Although the facilities and equipment were built 10 years ago and the style is a bit outdated, the overall layout is still very reasonable. The service is impeccable. When we checked in, the guy at the front desk took us on a hotel tour and introduced the various restaurants (Chinese and Cantonese cuisine, Michelin three stars), bars, building structure, various functions and usage methods of room facilities. Very considerate service. The location of the hotel is very good, right next to the Arc de Triomphe. You can see the Arc de Triomphe when you go out. This is a hotel that is absolutely impossible to find fault with, which is rare.

The room size isnt as generous as you would expect for a 1 bedroom suite but it did fit family of 4. The AC wasn't really working and the washing machine was faulty. Reported it to the concierge but still not fixed the next day. Luckily there is a self-help laundramat about 300 meters from the hotel. The location is great and central and with easy access to scooters and bikes which I reckon is the best way to get around Paris.

The hotel's entrance is not obvious, but the location is very good, very close to the Louvre, Lafayette is not far away, go out to the shopping street, there are Giorgio Ar***i, Louis Vitton, Chloe, Celine and so on. The hotel bathroom and bathing area are separate and the facilities are modern. Some rooms can accommodate an extra bed. Breakfast is Western food, good quality, if you can have a little Chinese food, after all, there are quite a lot of Chinese people. Wenhua's service is as good as ever. Going to Paris later is still the first choice.

Very nice hotel about 3 blocks from Arc de Triomphe. We walked to everything. Very clean and seems to be recently renovated with modern baths and electronics. The restaurant was just a bit minimalist. And, our experience with getting cars, etc. was so-so. Still, would choose it again as a reasonably-priced (for Paris!) 5-star property.

The most intimate hotel I have ever stayed at! Really love! More than 10,000 a night is worth it! Worth more expensive than the deadly expensive hotels in Greece!
After checking in, the hotel saw that we were Chinese and prepared peony, tea and Chinese tea set for us. It's so thoughtful!
Needless to say the hotel scenery! I ordered a balcony room with a cloakroom, which is very practical. Internet celebrities all over the world must go to the hotel! Very very very recommended!

The room type they took us to for the first time was not very consistent with the photos online. After communicating with the waiter, they rearranged the room type exactly as in the pictures. The bathroom is large and has a separate cloakroom, where luggage and changes of clothes can be kept clean and not messy. The fully renovated hotel is decorated in neoclassical French style with high-end color schemes.
The hotel is less than 200 meters away from Xiang Street. Once you reach Xiang Street, you can quickly find the George V subway. It is very convenient! At this price, you can live in a suite of more than 30 square meters in this area, which is very cost-effective in Paris.

You can enjoy some delicious food, coffee, and wine in the lobby bar on the first floor. The atmosphere is very artistic and the price is not bad. The manager is a very interesting, cute and gentleman local, who is a bit like the drama master in ”Escape from the Tiger's Mouth”. The bathroom is relatively large and comfortable. The towel rack is heated like a heating rack, which is very useful if you want to wash some clothes and socks. The bed is still a bit compact, and the wardrobe and coffee machine and hot water kettle are quite large. Overall, it is a very sophisticated and exquisite five-star hotel. The old-fashioned elevator is very special, but it is safe, and the supply of mineral water is relatively sufficient.

GGuest UserFirst, the good: the aesthetic of the hotel is exceptional, especially the lobby and the bar. You receive a personalised welcome including a history of the hotel. The rooms are super quiet and dark at night and you'll for sure get a good sleep.
The bad: the rooms are very small and the one we got (Rose) was a disappointment compared to the photos. The room lacked basic amenities like tea and coffee which you get in even the most low budget hotels, and when the front desk was called to ask about this, we were offered tea brought to the room, but then charged 20 euros (we got this removed from the bill of course, but this should not have happened to begin with).
The service was very slow during our stay, both the check-in but also the breakfast. It felt like it was understaffed, even though at breakfast it was only around half full at the time. In general, the service level attempts to be more personal to justify its 5 star rating, but clearly more staff are needed to pull this off properly.
The spa was too cold to enjoy.
I would not stay again, but would consider visiting the bar to enjoy the unique atmosphere.

BBeitayihaoshoudaoThis is a touching hotel. The location is very good. It takes no more than ten minutes to walk to the Louvre and the Paris Opera. There is a Japanese and Korean food street around, and Chinese food is all around. The hotel is not big, but every corner is full of design. It has been opened for more than half a year and is very new. We stayed in three room types. The largest one is the penthouse suite on the seventh floor, followed by the most cost-effective and favorite premium suite. The classic room is suitable for one person, but no matter which room, the bathroom is very large. The amenities are diptyque and the toothpaste is marvis. The hotel staff is very friendly! Be sure to remember to taste the two shell cakes sent at check-in. It's so delicious and will surprise you. This hotel has become my first choice for traveling in Paris. We have been here twice. I am sure I will visit it again in the future! Thank you hana hotel! Thank you to the staff during my stay.
AAnonymous UserHotel front desk and concierge is very friendly and helpful . Staffs in the lounge bar and restaurant are very warm and friendly too. Room is very big in Paris standard. Room design is tasteful, graceful yet modern.
The only thing annoyed me very much is that the housekeepers are very rude. Everything else seems fine, except the controlling pad surface is a bit dusty. I lived there for 3 nights, everyday there are someone coming to my room without knocking the door or telling me who that is. First day I was quite shocked, I thought it was my problem because I didn't turn on the 'Do not disturb' light. That's fine.
The second day, I had the 'Do not disturb' light on, someone(housekeeper) still opened my door without knocking the door or telling me who that is. That was very awkward. I feel no privacy in the room as someone could just come into your room without any notice . That annoyed me very much. I mean, what is the point of 'Do not disturb' button ??!! Later I turned off the 'Do not disturb' light and turned on 'Please make up room' light. I went out of the room and saw the housekeeper in the there. I kindly asked her could she make up my room for me. She seems unhappy and told me that It is too late and she is off already . Come on, it was only 4pm, and I am going to stay there another night. I came back after one hour , saw the ' Please make up room' light still on, so I didn't expect my room was made. Luckily someone cleaned my room but didn't turned off the light.
Then it was the 3rd day, I had the late check out till 3pm and I had the 'Do not disturb' light on. You know what happened? The housekeeper opened my door without any notice again while I was in the room and said DO NOT DISTURB. It was obvious light color and I am really annoyed by that. If it happened once , ok. But everyday for 3 consecutive days ???! All the other staffs are fine but I do think it lacks housekeeping training. It ruined all the privacy and trust etc.
If it is only for the room, and concierge etc I like it.
The housekeeping is terrible and disappointing.

Excellent
Llucky20061130The breakfast is pretty good. It's not a cafeteria. It's a one-by-one set meal. Extra money is added. An extra bed is available, but the king size bed is really big. The location of the hotel is very good, just near the Eiffel Tower, but if you don't choose a view room, you can only see the street view. The design and collection of the hotel lobby are the highlights. Don't miss the small garden, it is very beautiful. As far as the room is concerned, it can only be said to be average, and the service is indeed very good. When checking in at the front desk, there were Chinese receptionists, and the communication was smooth. Overall it's pretty good.
BBuerderenThe interior design is very stylish, but the hotel facilities have some flaws. We arrived late that day and were assigned a room on the first floor. The room was very noisy. When we asked, we were told it was the noise of the equipment. It was turned off at around 11:30 pm and turned on at 6:30 am. It was really noisy. It was almost impossible to stay in the room. We wanted to change rooms but they said there were no vacancies. We negotiated again the next morning and were moved to a room on the third floor. There was still noise on the third floor, but it was much better... The same suite, no bathtub on the first floor, but on the third floor. Please pay attention when booking... The restaurant is good, but the breakfast is a set meal with not many choices
JJouveWe spent a great night , enjoyed the pool bar, the outdoor and indoor pools and the rooftop. This boutique and arty hotel in one of the most emblematic building in Paris is great. We recommend it.
SSky7891The location is average. The good thing is that the hotel has a small swimming pool. Those who like swimming can barely swim.
The breakfast was okay, but the location made me feel that it lacked a lot of the good feeling of the stay. However, there is nothing to ask for in a hotel in Paris at this price.
LLaurindo AlmeidaFirst of all, everyone at the hotel tried their best to resolve and accommodate our needs.
the hotel was pretty full and they upgraded us to a room with more space.
the rooms available were quite interior, without the windows that you see on the Marriot website. The bathroom had a bath and shower and was very large with some pieces showing many signs of use. Water pressure was low and water leaked to the floor due to poor design. Despite plenty of space, there were few places to place our hygiene items and inconvenient access. My daughter complained about the mirror making it difficult to put on makeup.
The breakfast room smells a lot of grease and food and the smell persists on the clothes, the breakfast looks more like a 4* hotel in Paris.
The bed was very comfortable and we slept well, missing things like choosing pillows, making the bed or having bedtime chocolate. Our room was lined with wood and had plenty of storage space, ironing facilities, a sofa and a table. There was a television that you could only watch from the bed and it was very intrusive. Despite its large size, it occupied a space that was questionable to say the least.
It really looks more like a 4* than a 5*.
We had booked 3 nights but only stayed one, and the staff understood and helped us a lot so we could leave without any major losses.
GGuest UserAmazing hotel with exceptional service. location is alright, about 10mins walk to concord metro. very quite street right next to the American embassy. the staff were very helpful and pleasant. I got a cake, champagne and small gift from the hotel since it was my bday. They made us feel very special. I would highly recommend this hotel.

PPinzhishenghuoguanlirenMrszhouThe environment is very good. I booked a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Of course, the price is not cheap, 8,000 per night.
However, there are definitely other issues with this hotel

We drove here, and they provided parking service for 30 euros a night, but when we handed our car to them, there were 2 bars of gas left. When we received the car, there was not a single bar of gas left, and they even reminded us that there was no gas left. travel
And I found that my seat had been adjusted to a flat position. I was confused until I saw that there was no gas.
Second, the breakfast is inconsistent
When we arrived, the front desk said that our breakfast was a buffet and it was all freshly cooked. It had a rich menu, including sushi, pasta and other foods. In fact, please see the picture. It just gives you a basket of bread, a cup of coffee, and more. A yogurt. They also wanted to charge me 20 euros per person. I went directly to the front desk to complain, and then I turned around and said that your room rate was included and there was no need to pay extra. And he also showed me picture 2, the so-called buffet
I'm so angry that my liver hurts
