"Traveling solo through Guangxi, I chose the Diliany Hotel for my Nanning stop, and as a solo traveler, my experience was exceptionally good. The 24-hour front desk is always available, so no matter how late you arrive, someone will be there to check you in, which made me feel very secure traveling alone. The location is close to the subway and bus stops, making it convenient to get to all the attractions. Downstairs is Nongyuan Road, so you don't have to go far for food or shopping. The room was clean and tidy with complete facilities. The Midea air conditioner worked well, and the window could be opened for ventilation. The space was just right for one person, feeling comfortable and cozy. The bedding was soft, and after a day of walking, I fell asleep very quickly. The front desk offers complimentary drinking water and small snacks, so I didn't need to buy extra, which was a thoughtful touch. There are surveillance cameras in the hallway, and it was quiet at night, so even as a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe. The price is also very reasonable; for a backpacker, it offers great value for money. Clean, safe, and convenient – you can't go wrong choosing this place for solo travel."

"This was a very nice place to spend a few days while in Nanning. The room was spacious and comfortable, the location was great, and the staff were helpful. The one real downside was that the bathroom floor becomes extremely slippery when it is wet - which happens whenever you shower. The hotel does have a sign posted in the bathroom to be careful, but this is something guests should also be aware of."

"Cleanliness: The hotel is very clean, and the housekeeping staff are efficient. Ambiance: The hotel's soundproofing is average. I was woken up at night by the sound of children next door. Service: The hotel restaurant service is excellent; they even help guests prepare fruit they've bought. The breakfast pastry and side dishes are substantial, and the staff are very diligent – I'd like to commend them. However, the front desk doesn't have a 24-hour coffee machine, which makes it less convenient than other hotels of the same level within the group. Room service is also very good; they offer pillows of various firmness levels for guests to choose from. Other hotel services were not ideal. When I checked in, there were three staff members at the front desk and only one guest inquiring, yet I still had to wait a long time before they started my check-in process. Although the hotel service floors have access control locks, they are still poorly managed; the floor entrance and laundry room are often left open, failing to effectively protect the exclusive rights of guests. The hotel staff seemed unfamiliar with humidifiers. For a city like Nanning, which experiences high humidity and heat in summer, it's surprising they don't have this provision. The staff's expression, as if they'd seen an alien 👽, really made me question the hotel's service awareness. The gym's lighting control is not inside the room, and the air conditioning is always off. If you want to use it, you have to go ahead and close the windows and turn on the AC yourself, which is truly inconvenient. Facilities: The hotel has more than five floors of guest rooms, but only two sets of washing machines and dryers in the laundry room. There's also no way to check if the equipment is occupied or how long it's been in use, which significantly impacts the guest experience."
