"This is my second stay here. I chose it again when I passed through Nanning because I had such a good experience last time. The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and standing on the balcony looking out at the Yongjiang River is incredibly relaxing. The hotel's Chinese restaurant is delicious, but it's quite expensive, comparable in price to five-star hotels in Guangdong. This time I had an unexpected pleasant surprise: I was worried about traffic when leaving, so I ordered some Western food to take away and eat in the car. The food was excellent and the portions were generous. The staff member who delivered our food was very helpful; they packed everything quickly and well, showing great skill. Thumbs up!"

"I arrived late the night before, and the two ladies at the front desk were very attentive and conscientious in their service. Toiletries are prepared for the children, which is very thoughtful. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable, and there is free airport pick-up and drop-off, which is really great. When we checked out the next day, we were warmly received by the lady in the breakfast room. It was very convenient to have tableware and chairs for children. The lady at the front desk promptly reminded us to take the shuttle bus. Thank you very much. This hotel is highly recommended for airport travel"

Upon learning of the situation, the hotel duty manager proactively came to communicate and coordinate. Their attitude was sincere and their handling efficient throughout. Despite the hotel being full, they still went above and beyond to arrange a room with a great location and type for me, which was a very pleasant surprise. From waiting to check-in, there was no perfunctory service or buck-passing; the staff were professional and warm, truly putting the guest first. Although there was a slight wait initially, the hotel's attentive service and the manager's proactive and responsible handling completely made up for the minor hiccup. The overall check-in experience exceeded my expectations and is highly recommended; I will definitely choose to stay here again."
