A grand hotel although it is more oriental style. Very near Metro. Airport bus service is right at the hotel. Beautiful 南湖 is nice for morning and evening walk. We booked a double room. The front dest staff was very pleasant and able to help us when asking for free upgrade to executive, non-smoking room with fantastic view to the lake. The room was very spacious and comfy. Front desk was also efficient to help us solving small issue of the room.

I decided to come to Nanning the day before the holiday, and I ordered Nanning hotels for the first place in the list of beautiful scenery and the third place in the food. I came here on May Day. Because of the traffic jam on the way, it was already 10 o'clock in the evening when I arrived at the hotel. Xiaolin at the front desk was very warm and thoughtful. He also upgraded the room to a suite and arranged it on the 45th floor. When I went up to the floor, the lady in the red suit in the executive lounge brought it to the door of the room. The view of the room is very good. You can see the sunrise when you get up early and the night view at night. There was still a 50 yuan coupon that was not used when checking out. The brother at the front desk also enthusiastically said that you can exchange bread in the cafe next to it and eat it on the way. During the stay in the hotel, I heard another couple in the elevator comment that the hotel staff were very willing to take the initiative to serve, and I also recognized it very much and gave a thumbs up to all the staff of the hotel. I will come to stay in Nanning again in the future, and I just recommended the hotel to a friend who is going to Nanning later. In addition, the hotel breakfast is also very rich, all praise.

It was the first time I brought my family to Nanning for a trip. The hotel I stayed in was great, with beautiful scenery and a riverside park next to it. It was very comfortable to take a walk. The tea is average, the hotel's milk quality is good, the fruit is not so good, and the breakfast is also delicious. The hygiene is fine, the basic room type has a bathtub, the bad thing is that the window of my room faces the street and there is no view. The Cantonese restaurant on the fourth floor did not serve a dish for 25 minutes after ordering, so I directly refunded the order without eating. Because the weather was bad and there was an orange gale and hail warning, I stayed in the hotel for a day and did not go anywhere. The housekeeper Abao is very good and can provide emotional value and some help

When I go to Nanning on business, I always choose this hotel. There is no problem with the hardware and facilities. But this time I checked in, I felt that the front desk staff was replaced, or you have too many reception activities. You are so indifferent. If you don't want to work in the service industry, just quit by yourself. Who are you showing your unwillingness to? ! ! ! !

In my opinion, the price/performance ratio of the hotel room is very high, and it is also very comfortable. The decoration of the hotel is very beautiful. I prefer nature, so I think the outdoor garden of the hotel is very beautiful and full of natural atmosphere. I basically go there to sit every day, look at the scenery and think about things. The staff are very enthusiastic and patient, and they will try their best to satisfy what I want. I remember that there was a girl named Xiao Lu who answered the phone. Her voice sounded very nice, which made people feel happier. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I have stayed in many five-star hotels in China, and this one is the most cost-effective one in my opinion. The sanitation is really clean and the service attitude is also very good. The hotel is in a good location, and it is convenient to take a taxi to the attractions and places to eat. There is a quick access to walk to Minge Lake.

Here we saw 👀 many kinds of flowers and plants, whether it is the tall, red and golden kapok flowers in front of the window, or the bougainvillea on the balcony guardrail, and the flame flowers that sparkle in the sun ☀️, and the white, pink and lavender hyacinth flowers on the roadside sidewalks, all blooming! The hotel restaurant 🍴 is opposite the swan 🦢 pond, you can eat while watching the white swan 🦢 paddling and the little black cat catching fish. Overall it was good except that I had to wait a long time for the elevator and there were many people. The room was clean, drinks were provided in the room, and the staff also provided breakfast coupons, but there were too many good things to eat nearby, so I only used one. Service and supporting facilities are quite good. There are not many merchants that can give five-star praise. The only fly in the ointment is that the shower room is a bit narrow, but it is understandable mainly for the elderly.
