The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were efficient. The rooms were clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, and the pillows and blankets were soft and gentle on the skin, ensuring a good night's sleep every night. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, plenty of hot water, and all the necessary toiletries. The breakfast was varied, offering a fusion of Chinese and Western dishes, and was delicious. The hotel's overall environment was quiet and welcoming, with well-maintained facilities, making guests feel right at home. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time and would highly recommend it to friends and family.

But as guests have written in other reviews the room was very hot, 26 degrees Celsius, and the temperature was unregulated. It's good that I could open a bit the window in my room. But then you can hear loud noise from the road…
The breakfast was good, but coffee can be bought in the lobby for 15 yuan, which is strange…
The staff is not friendly and doesn't explain anything even with the help of a translator.
Sorry, but next time I'll choose another hotel, closer to the center, but for the same price or cheaper.

GGuest UserThe lady was exceptionally nice and enthusiastic, and the service was incredibly thoughtful. I stayed for many days, and the room was cleaned daily, making it feel just like home – very cozy. The front desk offered free roasted sweet potatoes and complimentary snacks. The hygiene was spotless, and the facilities were good too. It was a very satisfying stay, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Beijing! 🤗

GGuest UserAfter comparing several options, I ultimately chose this one, and I'm so glad I did! Everything was perfect. The place was spotless, just the right size, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location is fantastic too: close to Heshenghui Mall, with a supermarket right downstairs, and public transport is super convenient. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Beijing.

AAnonymous UserI was asked to book a room for my relatives and friends who came from afar when they got married, but the service at the front desk was really beyond words. The advantage of the hotel is that it is very close to my home. Originally, it was a very festive thing to arrange for relatives and friends to stay. As a result, being treated by the waiter was not pleasant at all. First we checked in as if we all owed the front desk money. From the tone of voice to the expression, nothing makes people feel comfortable. During breakfast, because my relatives came from the countryside, I was criticized for eating too much. Because I was in a hurry to decorate the wedding venue in the morning, I said I would come back two days later to issue the invoice, but I was told by the front desk that it was not possible!

LLiuli90518The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station, right in an alley off Qianmen Street. It was generally very clean. We originally booked a special offer room in the basement with no windows, but the owner saw we had a child and upgraded our room for free. They also gave us an extra hour for check-out, so the whole experience exceeded our expectations. I had an appointment for the flag-raising ceremony early the next morning, and the hotel is only two kilometers from the security checkpoint. I got lost and took many detours on the way there, but found my way back easily. I didn't have time to take photos because I was in a rush. The environment is up to the standard of an express hotel, and it was all very good. Recommended.

The hotel is clean and tidy, with plenty of food options and a supermarket nearby. It's also close to the airport. Getting to the city is easy; you can just grab a taxi right outside the hotel to the nearest subway station.
