The only downside is that it's an older property, so the facilities are a bit dated. However, it offers great value for money, and the breakfast is good and hygienic."

"Better maintained than I expected! I was initially hesitant to book, fearing the hotel might be old, but a 5-star is a 5-star. The service is excellent, and the rooms are clean and hygienic. Parking is convenient, and the location is great with everything you need nearby. The hotel's front desk is even a popular spot for photos! I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance; it offers great value for money. Plus, the best Thai milk tea is right nearby—it couldn't be more perfect!"

"The hotel's location is convenient, making it quick to get anywhere. It's right above MixC Shopping Mall, with a small entrance on the first floor that leads directly to Parkson, and MixC is just a few steps further. The room is clean and tidy with complete facilities, offering great value for money. The night view is also beautiful, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure stays. Our butler, Wynn, contacted me in advance to make arrangements. Upon learning we wanted to try tea bran shampoo, she immediately and enthusiastically recommended it, and it was indeed a great experience! Maddy, Linny, Zoey, and Darwin were also excellent. Thank you all very much! Overall, I'm very satisfied. This trip was short, but I'll definitely choose to stay here longer next time!"

"I must commend the hotel staff for their excellent customer friendly service. Today morning, I had difficulty accessing Scoot to checkin for my 2pm Nanning-Singapore departure flight. Michael went the extra mile to bring me to the adjacent building to a print company and make use of their computer to login to Scoot airline. Due to different web platform, I was still unable to complete my Scoot check-in. However, I appreciate the extra effort made by Michael. I have stayed in this hotel, in and out, for 6 days and it was worth my money spent. Nanking has many beautiful places of interests."

May Pink at the front desk was incredibly gentle and professional. She handled my check-in meticulously and patiently, and even proactively shared local travel and transportation tips. Any questions I had were quickly and properly resolved. Her attentive and thoughtful service throughout made me feel right at home. Aaron, Eva, and Jonathan from the F&B department were also exceptionally dedicated. They were warm and polite during meals, promptly responded to my requests for dishes or special requirements, and ensured food was served and refilled meticulously. Their service was perfectly balanced, creating a very comfortable dining atmosphere. The hotel's environment, rooms, and breakfast were all of excellent quality to begin with, but it was the genuine and heartwarming service from these staff members that made my entire trip to Nanning especially pleasant. The five-star service truly lives up to its reputation. This will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Nanning – highly recommended!"

"I originally planned to head straight home after visiting Detian Waterfall, but I was just too tired to make the trip. This hotel has been recently renovated, and its overall environment and location are excellent. The laundry facilities, as always, were a big plus for me. So, I ended up staying another night. Previously, we stayed in a family-themed suite, but I couldn't find it online this time. My baby kept saying "giddy up, giddy up!" and wanted the little tent, he really loved it! I asked the front desk if they had any family rooms available, and surprisingly, one had just been cleaned and was ready. I immediately paid the difference and upgraded! This also gave us a chance to explore Langxi Night Market, which we didn't have time for before. We got there at 11 PM, and sure enough, the nightlife in the South is incredibly lively and vibrant. We queued up for purple perilla duck legs – so many people! I asked the front desk to arrange a playpen for us again, so tonight is all set. The Detian Waterfall in Chongzuo is in its high-water season, so the flow was magnificent. There was a bit of traffic getting to the scenic area, so next time I'll need to allocate an extra 1-2 hours for travel."

She helped me in handling the process and everything. Because of this situation, I am surely going back to this hotel for my next stay in Nanning! The rooms are also clean and the beds are comfortable. Location is near the Nanning Railway Station and the city center."

"This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The value for money is terrible, and the service is just bad. The rooms reeked of smoke; I had to switch rooms several times, but they all had a strong cigarette smell, and even the hallway outside the rooms smelled heavily of smoke. The soundproofing is awful, and the windows don't close properly – if you shut one side, there's a gap on the other. I had to stuff a towel in the gap to prevent drafts, otherwise, the wind would blow the curtains around all night. The facilities are old and run down, everything is moldy, and the room phone didn't work, so I had to use my mobile to call out. I booked two rooms, and when I arrived at 4:30 PM, I was told they weren't cleaned yet and I'd have to wait an hour to check in. This building houses many hotels of different brands, all sharing the same space, and this particular hotel has left me with a very poor impression of Nanning."
