In addition to breakfast, you need to make an appointment for every meal. If the appointment is late, there will be no more. This is a place to be improved in the future. 2. The waiter at the front desk is very enthusiastic, caring and meticulous. Behind the front desk of the hotel is an ancient building with many parent-child play projects, which children prefer. The stairs up to the second floor are slightly longer, and there is no safety fence, which is dangerous for children to climb. The hotel has two very cute coffee cats, one white and one gray. 3. The surrounding area of the hotel is a rock-climbing town, which is mainly a tourist area featuring rock climbing. The price may be more affordable during the epidemic period, about 150 yuan per person. For brave children and adults, you can go and experience it. If you belong to a person who is afraid of heights like me, forget it. I can only rent a bicycle and stroll around the town. 4. The only trough may be the small river in front of the hotel. The small river is dry and there are green algae. When the weather is hot, the water body stinks. I wasted a few small kayaks soaked in the water. I wanted to glide along the river, but it was only a luxury. Hope it can be improved as soon as possible, the hotel as a whole is still good.

Our group, three families, was the only one who went there on the weekend. The boss can communicate very well and asked what time would be suitable for breakfast the next day and which outdoor place can be used. The service attitude is super good. I forgot to take a photo of the breakfast. Auntie cooked delicious rice noodles and steamed buns. If we couldn’t finish them, she asked us to pack them for the children. The overall experience is great. If there is one area that needs to be improved, it is that the water in the bathroom is not hot enough and the water pressure is not enough. The location is secluded, the greenery is well-planned, there is warm sunshine during the day and stars at night. Open the door and you can see the pine forest, and the house is like a mountain forest. It is a very suitable place for vacation and relaxation. The service staff is friendly and the sightseeing bus is very convenient! The private bath on the balcony is also unique (the water flow is also large!) Ps. The hotel boasts an excellent location right next to Wanda Plaza, making check-in a breeze. Our concierge, Katie, proactively contacted us to arrange a fruit upgrade and a late checkout at 4 PM. She even helped us with buckwheat and latex pillows. The mattress was supportive and very comfortable. Being on the 20th floor, the views were fantastic. The family room was great, everyone had their own bed and slept really well. Plus, parking is free for guests. A perfect score! 💯

Nanning Wuxiang Mountain Villa is a hidden garden sanctuary nestled by Wuxiang Lake. It boasts a serene and elegant environment, surrounded by lush greenery, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. We booked a spacious and comfortable room in Building 6, with soft, skin-friendly bedding that ensured a good night's sleep. I must say the overall quality is impressive. The only downside was that on the night we checked in, children in several neighboring rooms were playing and making noise until midnight. We called the hotel to ask them to intervene, but the management wasn't effective, resulting in 6 out of our group of 9 not getting any sleep. Our initial reason for choosing Wuxiang over a more conveniently located downtown hotel was for a relaxing getaway, and unfortunately, the poor sleep impacted our entire itinerary for the next day.

The front desk service was warm and attentive, the rooms were neat and tidy, and the breakfast was rich and varied. It's the most upscale hotel in the area. Also: The swimming pool water quality is good, and guests can pick up locker keys at the fitness center reception (it was quite uncivilized that some female attendants made guests go into the men's restroom to scan a code and pay a deposit before using the squat toilets to change and store/retrieve clothes. I suggest removing the changing rooms from the restrooms, and that shampoo, shower gel, and slippers be provided in the swimming pool area promptly).

Coming back from Wuzhou and transiting through Nanning, I decided to stay for a night due to the weather, which also gave me a chance to get a feel for Nanning, learn about the Yongjiang River, understand Guangxi, and experience the 'Eight-Guangxi' culture that I had only read about in textbooks. I also took the opportunity to visit the Zhuang Autonomous Region Museum. The hotel is an older one; the facilities are decent, but the breakfast could be better.

I've stayed here many times, and I still really like this hotel. The surrounding area is fantastic; you can see the beautiful Nanhu Park right from the hotel, and transportation is super convenient. It's just a few subway stops from the East Station. The staff are all very professional, and their service is proactive and attentive. However, the hotel is starting to show its age. The balcony room I stayed in a few years ago felt exactly the same this time around – it definitely needs a renovation. Also, the variety at the breakfast buffet has changed dramatically. There's a huge difference between Saturday and Sunday mornings. On Saturday morning, there was a great selection, but on Sunday, I found the variety to be significantly less.

The room size matched the description on the platform. The shower is over the bathtub. I was worried it might be slippery, but they provided a non-slip mat, which was a thoughtful touch. Upon entering the room, I found a cockroach. I reported it to the front desk, and they handled it immediately. The staff member explained that after the previous guest checked out, they perform pest control, which is why cockroaches might appear. We understood, as it meant the pest control was thorough. Later, the TV wouldn't turn on. After reporting it, the staff member quickly came to fix it and showed us how to use the TV. Every time we entered or exited, the staff would greet us proactively! When we asked for directions to attractions, the lady with employee number 1130 patiently guided us, answered our questions carefully, and provided service with a smile. She was excellent! Nearby transportation: It's a bit far from both the bus and metro stations, but taking a taxi solves the distance problem! Nanning has great food, fun, beautiful mountains, and waters. I'll recommend your hotel for my next visit or to any friends coming to Nanning!👍

This is my second stay here, and it feels even more familiar this time. I chose Nanning Wanda Vista for my Nanning vacation again, and the experience was even better than last time. From check-in to check-out, the front desk staff were professional and efficient. The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable, plus I had a great view of the Yongjiang River. What really surprised me, though, was how much the hotel's back garden had improved! Not only are there more plants, but they've added quite a few animals, making it feel like a mini-zoo. Being able to see animals while staying at the hotel was a huge hit with the kids! The value for money is absolutely fantastic. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.
