Non-smokers please note that this listing includes both smoking and non-smoking variants! We did not notice this as other listings we've seen usually indicate whether the room itself is smoking/non-smoking. Additionally the front desk didn't ask for our preference when we were checking in. We only noticed the stench after we had settled in and were ready to sleep.
The room is also equipped with a soundproofing door but we were still woken up by loud noises from the hallway and the room above.
Besides these issues the room was generally spacious and bedding was comfortable.

I had a wonderful time at Nanning Hotel! The hotel itself is beautiful, but it is the staff who made my stay. I was fortunate to meet Zhou Yu, the front of house manager, whose excellent English was very helpful. He and the other staff of this hotel went the extra mile to help me enjoy my stay. I thoroughly recommend the hotel!

The moment I stepped into the hotel, the familiar atmosphere of an old five-star hotel hit me. The perfect luxury and elegance made me relax instantly. When I checked in, the front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, and arranged a room on the 44th floor for me.
During the entire stay, the service in the executive lounge impressed me the most. Yumei, like the warm sun in spring, has a bright smile, a lively and lovely personality, and can always keenly capture the needs of guests, making people feel warm. There are also Shizhi and Bindian, who are also enthusiastic and considerate. Their busy figures in the lounge have become a beautiful landscape here. They use professional and thoughtful services to make every guest feel at home.
In contrast, the service in the fitness center on the 5th floor is so-so. When I met a male and female waiter, they all had cold faces.
In short, the executive room is recommended, which is very cost-effective.

The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by green mountains, facing the Yongjiang River, with flat tides and wide water, and high negative oxygen ions. I originally booked a garden view room, but the front desk staff Xiao Xu enthusiastically upgraded the room type so that I could enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony of the executive room. The room was clean and tidy. In addition to the smart toilet, a dryer was also thoughtfully set up. The breakfast was rich in variety and tasted very good. You can experience the sour and wild rice noodles with Guangxi characteristics without leaving home. There is a mini zoo in the hotel, with alpacas, peacocks, plum blossoms and other small animals that children love. Every day at a fixed time, the star alpacas will be led out to interact closely with the children. In addition to visiting Qingxiu Mountain, we set aside two hours to play inside the hotel and feel the quiet beauty of the mountains and forests. Overall, it was a worthwhile trip with unbeatable cost performance.

A grand hotel although it is more oriental style.
Very near Metro. Airport bus service is right at the hotel. Beautiful 南湖 is nice for morning and evening walk.
We booked a double room. The front dest staff was very pleasant and able to help us when asking for free upgrade to executive, non-smoking room with fantastic view to the lake. The room was very spacious and comfy.
Front desk was also efficient to help us solving small issue of the room.

Service: Two mothers with two kids booked a twin room. When checking in at the front desk, I asked if they could help me put the beds together? Is breakfast included for a two-night stay? The lady at the front desk answered all my questions, but her attitude always made me feel uncomfortable. After arriving in the room, the hotel took the initiative to send toothbrushes, disposable slippers and bathrobes for the two kids.
Facilities: The phone in the room was broken, and I couldn't get through when I wanted to call the room service
Hygiene: The bedding was clean, but there was impurities in the kettle, so I didn't dare to use it

Advantages:
1. Friendly service. I called one day in advance to check in. The receptionist sent my luggage to the elevator. The service staff I met all greeted me enthusiastically.
2. The breakfast items are rich and meet the five-star standard.
3. I came to check in at more than nine in the morning. The double bed room I booked in advance was not ready yet, so I upgraded it to a suite. Thumbs up.
4. The room is clean and tidy. There is a free water bar with enough mineral water. I drank tea in the room. It's good.
5. The late check-out is great. I checked out after going to Qingxiu Mountain during the day. It didn't delay anything.
6. A cup of coffee was given when I checked in, and a piece of fruit was given in the evening.
7. There is a big bathtub that I like, and the space is relatively large.
Disadvantages:
1. There is a free laundry service for two pieces of clothes. I wanted to wash two pieces of clothes for my child, but I didn't dare to ask. It's my own problem.
2. There is a bus stop service, but you need to make an appointment one day in advance. I didn't think about when to leave, and I remembered it when I checked out and was ready to leave. But because I didn't make an appointment, I didn't enjoy this service.
3. The traffic is OK and relatively quiet. There is a piece of land opposite that is being built.

I booked this hotel for my friend. My friend came here to attend a wedding and stayed for one night. Parking is convenient here. There is a night market in the business district and three streets and two alleys nearby. I have booked this hotel many times and it was very good. The room was large and clean, simple but stylish, with good lighting. Hot water was available 24 hours a day in the room. Xiaoxue, the assistant manager of the lobby, upgraded the room type for free and arranged the room for us. They were also very satisfied with their stay. I must give a good review! They also gave us free snacks…

After looking at the Internet for a long time, I finally found this South Yard in Mashan County, designed by the British. Yi Su. 1. It belongs to a rural homestay. The location of this homestay is good, it is just over one kilometer away from the large lawn in the north, so you can go on foot. The dining place in the homestay is also open to the public, and it is about 50 meters away from the accommodation, which is a bit inconvenient. In addition to breakfast, you need to make an appointment for every meal. If the appointment is late, there will be no more. This is a place to be improved in the future. 2. The waiter at the front desk is very enthusiastic, caring and meticulous. Behind the front desk of the hotel is an ancient building with many parent-child play projects, which children prefer. The stairs up to the second floor are slightly longer, and there is no safety fence, which is dangerous for children to climb. The hotel has two very cute coffee cats, one white and one gray. 3. The surrounding area of the hotel is a rock-climbing town, which is mainly a tourist area featuring rock climbing. The price may be more affordable during the epidemic period, about 150 yuan per person. For brave children and adults, you can go and experience it. If you belong to a person who is afraid of heights like me, forget it. I can only rent a bicycle and stroll around the town. 4. The only trough may be the small river in front of the hotel. The small river is dry and there are green algae. When the weather is hot, the water body stinks. I wasted a few small kayaks soaked in the water. I wanted to glide along the river, but it was only a luxury. Hope it can be improved as soon as possible, the hotel as a whole is still good.

HHo FongMy sister & I chose to stay here for five nights because of its location (close to IKEA shopping mall & its close proximity to the metro) as well as its competitive pricing.
There are many pros about this hotel:
- superb service (very responsive, helpful & polite staff) - the room is quiet, clean & spacious
- there is also a laundry room with one washing machine & one dryer as well as an steam iron; washing detergent is provided as well, which is a bonus.
- although only two bottles of drinking water is provided FOC every day, we managed to get an extra four bottles when we made the request at the front desk
The cons, which I hope can be improved on are:
- the wifi: we weren’t able to use it the whole time we stayed here, which, I think is the biggest flaw of the hotel
- there’s only one washing machine & one dryer. For a hotel this size, it’s reasonable to provide at least two of each.
Will I consider staying here again and/or recommend it to my friends & relatives? The answer is a definite YES but I hope that management will address the above issues mentioned above as soon as possible.

IisuLocation is good, but have to walk 12 minutes to nanning train station. It is not that near. But it s a small matter compare to all other plus points of this hotel.
The hotel is amazing, service from front desk , restaurant and housekeeping. The laundry room is a plus, especially during summer time when clothes will be wet all day 😅. And you dont have to bring any soap. The laundry machine already provided with the detergent. The dryer also very good. Its still new.
I would like to thanks Xiao Pang (小庞) and a young man in the front desk , they are very helpful. My chinese not so good, but they did their best to help. They helped to book taxi , even help to bring our big luggages to our room. And they did not want to take the tips we want to give. Amazing China hotel experience for us 👍👍👍
The hotel is clean, the toilet have jetspray (it is very important for the south east asian guests😁). The bed is so comfortable, i checked the bed, it's King koil brand. No wonder it feel so good to sleep. The curtain is automatically opened when you open the door. There is welcome fruit and cute note written by the staff. In the restaurant, they have 1 big teddy bear doll to sit with you if you eat alone 🤗. The hotel branding as smart and green hotel.
Around hotel, there is small grocery store and few restaurants nearby.
Overall... we re very happy to stay in this hotel. And recommended if you want to stay in Nanning 👍👍👍

PPeterOverall, I thought the place was pretty good. Everyone there was helpful and nice. The room was clean, however starting to show its age. Some of the tiles grout are gone, and u can see gaps. The gap between the carpet and the tile needs to be sealed or covered. Biggest downer was my kid had a stomachache after having their breakfast. She felt better after she vomit. The hotel personnel did come to check up and brought her some porridge, milk and fruit, but she didn’t eat any. Next day we only used the breakfast for their coffee. I did use their pool. Wish it was a little warmer.

BBaiyixiongI chose Renaissance Hotel to listen to Zhou Shen's concert. The location is very convenient, the transportation is good, and there are many places to eat nearby. I chose an executive king room with executive benefits, including afternoon tea and light meals in the evening. I had a light meal in the executive lounge at 6 o'clock and then went to the concert, and came back for a midnight snack. The service at Renaissance is very good, the staff is very enthusiastic, the room is clean and tidy, and the gym is also very good. Breakfast has Laoyou noodles and Guilin rice noodles. It is very convenient to have a free shuttle bus to watch the concert, which is much more convenient and faster than taking the subway. When my friends came back and finished the show, they were still crowded in the subway station and queuing for security checks, and I had already arrived at the hotel to have a midnight snack. The manager service manager Zhou these two days sent everyone to the shuttle bus every day, and waited for the shuttle bus to come back at the hotel entrance at night. I gave everyone a warm greeting: You have worked hard today, and rest early.

LLakeeaMy first trip to China led me to the WANDA Realm Hotel, chosen amidst uncertainty. The hotel is amazing, Its prime location adjacent to a mall made shopping a breeze. The spacious, clean room and delightful Western breakfast added to the experience. Although I didn't capture any photos, I'd eagerly return for business or leisure. Overall, the experience, location, room quality, and staff were exceptional. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

GGuest UserVery conveniently located with the metro just beside the hotel and the high speed train station and the airport bus service is about 10 mins walk from the hotel. Plenty of eateries nearby however do not expect too much from the breakfast provided by the hotel. The reception staffs and the chambermaid are very helpful and friendly and room is clean, will go back to the same hotel if visiting Nanning again.
