After the epidemic, the whole family traveled for the first time and chose a place far away from the city, looking for a feeling of returning to the countryside. After looking at the Internet for a long time, I finally found this South Yard in Mashan County, designed by the British. Yi Su. 1. It belongs to a rural homestay. The location of this homestay is good, it is just over one kilometer away from the large lawn in the north, so you can go on foot. The dining place in the homestay is also open to the public, and it is about 50 meters away from the accommodation, which is a bit inconvenient. In addition to breakfast, you need to make an appointment for every meal. If the appointment is late, there will be no more. This is a place to be improved in the future. 2. The waiter at the front desk is very enthusiastic, caring and meticulous. Behind the front desk of the hotel is an ancient building with many parent-child play projects, which children prefer. The stairs up to the second floor are slightly longer, and there is no safety fence, which is dangerous for children to climb. The hotel has two very cute coffee cats, one white and one gray. 3. The surrounding area of the hotel is a rock-climbing town, which is mainly a tourist area featuring rock climbing. The price may be more affordable during the epidemic period, about 150 yuan per person. For brave children and adults, you can go and experience it. If you belong to a person who is afraid of heights like me, forget it. I can only rent a bicycle and stroll around the town. 4. The only trough may be the small river in front of the hotel. The small river is dry and there are green algae. When the weather is hot, the water body stinks. I wasted a few small kayaks soaked in the water. I wanted to glide along the river, but it was only a luxury. Hope it can be improved as soon as possible, the hotel as a whole is still good.

Guest UserI was staying there during the Liuzhou earthquake, and the tremors were quite noticeable. I heard there would be another one at midnight, which scared me so much I didn't know where to go. Around 11 PM, I just grabbed my slippers and a backpack and ran. I had initially planned to stay at Liyuan for a while with my child, as it's a family-friendly hotel and the open space seemed safer. So, I took a taxi there overnight.
The front desk service was pretty good; they even upgraded me to a suite. Unfortunately, it was just me and my child, and the suite was at the very end of a corner. I'm a bit timid, so I was scared and didn't want to stay there. In the end, I switched back to a smaller room closer to the main road. The room was quite spacious, decorated in a vintage, 'old money' style, I guess. I'm not sure if it was just me or the design, but the toilet in the bathroom faced the window, and it had a glass door. Even though it was just me and my child, a transparent toilet was still a bit awkward.
There's a small playground in the hotel's basement, next to the pool. I could smell some disinfectant, too. The playground was empty, and my child quickly got bored and left after a short while. They mentioned alpaca and goldfish feeding, but you can only feed the alpacas at specific times – not too early, not too late. My child wanted to feed them after breakfast, but it wasn't the right time, so they couldn't. By 11 AM, my child was already back for their nap. It felt more like a display than an actual activity.
My child didn't sleep well overnight, so I wanted them to get some nap time and requested a late check-out until 2 PM. Close to the check-out time, I received a call asking if I wanted to extend my stay (I often check out around 2 PM, and no other hotel has ever called me about it).
I'm not sure why they call it a family-friendly hotel; I feel it's more geared towards business travelers. When I was there, there was some internet conference going on, with a large group of people checking in at the lobby. Also, there were no kids' cartoon goodie bags on weekdays, only on weekends.
I've stayed at many family-friendly hotels, and while this one has all the amenities, they seem like a budget version. My 3-year-old really couldn't enjoy themselves here. However, Nanning isn't a major tourist city, so perhaps this hotel is considered top-tier there.

WeixindengluThe hotel environment is excellent, and the location is great, surrounded by shopping areas. It's also very close to Nanhu Park, perfect for an evening stroll, making it a pleasant retreat even in a bustling city. Opened in 2023, the hotel's room facilities are well-maintained. The bathtub is large and comes with a bath liner, and the shower room has a dry-wet separation design. The hygiene is meticulously done, making the room bright and tidy. As for the service, the front desk staff were very enthusiastic. Upon check-in, they proactively informed me about the hotel's pool and gym locations and how to get to the subway station. The entire check-in process was quick, clear, and efficient. During my stay, I ordered takeout, and when the delivery driver arrived, he mentioned that many orders were waiting. It turned out that a colleague from the concierge personally brought my food up to my room. He said something that genuinely touched me: 'Since you ordered rice noodles, Guangxi rice noodles are best eaten quickly before they get cold. It's better for us to deliver it personally.' This really moved me and is truly commendable! This alone makes it highly recommended!

A friend from the north came to travel and booked a starry room and liked it very much.
The design of the room is very unique, spacious and clean, suitable for bringing children. It is very pleasant to have tea and chat on the balcony. There is a fruit and vegetable picking garden in front of the door. My friend said that he would bring his children to experience life together during the summer vacation.

Traveling with kids in Nanning was a breeze thanks to this hotel! 👨👩👧👦 Choosing Longguang Nalian for our family trip was a really smart move. The room was incredibly spacious, with a separate walk-in closet and a tea bar, so the kids had plenty of room to run around. The pool facilities were excellent, and the children had a fantastic time. The hotel is very kid-friendly, with free stays for children aged 3-17, and they even provided kids' toothbrushes and tableware – attention to detail was spot on. The breakfast spread not only offered Cantonese dim sum but also a variety of local specialties, which both adults and children loved.

ChuanshuozhongdecainiaoStaying at Wanda Vista Nanning for a business trip, I accidentally lost my ID. The front desk staff patiently helped me review the surveillance footage and meticulously searched my room, and thankfully, they quickly found it. The room facilities were brand new and well-equipped, and the bedding was soft with excellent soundproofing. Katie, an angel, was warm and attentive throughout my stay, even helping me get a room upgrade and some fruit. This small incident unexpectedly showcased the hotel's warm service, making my trip much more reassuring. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Nanning.

Unlike those towering high-rise hotels, this truly feels like a proper resort. The rooms are incredibly spacious, the surroundings are absolutely fantastic, and it's conveniently located near Wuxiangshan Park. We spent too little time here as we were out exploring, but I honestly felt like I could have happily spent my entire trip just enjoying the hotel's amenities. Upon checking in, they arranged a lovely family afternoon tea for us, featuring delicious and adorable desserts. If I ever get the chance to visit Nanning again, I will absolutely choose to stay here.

First, the positives: The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful, and we even got a complimentary bowl of Laoyou noodles when we checked in. The room had a bathtub, which the kids loved. However, I personally feel it wasn't great value for money. For nearly 600, there was no complimentary laundry service. The bedding was subpar, not very soft, and made a rustling sound with every movement.

This is my second stay here, and it feels even more familiar this time. I chose Nanning Wanda Vista for my Nanning vacation again, and the experience was even better than last time. From check-in to check-out, the front desk staff were professional and efficient. The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable, plus I had a great view of the Yongjiang River. What really surprised me, though, was how much the hotel's back garden had improved! Not only are there more plants, but they've added quite a few animals, making it feel like a mini-zoo. Being able to see animals while staying at the hotel was a huge hit with the kids! The value for money is absolutely fantastic. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.
