The hotel's location is excellent, right on Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro. There are two buildings, North and South. The North building seems newer. The South building appears to have been renovated, though some facilities are a bit dated. This didn't affect our stay. Check-in is at 3 PM, and you can self-check-in or check-out. The hotel provides all necessary amenities and toiletries. This time, the triple room was quite spacious, which was a good experience. The hotel's hygiene is generally good. The weekend price was reasonable, so I'd consider staying again.

The hotel itself is great, very close to the bus stop. Just a few hundred meters behind the hotel, you'll find Love Lane and the Ruins of St. Paul's, surrounded by many delicious food options. However, I have urticaria. I hadn't had an outbreak in almost a year and a half, but it seems like the cleaning agent used on the hotel bathroom floor contains allergens. It was truly awful; the urticaria started itching right after I showered. 😓

Great budget stay in historic centre with good transport links This budget guesthouse is located right in the historic centre, with very convenient access to buses and even the metro. There are 24-hour convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, which was super handy. On the first day, we pressed the ”clean-up” button in the room, but nobody came. We later found out that you need to request cleaning at the reception – so keep that in mind! The room only had 2 towels, and drinking water is only available at the reception. However, the windows open, which is rare in this area, and we could dry our clothes – a huge plus! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and well-located place in Macau. The room is located in a typical residential area, with convenience stores, supermarkets, banks, dessert shops, and regular eateries nearby. The room is clean and tidy, and the TV offers Netflix without extra charges. The bed is clean and soft. The towels and blankets are all white and in good condition. There's plenty of hot water, and a small balcony too.

This was our first stay, and we spent two nights here. It was a really good experience with excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again if I come back! The environment was quite clean, and the staff were very friendly.

Convenient Stay in the Heart of the City We stayed one night at Towns Well Motel and had a pleasant experience. The motel is in a strategic location, surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants, and local eateries, making it very convenient for travelers. Within a 10-minute walk, you can easily enjoy shopping at popular stores such as SaSa, Nike, Adidas, and Puma, as well as explore the nearby food and beverage options. The room was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone looking for an affordable and conveniently located accommodation for a short stay.

I stayed overnight because I watched a movie late in Macau. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a bus stop with direct routes to Studio City and The Londoner, which is perfect for movie lovers. The room was also very comfortable and quiet. This will be my go-to hotel every time I come to Macau for a movie.

The environment was good, for 200 patacas for a one-night stay in Macau, a big bed, and a private bathroom – it was more than enough. If you're out late in Macau, it's definitely more comfortable to stay overnight. The front desk staff was very gentle and patient. You can dry clothes on the rooftop. The only thing is this room was on the first floor, next to a masseuse, and an older masseuse was a bit... overly friendly.

The disposable bed sheets, duvet covers, and towels were of very poor quality. I strongly recommend replacing them with standard ones. The room wasn't ventilated, so there was a musty smell when I first checked in. Overall, it was not a good experience.

Great location 5 min from St Paul Ruins. Room was clean, modern, and quiet despite being central. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. Staff were polite. No breakfast was fine since cafes nearby are cheap and good. Value for money is solid for solo travelers. Would book again if I just need a base to explore.
