"Stayed in room 2220. The room was spacious and bright with excellent soundproofing. It's conveniently located next to Wanda Plaza for easy shopping, and the breakfast was quite good. Guangxi University is directly opposite, and there's a subway station nearby, making transportation very convenient."

There's an airport shuttle directly from the airport to the hotel, and it's only a few hundred meters walk to the subway station, making it easy to get around. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. I originally wanted to give it a five-star review, but when I was checking out and asked for a bottle of water, they didn't even have any in the hotel lobby??? It seems that even established five-star hotels still have room for improvement when it comes to personalized service!"

"The hotel room was cleaned very thoroughly, and I didn't see any water stains in the bathroom, which made for a comfortable stay. The facilities were complete, including a laundry room, and the air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. The WiFi was also fast. The service was great too. When I asked the front desk staff for a recommendation for authentic Laoyoufen (a local noodle dish), he immediately suggested a nearby place and even mentioned that their taste was a bit strong, advising us to order something else if we couldn't handle it – very honest of him. When checking out, I asked if we could get a bottle of water for the road, and seeing that there were two of us, he directly gave us two bottles. These small details really add to the experience."

"This is truly disappointing! I accidentally left my watch in the room after checking out. I called the staff at noon to explain the situation, and they explicitly promised to get back to me after checking. However, I waited all afternoon and received no updates whatsoever. At 6 PM, I proactively called again for an update, and the staff simply dismissed it with a casual "we couldn't find it," without mentioning whether they had thoroughly searched the room or asked the cleaning staff. This watch holds significant sentimental value to me, and the hotel's perfunctory service attitude is truly disheartening. I sincerely advise everyone to choose this hotel with caution!"

It's a one-stop shop for food, accommodation, and transportation, offering excellent value for money."
