"Right after the Dragon Boat Festival, I decided to extend my stay for a few extra days to truly experience Nanning, a city with great food and sights! The high-altitude hotel offered a perfect stay. The facilities were excellent; the pool was open until 10 PM and very clean, and the gym was accessible 24 hours. For breakfast, they even had luosifen, old friend noodles, and Guilin rice noodles – yum! The location was great, just a short walk to MixC shopping mall. Getting around was also very convenient; finding taxis and rides was never an issue, which is a huge plus. The staff were all super friendly, always greeting me warmly no matter how late it was. The front desk service was thoughtful, the environment was quiet and clean, and they even provided umbrellas in the room, which came in handy during the rainy season. The spa was also a nice touch. Definitely one of the hotels I'd recommend!"

"My stay was excellent! The staff's meticulous service made me feel right at home. The room was spacious and bright, offering panoramic city views. The floor-to-ceiling windows allowed for adjustable ventilation, so I never had to worry about stuffy air. The soundproofing was great, and the mattress was perfectly comfortable – not too soft, not too firm – I ended up sleeping in till noon without realizing it. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including a food delivery locker and a delivery robot. Its proximity to the subway makes getting around incredibly convenient. Overall, it offers great value for money. Highly recommend this fantastic experience!"

"This is my second stay here. I chose it again when I passed through Nanning because I had such a good experience last time. The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and standing on the balcony looking out at the Yongjiang River is incredibly relaxing. The hotel's Chinese restaurant is delicious, but it's quite expensive, comparable in price to five-star hotels in Guangdong. This time I had an unexpected pleasant surprise: I was worried about traffic when leaving, so I ordered some Western food to take away and eat in the car. The food was excellent and the portions were generous. The staff member who delivered our food was very helpful; they packed everything quickly and well, showing great skill. Thumbs up!"

After booking in advance, the front desk proactively confirmed the time and thoughtfully set a wake-up call. The shuttle departs promptly at 5:30 AM, taking only 10 minutes to reach the passenger terminal, eliminating any rush to catch your flight. The hotel is extremely close to the airport, the rooms are clean and tidy with no unpleasant odors, and the bedding is comfortable enough to ensure a restful night's sleep. The driver is friendly, attentive, efficient, and punctual. For business travelers catching early flights, this is excellent value for money and has already been added to my travel must-visit list!"

The equipment is smooth and not stuck, the network speed is super fast, and the tables and chairs are not tired. Health is in place, the location is easy to find, the price is super high, highly recommended! The overall experience is excellent, the machine runs smoothly, and the lighting atmosphere is very e-sports. My father likes the restaurant on the second floor very much. The authentic Cantonese cuisine is very good and the price is reasonable. After checking out, I finished my tour in Nanning and came back to the second floor for lunch. Overall, I am very satisfied and the transportation is convenient.

GGuest UserI want to commend the hotel staff. They proactively communicated before check-in, were very polite during check-in, and even gave us some New Year candies at check-out. The family room itself was pretty standard, clean, tidy, and aesthetically pleasing, with good soundproofing. All the necessary kids' amenities were provided, and the bedding was comfortable; our family of four slept really well. I suggest that the hotel could offer a small themed plush toy to guests checking out from family rooms. It wouldn't cost much, but it would make the children very happy. My daughter called the front desk to ask if she could take the room's themed toy, and she was very disappointed when she got a negative answer. I hope the hotel can provide a smaller toy for children that they can keep. Additionally, the bathtub drain was clogged, and it took the technician over half an hour to fix it. The air conditioning in the room wasn't cooling effectively. I hope the hotel can pay more attention to these small details.

The front desk staff are patient and professional. The attention to detail is superb, making for a comfortable and somewhat luxurious stay.

GGuest UserThe room wasn't very big, but it was on the first floor of the villa, and it was quite nice. A particularly good thing was that hotel guests could enter and exit the hot springs twice, which was a great deal. We didn't soak for long with the kids; we only soaked for two hours in the afternoon, and then went again in the evening. They had a lot of fun. The hotel also had a sauna and other amenities, which was nice.

GGuest UserThe room was clean, although facing the street, but the window had two floors, and the sound of the downstairs could not be heard after closing, it was very quiet. The pick-up and drop-off service is also very good, about ten minutes drive from the airport. The front desk lady is very good, there is a crew gym on the second floor, the front desk lady let me go in to measure the weight of the suitcase. The breakfast is quite rich and very good.
