Amazing
CCamille vitolo jumelleI really loved the Hotel Le Clef,
Unfortunately several issues arose with the stay.
Early check in I requested .. They had a room ready and available but would not put me in the room until after my sister and I got lunch .. and came back 2 hours later pleading with them that we flew all night and were really tired.
Another manager decided to check us in at around 2 pm instead of 3 pm.
My boss had a family emergency and we had to fly back to the states 2 days early. I asked if they could add the coins or travel back to my account on trip .com the said no! Would not even try to gesture something towards me coming back .
The location is great and for boutique hotels not accommodating their customers is not good .
Another instance. I had called a few days ahead requesting a car service to pick up my sister.
I have them the airline the flight number her name and cell.. the driver never checked flight information and my sisters flight got in 1 hour earlier.. she was there at the airport with no one to pick her up ..
I asked for a credit.. I said does the company check the flight itinerary? Did they actually show up? It was all very sketchy and I have to tell you I felt bad for my sister arriving to the airport with no help at all having to go to the police security for assistance.
So with hotels at our disposal and customer service is a must no a days I’m sad to say as much as I love the location I did not like being left out on taxi and the early check in and also the fact they would not accommodate at all..

Amazing
GGuest UserI’m not sure if Paris is just expensive in general, but… this place doesn’t really feel like a 5-star hotel.
There’s a musty, almost moldy smell in the room, and the water pressure is so low that it took me forever to take a shower. 😩
But then again, the last 5-star hotel I stayed at didn’t even have hot water, so… I guess low water pressure is something I can live with.
They did upgrade my room, but honestly… aside from being bigger, there’s not much to like.
Since it’s just the two of us, we don’t really need a larger room anyway.
The whole place — from the room itself to the building and even the elevator — feels old and a bit unpleasant.
For a 5-star hotel, it’s really disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it.
There’s an InterContinental right across the street, and the staff there actually greeted guests properly.
It was around the same price, and honestly, I wish I had stayed there instead.
The staff here are very kind, but apart from that, I have to be honest about what really matters to me.
I do appreciate the room upgrade,
but truely the hotel facilities are disappointing.
GGuest UserThe hotel service is very good. The front desk also sent me to the door of the room. The breakfast is also good. The disadvantage is that the city tax is a bit expensive.

Great
GGuest UserFirst, the good: the aesthetic of the hotel is exceptional, especially the lobby and the bar. You receive a personalised welcome including a history of the hotel. The rooms are super quiet and dark at night and you'll for sure get a good sleep.
The bad: the rooms are very small and the one we got (Rose) was a disappointment compared to the photos. The room lacked basic amenities like tea and coffee which you get in even the most low budget hotels, and when the front desk was called to ask about this, we were offered tea brought to the room, but then charged 20 euros (we got this removed from the bill of course, but this should not have happened to begin with).
The service was very slow during our stay, both the check-in but also the breakfast. It felt like it was understaffed, even though at breakfast it was only around half full at the time. In general, the service level attempts to be more personal to justify its 5 star rating, but clearly more staff are needed to pull this off properly.
The spa was too cold to enjoy.
I would not stay again, but would consider visiting the bar to enjoy the unique atmosphere.
BBellaqulvxingThe location is by the Seine River, about 15 minutes walk to the Marais area, but you need to take an Uber for about 20 euros to get anywhere. The advantages are: it is very new, the room is not big but the design is very good.
Service: The service of the lobby staff is average, a bit mean. I helped to send a children's clothing from Paris to Bordeaux. Later I saw that the express fee was 65 euros, and no receipt was given.

Great
LLamlamSinThis hotel is located in the 1st district, close to the Louvre and the Opera House. There are Carrefour and international restaurants around it. It is very convenient and quiet in a busy area. The hotel opened last year and its overall design adopts Japanese style, which is elegant and clean. The room was spacious, the atmosphere was cozy, and free sake was provided upon check-in. The toiletries used are from the Diptyque brand, and the scents chosen are fresh and comfortable, making the entire stay experience even better. The service attitude is very good, attentive and considerate. I highly recommend this hotel as a base in Paris!
GGuest UserThe surrounding environment of the hotel is beautiful, the park is nearby, and the Paris football museum and club are near. The room is clean and tidy, and the service attitude is very good. It is a good choice for tourism and business trips. It is 20-30 minutes' drive from downtown attractions such as the Arc de Triomphe, which is very convenient.
GGuest UserBy far one of my favorite hotels in Paris! It starts with the location. As someone who loves waking around the city this location is super central. If one were to compare it to New York City, this would be SoHo. That describes it best. It right next to where the president resides therefore it is also very safe and around the hotel are many luxury brands and stores. Overall it feels like a really great neighborhood. It’s close to most restaurants and only max. of 6 minutes from the jardin de tulieres and therefore great museums and Eiffel Tower as well as the opera and therefore more shopping (just as 5th avenue in New York). It is also very close to Parc Monceau which is my favorite park as it is very peaceful and quiet. And also close to Champs-Elysées. The service is truly amazing and very attentive. There is a concierge who can take care of all the bookings you want to do. The louvre tickets were completely sold out and he was able to get us tickets for the day we wanted. Overall super friendly staff and always looking out to provide the best service even if it’s beyond their job. The breakfast seems expensive but the quality is great and the options are vast. The hotel is very clean which is important to me as well. Overall I had a great stay in a very spacious and beautiful room. I loved the interior design and find it very elegant and soothing.

DDanThenWe had a truly wonderful family stay at Majestic Hotel & Spa – Champs-Élysées, and it made our time in Paris even more special.

Good
GGuest UserThe location is excellent, just in the alley next to the Champs-Elysées, and it takes 10 minutes to walk to the Arc de Triomphe. The room is relatively large, and the bathroom is also large. Although it has a long history, it is well maintained. The elevator feels very good, and you can also walk to the Eiffel Tower in about half an hour. The price is a bit expensive, probably because of holidays.
