"This has been my absolute go-to hotel every time I visit Nanning for the past four years! I highly recommend it. It's perfectly located right next to Exit A of Vientiane City Station (Wanxiangcheng Metro Station), just a short two-minute walk away. The environment is spacious and features a strong sense of design. The buffet breakfast is incredibly diverse and delicious, and the service is consistently excellent. During check-out, I encountered a bit of a rush hour at the elevators due to a large conference group. After waiting for quite some time without an elevator, and needing to check out quickly to catch a train, I decided to take the stairs down to the ground floor lobby with my two children and a suitcase. As I entered the stairwell, I luckily bumped into a hotel staff member. She informed me that those particular stairs wouldn't lead directly to the main lobby. Feeling quite anxious, I explained to her that I was in a hurry to make my train. This wonderful lady immediately stepped in, helped me with my luggage, and quickly guided us to an alternative stairwell, allowing us to get downstairs swiftly and complete our check-out. "The hotel is so big! I checked in on New Year's Eve! The restaurant was so crowded! There were snack bars downstairs, but they were all closed on New Year's Eve, so I ate at a Chinese restaurant on the second floor of the hotel. It's a Hong Kong-style tea restaurant, and the food is delicious. The place was full, but the food was served quickly. The front desk service was so enthusiastic, and I saw Manager Lin helping to serve food on the second floor after he finished his work at the front desk! The whole hotel feels so **! Everyone wishes you a happy new year! Although I'm out of town, I feel very warm!"

"Live on the 63rd floor, the room is big, the facilities are new, and the environment is clean. The scenery outside is beautiful, with a panoramic view of Yongjiang River, Nanning Bridge, and Qingxiu Mountain. The staff is very professional and can be seen to have received professional training. The staff on the first floor helped put the luggage on the taxi and guided the way out. The taxi driver praised them and said that they had the best attitude in the hotel he had contacted. The area around the hotel is very lively, and barbecue, milk tea, and Guangxi specialties are all nearby, and you can walk there. It's a pity that I only stayed for one day, and there are still many delicious foods around that I didn't eat. I'll come again next time 😁"

"To be honest, the service is much worse than that of the business hotels such as City Convenience and Yaster nearby. The front desk is not a waitress, but a middle-aged man without uniform. What's more annoying is that I checked out at 3 o'clock, and they called me at 2 o'clock in the afternoon to wake me up and asked me to check out! The hotel is next to the main road, a very busy intersection, noisy from morning to night, business people are not recommended to stay. The breakfast is better than that of the business hotel, but not much better. The good thing is that it is served from 7 o'clock to 11 o'clock, and few hotels provide breakfast for that long. The gym is not open, and it was locked several times when I went up"
