I came to Nanning with my friends to experience the ethnic customs of Guangxi. I specially chose a cute themed cartoon room. It was really cute! ! The small wooden horse and warm colors⛺, the scenery outside the window is very good, I will be in a good mood every day when I wake up, it is very quiet during the day and at night, very comfortable~ Special praise for Miss Wang at the front desk. She called me to confirm the check-in before check-in, and the arrangement was very good❤I have lived very comfortably these days, and the hotel scenery is also very good. I feel the natural beauty of Qingxiu Mountain~ When checking out, the luggage was packed, but I had something to go out temporarily and didn’t have time to come back. The little sister also helped me solve the problem quickly, and also carefully helped me put the scattered things in the handbag, which was really great!

This stay was the highlight of our trip to Nanning! The family suite, two rooms with two beds, allows two generations to rest without disturbing each other, the view from the window is unbeatable, and the environment is top-notch! The most heartwarming thing is the guest room manager Huang, who kindly introduced us to the delicious and fun places near the hotel when we checked in, and also gave us cassava syrup and fruit. Pros: 1) Staff at the reception are friendly and helpful; they arranged a disposable shaver to be delivered to my room - much appreciated. 2) Location is good, very close to the train station and shuttle bus (route number 1) to NNG airport. 3) Our room is very clean, having comfortable bed, pillows and linens. Cons: 1) Lifts are small and always crowded. 2) Breakfast is a disgrace… There was no meat, and hardly anything else. My wife and I were fortunate to get some noodle and nibbles. Some people arriving after us complained to the two staff in the breakfast area that “there is no food”. The staff were unapologetic; they defended by saying that “more people are having breakfast today than the number we were given”. And then one of the staff started eating her own breakfast (it was about 9am), something she collected for herself from the breakfast bar, together with the customers. It just shows the lack of training and protocols.

The hotel is very big. If you hadn't been told in advance that you would check in at Building 9, it would have been hard to find the front desk. The park shuttle bus responded very quickly. Both the front desk lady who checked you in and the guy who drove the shuttle bus to the room reminded that the shuttle bus is available 24 hours a day, which is very nice. You can feel the enthusiasm of the villa service staff, especially the check-in lady, who smiled so sweetly. Recently, the temperature difference between day and night in Nanning is very large. I was awakened by the cold in the morning, only to be told that the villa only turns on the heating at night. Well, although after asking the front desk, the waiter was very considerate and quickly brought the heater. I sincerely suggest taking a walk in the park after dinner. There were actually little squirrels, so cute. In short, this hotel must be my only choice in Nanning.

The housekeeper Jiejie's service is warm and makes you feel like home. The room is clean and tidy, and the hotel's toiletries are also very complete. It is very convenient. There are many places for late night snacks. There is also a business area in the lobby with computers and printers. It is a good choice for business trips!

The room is large and neat with complete facilities, but some of the equipment is a bit old, such as the central air conditioner, which is very old and the effect is not ideal. The hotel is in a good location, the surrounding environment is also very good, and it is convenient for travel.
