This Chinese New Year, I decided to spend my holiday at the Mehood Lestie Hotel Nanning, expecting just a standard trip. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised by a heartwarming experience that felt like family. On the first day of the ***** New Year, I excitedly headed to Qingxiu Mountain, a Nanning landmark, for a stroll. The mountain was a festive hive of activity, packed with tourists. After enjoying the scenery, I realized the difficulty of traveling during the Spring Festival – getting a taxi near the scenic area was nearly impossible. There were very few empty cabs passing by, and ride-hailing apps showed long queues with no success after a prolonged wait. As dusk approached, I started to feel anxious. In desperation, I decided to call the hotel's front desk, explaining my predicament of being stranded at the scenic spot with no way back. To my surprise, a hotel staff member named Xiaotian, upon hearing my situation, didn't hesitate for a second. She immediately assured me she would find a solution. Not long after, Xiaotian arrived at the entrance of Qingxiu Mountain on the hotel's electric scooter, ready to pick me up. On the way back, she carefully rode, constantly checking on me and reminding me to hold tight and stay warm. Seeing her determined figure braving the cold wind, my anxiety instantly transformed into immense gratitude. Back at the hotel, she busied herself helping me with my luggage and checking the room temperature. Her thoughtful care made me feel incredibly welcome and at home during this Spring Festival away from my hometown. This experience truly highlighted the Mehood Lestie Hotel Nanning's customer-centric service philosophy. Xiaotian demonstrated the warmth of their service through her actions. This unexpected help not only solved my immediate problem but also made this Year of the Horse Spring Festival exceptionally memorable and precious.

Traveling with kids in Nanning was a breeze thanks to this hotel! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Choosing Longguang Nalian for our family trip was a really smart move. The room was incredibly spacious, with a separate walk-in closet and a tea bar, so the kids had plenty of room to run around. The pool facilities were excellent, and the children had a fantastic time. The hotel is very kid-friendly, with free stays for children aged 3-17, and they even provided kids' toothbrushes and tableware – attention to detail was spot on. The breakfast spread not only offered Cantonese dim sum but also a variety of local specialties, which both adults and children loved.

Staying at Wanda Vista Nanning for a business trip, I accidentally lost my ID. The front desk staff patiently helped me review the surveillance footage and meticulously searched my room, and thankfully, they quickly found it. The room facilities were brand new and well-equipped, and the bedding was soft with excellent soundproofing. Katie, an angel, was warm and attentive throughout my stay, even helping me get a room upgrade and some fruit. This small incident unexpectedly showcased the hotel's warm service, making my trip much more reassuring. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Nanning.

I picked this hotel for a show. It's conveniently located, about a 15-20 minute walk to the Cultural and Art Center. The surrounding area is quite quiet, and it's also very close to the Yong River Green Walkway, which is great for a stroll. The room facilities are fairly new, and the bathroom has excellent wet/dry separation. My only minor complaint is that the sink is a bit low, so it's easy to splash water out when washing your face or brushing your teeth. Room cleaning could be a bit more thorough; for example, the shower cap wasn't replenished on the second day. After contacting the front desk, a robot delivered it to my door, which was really cute! Though it did make me wonder, if they have robots, why not use them for food delivery as well? The views from both the restaurant and the room are lovely. It was very comfortable and relaxing to lie on the sofa and simply enjoy the scenery.

First, the positives: The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful, and we even got a complimentary bowl of Laoyou noodles when we checked in. The room had a bathtub, which the kids loved. However, I personally feel it wasn't great value for money. For nearly 600, there was no complimentary laundry service. The bedding was subpar, not very soft, and made a rustling sound with every movement.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Stay at Shangri-La Nanning – Exceptional Service My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Nanning, staying in the Horizon Premier Room, and the whole experience was excellent from beginning to end. The room was spacious, beautifully presented and extremely comfortable, with the high standard of quality you would expect from Shangri-La. It was a perfect choice for a couple, and we thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and atmosphere of the hotel. A special mention must go to Ally from the front-of-house team, who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. She was incredibly friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Service like this really makes a difference when staying at a five-star hotel. The hotel itself is impressive, with beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities and a very welcoming atmosphere. From arrival through to departure, we felt extremely well looked after. We would happily stay at Shangri-La Nanning again and would definitely recommend the Horizon Premier Room to couples looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Nanning. Better maintained than I expected! I was initially hesitant to book, fearing the hotel might be old, but a 5-star is a 5-star. The service is excellent, and the rooms are clean and hygienic. Parking is convenient, and the location is great with everything you need nearby. The hotel's front desk is even a popular spot for photos! I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance; it offers great value for money. Plus, the best Thai milk tea is right nearby—it couldn't be more perfect!

The hotel has a laundry room and a gym, which is conveniently located on the 21st floor – exactly where I was staying! They have washing machines, dryers, and even an iron. The service is excellent, and the front desk staff are all lovely. The shower gel and shampoo in the room are really good, and the pillows are super comfortable. The Wi-Fi is fast, and the room has voice-controlled smart features, so you can automatically open and close the curtains, which is very convenient. The toilet is also a smart one that flushes automatically. The hygiene is well-maintained, with no stray hairs or anything like that.

The service is very good. The manager of Qiuqiu is very professional and solves the problem in time. The parking lot is very large and there are many parking spaces. The room is very warm. The floor is high and quiet. The quilt cover and sheets are very comfortable. It is soft and comfortable. The hotel also has a gym and laundry dryer. This price has this kind of facility itself. Very recommended, the location of the hotel is very convenient to eat and play. I like it very much.

The service was warm and attentive. As soon as our family got out of the taxi, someone helped us with our luggage and pushed the stroller to check-in. They even gave us two small toys because they saw we had a child. They also brought plenty of water, worried that our child might have trouble adjusting to the new environment. We booked a suite, which was large, though the decor was a bit dated. However, the hotel informed us immediately and offered to change rooms. But seeing the large room, thick carpet, and spacious bathtub, we were already very satisfied, and the price was reasonable. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of freshly stir-fried vegetables – bok choy, cauliflower, lotus root slices, and sweet peas. The Lao You Fen (a type of rice noodle soup) was also quite tasty. Compared to other hotels with their large quantities of pre-made sausages, chicken nuggets, and steamed buns, I think this place is more suitable for tourists who want to enjoy some vegetarian dishes to balance things out. For more delicious food, you can go to a specialty restaurant outside. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, and transportation is quite convenient.
