"Nanning Hotel is a very established hotel in the area, and surprisingly, the room facilities are still very well-maintained. We happened to stay during the ASEAN conference, so there were many guests, but the overall order was excellent. The front desk service was efficient, allowing guests to check in without long waits. Upon entering the room, the bedding and everything were very clean. Since we stayed in a family room, our child loved the small toys and tent provided, which were all very practical. The location is undeniably superb, with endless shopping malls and dining options nearby. Hotel parking is also convenient with its own parking lot. Overall, it was a great experience!"

"Our stay was incredibly satisfying, experiencing Shangri-La Nanning's consistently high standards from the moment we were greeted by the concierge to front desk check-in and room service. Our butler, Aurelia, provided excellent service – warm and thoughtful, even preparing a small birthday cake for my girlfriend. Other staff members like Lexi, Zoey, Rose, and Ally also offered great service. The high-altitude view was the absolute highlight, offering stunning cityscapes by day and a dazzling night view after dark. Every corner was perfect for photos. Highly recommended!"

"The front desk service was alright. The soundproof door in the room was very well designed, making it extremely quiet, which I really appreciated. The temperature was also comfortable. However, in the past few days, I've woken up with over a dozen red bites on my body, mostly on my thighs and ankles. They were itchy in the morning, but even more unbearable after being exposed to the sun outside. It's highly likely they were flea or scabies bites. Even after asking for a change of bedding, it didn't help, and I kept getting more bites. It must be an issue with the mattress; they should at least do a steam pest control. My friend in another room didn't have any problems though. The cleaning lady was also good; she proactively called to ask when it would be convenient to clean, and she replenished the mineral water with four bottles at a time."

Having stayed at multiple hotels in the same price range, the cleanliness here consistently tops them all. The entire hotel undergoes thorough, corner-to-corner cleaning. The lobby, elevators, hallways, room corners, crevices, and windowsills are all sparkling clean, dust-free, spotless, and odor-free. The bedding in the guest rooms is strictly changed after every guest, appearing pristine white, flat, free of any yellowing, hairs, or stains, with a fresh, clean feel. You can lie down with 100% peace of mind. The bathroom cleaning details are impeccable; toilet edges, tile grout, shower corners, and mirror water stains are all meticulously cleaned. The shower area is dry, doesn't accumulate water, and is completely odor-free. Rooms are ventilated and disinfected daily, ensuring fresh, natural air and completely eliminating the damp, musty smells common in the south. The cleaning staff are dedicated, responsible, detailed, and patient. Supplies are replenished promptly and neatly, with every detail handled perfectly. The location is convenient, and the service is polite and well-mannered. For anyone sensitive to hygiene, you can book this hotel without a second thought!"

"An absolutely amazing stay that far exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped in, I could feel the hotel's thoughtful touches: the lobby's aroma was subtly pleasant, check-in at the front desk was efficient and quick, and they even kindly provided a hand-drawn travel map. The room was spacious and bright, with soft, comfortable bedding and a mattress that offered just the right amount of support. The bathroom quality was excellent. What truly impressed me were the service details; many thanks to Pink Moon, Joyce, Freya, Livia, and Sheti from the service center. The breakfast was rich and delicious, with all the local specialty snacks worth trying. The hotel's location is convenient, within walking distance to the subway station, and surrounded by excellent amenities. This stay truly felt like a home away from home. "This Atour Hotel on Sanjie Liangxiang has a great location, within walking distance to shopping areas and restaurants. The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. The soundproofing was also good, and the front desk staff had excellent service. The laundry and other public facilities were also complete. It's perfect for a shopping trip and a comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose Atour again for my next trip."

The hotel service was remarkably attentive and meticulous. They even decorated our room with a romantic ambiance for Qixi, making it neat and cozy. Manager Allen was gentle and enthusiastic, handling our check-in efficiently and quickly. His attentive and thoughtful service throughout our stay made us feel incredibly welcome. In our free time, we visited the hotel's glass-domed heated swimming pool. The transparent space felt like swimming under the stars – a truly therapeutic and romantic experience. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the MixC shopping mall, making it very convenient for getting around and finding food. Overall, the experience was impeccable – a high-end environment, attentive service, and superb views made this Qixi Festival feel incredibly special. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next date or vacation!"

In the lobby, there's a Zhuang brocade DIY handicraft experience at the front desk, offering an immersive way to experience the intangible cultural heritage of the Zhuang people – it's very unique. This isn't just another cookie-cutter hotel; it incorporates local ethnic characteristics, and the handicraft experience was very therapeutic.
