Amazing
AAnonymous UserI requested the cheapest room, which was small, indeed.
The location is excellent, less than a 5-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe.
The breakfast was poor; there wasn't much to eat. It's not worth ordering breakfast.
The front desk was sometimes helpful, sometimes not. Please read the bill carefully.

Amazing
GGuest UserFirst, the good: the aesthetic of the hotel is exceptional, especially the lobby and the bar. You receive a personalised welcome including a history of the hotel. The rooms are super quiet and dark at night and you'll for sure get a good sleep.
The bad: the rooms are very small and the one we got (Rose) was a disappointment compared to the photos. The room lacked basic amenities like tea and coffee which you get in even the most low budget hotels, and when the front desk was called to ask about this, we were offered tea brought to the room, but then charged 20 euros (we got this removed from the bill of course, but this should not have happened to begin with).
The service was very slow during our stay, both the check-in but also the breakfast. It felt like it was understaffed, even though at breakfast it was only around half full at the time. In general, the service level attempts to be more personal to justify its 5 star rating, but clearly more staff are needed to pull this off properly.
The spa was too cold to enjoy.
I would not stay again, but would consider visiting the bar to enjoy the unique atmosphere.
RRewudingdemaoI booked the most expensive room type, but the hotel gave the attic room. The bedside location was facing the bathroom door. How to communicate did not admit that the room type did not match. This made my impression of the Frenchman discounted.
Trip.com Customer service is very powerful, has been helping me to fight for the rights and interests that I should have. The location of this hotel is really good. In the sixth district, it is safe and quiet. It is recommended that friends who come here book the basic room type.
Opposite the hotel is a Macaron bakery in Paris. This may be relatively biased, so I didn't see the queue. We stayed here for a few days and had breakfast every day.

Great
GGuest UserOur room is tastefully furnished with high-quality fittings, creating a comfortable and elegant space to wake up in and relax after a day out. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful layout and attention to detail, which made the stay feel both practical and refined. The level of service exceeded our expectations for Paris, while remaining consistent with the high standards we associate with the Ascott group. Staff were professional, welcoming, and always willing to assist. The hotel is very conveniently located, within a short walk of shopping, the metro station, cafés, restaurants, and major sights, making it easy to explore the city. Despite its central location, the surroundings felt safe and pleasant, even in the evenings. Overall, the stay was smooth and enjoyable, with a good balance of comfort, service, and location. We would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

GGuest UserBy far one of my favorite hotels in Paris! It starts with the location. As someone who loves waking around the city this location is super central. If one were to compare it to New York City, this would be SoHo. That describes it best. It right next to where the president resides therefore it is also very safe and around the hotel are many luxury brands and stores. Overall it feels like a really great neighborhood. It’s close to most restaurants and only max. of 6 minutes from the jardin de tulieres and therefore great museums and Eiffel Tower as well as the opera and therefore more shopping (just as 5th avenue in New York). It is also very close to Parc Monceau which is my favorite park as it is very peaceful and quiet. And also close to Champs-Elysées. The service is truly amazing and very attentive. There is a concierge who can take care of all the bookings you want to do. The louvre tickets were completely sold out and he was able to get us tickets for the day we wanted. Overall super friendly staff and always looking out to provide the best service even if it’s beyond their job. The breakfast seems expensive but the quality is great and the options are vast. The hotel is very clean which is important to me as well. Overall I had a great stay in a very spacious and beautiful room. I loved the interior design and find it very elegant and soothing.

GGuest UserThe overall service is good, especially the front desk and room service. The only problem is that the room cleaning is not very thorough. One day the trash can was forgotten to be emptied, one day the toilet paper was used up but not replaced, and one day the hair in the bathroom was not cleaned.

LLamlamSinThis hotel is located in the 1st district, close to the Louvre and the Opera House. There are Carrefour and international restaurants around it. It is very convenient and quiet in a busy area. The hotel opened last year and its overall design adopts Japanese style, which is elegant and clean. The room was spacious, the atmosphere was cozy, and free sake was provided upon check-in. The toiletries used are from the Diptyque brand, and the scents chosen are fresh and comfortable, making the entire stay experience even better. The service attitude is very good, attentive and considerate. I highly recommend this hotel as a base in Paris!
DDanThenWe had a truly wonderful family stay at Majestic Hotel & Spa – Champs-Élysées, and it made our time in Paris even more special.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and very accommodating, especially towards our family, which made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. The hospitality was genuine and thoughtful.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing space for the whole family after a day of exploring Paris. Cleanliness was excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and welcoming.
The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major attractions—perfect for a family trip.
The spa and hotel facilities added to the experience, allowing us to unwind and enjoy quality family time in a peaceful setting.
Overall, Majestic Hotel & Spa is an excellent choice for families visiting Paris, offering comfort, great service, and a prime location. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again.

AAdam SaffianI recently had the pleasure of staying at Hôtel Elysia by Inwood Hotels in Paris, and it truly exceeded expectations in every way. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the iconic Champs-Élysées and other major attractions. Whether you’re in Paris for business or leisure, the central location makes it incredibly convenient to explore the city’s beauty and charm.
The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and well-appointed with thoughtful touches that enhanced the overall comfort. The high ceilings and classic Parisian design created a luxurious ambiance, and I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made for a restful stay.
Breakfast at the hotel was another highlight. The variety and quality of the offerings were impressive, with fresh pastries, fruit, and hot selections served in a beautifully designed dining area. It was the perfect way to start each day.
The service throughout my stay was warm, attentive, and professional. From check-in to check-out, the staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality added a personal touch that made the experience all the more memorable.
Overall, Hôtel Elysia is a wonderful choice for those looking for elegance, comfort, and top-tier service in Paris. I would not hesitate to stay here again or to recommend it to others seeking a refined and relaxing stay in the City of Light.

SShiminTnvshiThe air conditioning was showing an error code and, despite running, provided no cooling whatsoever! We reported it to the hotel staff, but they just told us it was 'normal' and offered to give us a fan if we were too hot 🙈. Spending summer in Paris with no AC and a really thick duvet made it impossible to sleep; we didn't get a wink of sleep for two nights. The location is great and convenient for getting around, but if a good night's rest is important to you, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.
