"Unfriendly reception staff. I wanted to check in one hour early, they asked me to pay for an extra day. No refrigerator in the room. Reception is not open 24 hours. Breakfast is 13 euros - includes a croissant and coffee. Very poor and not worth the money. A large supermarket has opened nearby, which is a plus."

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. It was clean, the staff were very friendly, and we absolutely loved the pool. The beds were also very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside to be aware of is the soundproofing. If you’re a light sleeper, you might notice noise from neighbouring rooms and outside, likely because it’s an older building with some echo. That said, we were so tired from our days out that we slept really well and it didn’t affect us at all. The location is perfect, with the metro, restaurants, and coffee shops just around the corner. And being so close to the Arc de Triomphe was amazing! Overall, we had a lovely time and would happily stay again. ✨"

"This hotel is truly excellent. I was very satisfied with the location, environment, and service. It's just 120 meters from the subway station, a three-minute walk! The surrounding area is beautiful, with a large supermarket nearby, making shopping and dining very convenient. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, with a capsule coffee machine and even slippers provided! My room was on the first floor, and in the afternoon, sunlight streamed through the window. Enjoying a coffee then was very pleasant!"

"That was A wonderful experience at a hotel that is very close to the airport. The location is great. The room was quiet. It was quiet and I slept well l Which is about the most important thing to me. The hotel is clean and pleasant. The shuttle service to and from the airport was extremely efficient. Great helpful stuff . Breakfast is wonderful. For those who cant use the shuttle tram T7 is very close to the hotel less than 2 min. So I recommend on both. "This hotel is part of the Palais des Congrès de Paris complex, and it's one of the few high-rise buildings in the city. From my 8th-floor room facing south, I could see both the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. Getting to the metro is super convenient; you can walk directly through the convention center, which is a huge plus in often rainy Paris. The breakfast was incredibly rich, offering rice, omelets, stir-fried vegetables, and over five kinds of fruit, plus hazelnut chocolate. The room was quite spacious by Parisian standards. Just a heads-up, Montmartre Hill, as shown in some photos, isn't actually visible – I had to stick my phone out the window to capture it. Now, a special warning about the taxis right outside the hotel. They are dishonest, so be careful. Taxis from Charles de Gaulle Airport to central Paris have a fixed zone-based fare: 65 euros for the Left Bank and 56 euros for the Right Bank. If you order a taxi via an app or phone, there's an additional 4-euro booking fee. We took a taxi from the hotel, which is on the Right Bank. The concierge confirmed the fixed fare would be 56 euros. However, after hailing a taxi right outside, the driver tried to charge us 65 euros (the Left Bank rate) plus a 4-euro booking fee upon arrival at the airport. After a lengthy argument, and even calling the hotel, the driver finally charged 56 euros plus the 4-euro booking fee. So, even after arguing, we still ended up paying the extra booking fee. "Good location, safe surroundings and late check-in. The room is clean and large, and the necessary facilities are available to some extent. There are problems such as the refrigerator that cannot be used (I had the room changed but I couldn't use it at the same time), and the temperature of the cooler can only be changed to the reception, but it was good."

"My stay was reasonable for the price. My first room, on the 1st floor, was older and had broken curtains. I was moved to another room, which was a bit cold, and I struggled with the temperature. However, the staff were friendly and provided me with extra blankets. If you ask well in advance, you can organize a late check-out. The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants, bus routes, and the airport. An Uber to the city centre costs around €30 one way. The area is very safe and clean, with several other hotels nearby. Breakfast can be paid for on a day-to-day basis, which is a plus 👍."

"Excellent! The location is superb! Couldn't find a hotel for New Year's Eve 2026, and stumbled upon this one near the Arc de Triomphe – the price wasn't outrageous! Considering many hotels hike up their prices several times over during New Year's, this was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast here is incredibly rich and the dining area is spacious. The hotel itself is quite large, but the management and housekeeping are top-notch. The room was also very big. This was by far the best value-for-money hotel I stayed at during my time in France. It easily competes with five-star hotels. I booked a hotel over Christmas that cost over 15,000 for one night, and honestly, apart from a slightly better view, it really couldn't compare to this one. Highly recommend."
