Facilities: The facilities are complete and considerate, the quality is very good, and the mattress is very comfortable!
Hygiene: Clean and sanitary, the mattresses, pillows and towels are all very new!
Environment: The location is first-class, with Nanhu Park downstairs, a paradise for runners.
Service: The staff in each department have a very high sense of service and considerate service quality. Every detail is taken care of properly, which is a super five-star service level!
Executive Floor: On the evening of the 31st, I would like to thank the lady in the executive lounge for her thoughtful care and arrangements. The food quality was very high, the drinks were delicious and good-looking, and the view outside the window was unbeatable!
I also thank Xiaolan at the front desk for her assistance. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The room is quite big and clean. It is near the Langxi Night Market, so it is convenient to eat. There are also many restaurants nearby. I had Baiyuzhuang for lunch and it was delicious. Before I came, the hotel called to inform me that there was construction in the building, but it didn't have much impact. However, the construction site on the road next to it started working early in the morning. The noise was not too loud but it could be heard. The breakfast was pretty good.

A friend recommended this hotel to me. It is near the old town, very convenient for travel, and you can also see the beautiful scenery of Nanhu Lake. I booked a lake view room, but I didn't have time to enjoy it. I was having fun outside all the time. I stayed there for two days. It's okay. It's not bad, nor is it very good. It's just convenient. The hotel doesn't have an underground parking lot, so you have to walk around, which is a bit inconvenient. I didn't order breakfast, so I don't know the situation. If you have time, you can walk around Nanhu Lake. The air is fresh.

After finishing Nanning, on the way to Qingxiu Mountain, I saw the hotel I had wanted to stay in was very beautiful, so I went in to visit it. I immediately thought I should stay for another day, and immediately booked a room at the front desk. The room was clean and I went to play ball. The breakfast was rich. I also had dinner at the hotel. The quantity was large and the taste was delicious. The fried mutton was tender and tasty. The quantity was also large. The bathtub in the room was large, and I took a comfortable bath. The price was cheap and the service was excellent. I really liked it. The hotel is in a prime location, very close to the East Station. The room is clean and sanitary, the bedding is soft and comfortable to sleep. The facilities and equipment are complete, and there is also a free self-service laundry room with dryer. It is also close to eating, drinking and entertainment in the surrounding area, and the service of Xiao Lu at the front desk is warm and thoughtful. I will come again next time!

I was impressed by the hotel's accommodation and was touched by their service! The service was attentive and considerate. The lobby attendant was very friendly and the check-in procedure was quick and good. They also carefully asked about my accommodation preferences and arranged a great room for me. What really made me want to come back was the impeccable service. When they saw that I had a lot of things, they immediately came over to help me carry them. Xiao Xue went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. GGuest UserThe hotel is right outside the subway station. It is very convenient to take the subway or take a taxi. The hotel room is the same as on the platform. The breakfast is not included in the reservation. The front desk lady also gave a breakfast when checking in. The wardrobe is very large, and there are at least ten hangers. The room is quite large. In addition to chairs, there is also a small sofa. I took the picture of the TV while lying on the small sofa. It is worth the price of more than 300 per night. Generally, there is no problem, just don't flush a lot of paper at once when going to the toilet, the toilet may be blocked.

LLee Hui TengExcellent hotel. Very modern and clean. Noise insulation was great. Our rooms were near the lift lobby. No noise issues. The bed was the most comfortable one amongst the five hotels we stayed at during our visit in Guangxi. Laundry room available. Free of charge. The basin, shower room and toilet were very clean. Housekeeping did a good job. All the white towels were comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. I liked steamed sweet potato, corn and yam. Lots of healthy options. The food presentation was great. Quality coffee was provided. It would be great if the hard boiled eggs were not overcooked. The hotel is located two stations away from Qingxiu park station. The Metro is right outside the hotel. Only 2 - 3 yuan away from Chaoyang and MixC mall. Ample choice of eateries surrounding the hotel. However, mostly Chinese cuisine. The morning market and fruit market are within the proximity. The receptionists were very professional. One of them helped us (5 pax) to book taxis to the airport. It cost CNY124 to the airport. Meter taxi. Overall, we had a pleasant 3 night stay. Highly recommended.

MMelbiesReally great hotel experience for us. After traveling for a month this was our last stop. We asked for a quiet room hoping we could finally have some peace and quiet. But this time of year there will be so many families with small children running and jumping around the rooms. The lady told us “we’ll give you a room no one likes.” Hahaha! But unfortunately we were still surrounded by loud families. Anyways the hotel lobby is very big and beautiful. The service was excellent. The doorman helped take our luggage up to the room. The room was very large and spacious. Huge bathroom with with separated toilet, sink/mirror, bathtub, and shower. The view was boring but we told the lady we didn’t care about the view. The bed was nice and soft, very comfortable. WiFi worked well. Water pressure for the bathtub and shower was great! Best water pressure I’ve experienced in 10 years of being in China. The bed is not facing the direction of the tv which usually bothers me as I like to watch tv/movies while lying in bed. But the tv in our room was set up to extend outwards and then towards our bed. That was really awesome as I have never seen any hotel do that before. Really great they did that 👍🏼👍🏼 our cleaning ladies did a great job everyday, they noticed we always drank the free waters and gave us a couple extras. So many small details helped us really enjoy our stay here. The location is also good. About 5-7 minute walk to the metro station. Cross the street via the metro station and there is a very large IMAX cinema and several shopping malls with lots of great food and entertainment options. The MIXC mall is about a 15 minute walk away. Great hotel, great service! Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Nanning. Thank you!

My stay extended one day, since cannot change the original booking (a 2 days stay), I made another one separately. Upon check in, reminded reception, and the gentleman did arranged my check in through out entire 3 days. Unfortunately, the assigned room at 19th floor (?) has bad smoke smell, thus I requested a change of room, at first the customer service lady on phone asked me to open window, and giving different kind of excuse and tried to refuse my request, after much request, she said she will arrange and will can me back. Which took 15-20mins and still no return call for updates, until I called again and finally got a change of room to 18th.
another 2 bad experience were :
1) after changed room to 18th, only 2 days being arranged and on the 3rd day when I returned to room, my card was disabled and I had to go down to reception and got my card reactivated, where the girl did challenged me about my booking, said it's no record showing that I have 3rd day booking...
2) my booking is executive room, with free lounge service, after being moved to 18th, I am not able to access 19th to enjoy the lounge, and, I had to go down to reception, again...
for the rest, overall service is OK, and the lounge is great.
