our family got out of the taxi, someone helped us with our luggage and pushed the stroller to check-in. They even gave us two small toys because they saw we had a child. They also brought plenty of water, worried that our child might have trouble adjusting to the new environment. We booked a suite, which was large, though the decor was a bit dated. However, the hotel informed us immediately and offered to change rooms. But seeing the large room, thick carpet, and spacious bathtub, we were already very satisfied, and the price was reasonable. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of freshly stir-fried vegetables – bok choy, cauliflower, lotus root slices, and sweet peas. The Lao You Fen (a type of rice noodle soup) was also quite tasty. Compared to other hotels with their large quantities of pre-made sausages, chicken nuggets, and steamed buns, I think this place is more suitable for tourists who want to enjoy some vegetarian dishes to balance things out. For more delicious food, you can go to a specialty restaurant outside. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, and transportation is quite convenient.
