"I enjoyed our stay and can’t really complain however the night staff very rude and not helpful whatsoever we were having problem with our lights in the room not turning off and we called reception for then to be told at 12am it’s not his problem and his not a technician and hung up the phone we then went downstairs to explain that we can’t sleep with the light not off and can’t be very safe as can over heat. He then was very rudely telling us that not what he’s there for an nothing he can do I said I paid to stay somewhere where I should be able to ask for help and he then laughed and had a friend on the phone who was also laughing very unprofessional he then came up to check and removed the lightbulb which was still glowing in his hand and made us feel like complete ****** !!! When I told the receptionist in the mornin about this she didn’t see interested to say the least. Customer service from both night shift and this morning shift 0/10. Other than that an alright stay"

"The staff were incredibly kind and we were able to get the room with a balcony that we wanted. The Eiffel Tower view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. Plus, the bathtub was spacious, allowing for a really relaxing soak. Both the service and location are fantastic."

"The hotel is located strategically near the train station and metro exists so it is convenient to go around using public transport. There are also a lot of cafes, bars and food around within walking distance so it is quite convenient. Only feedback is on the rooms, they are a bit small with the toilet and the shower area being very tight. The lift is also quite slow and small but overall it is a good stay at the hotel. The soundproffing of the room could be a little better also as noises from the road or sidewalk can be heard quite clearly but bed and pillow is firm enough at least I can sleep."

"Booked a standard twin room, and it seems I got an upgrade, though all the rooms are the same size. What's really convenient about this hotel is that it's right above a subway station, making getting around super easy. Just a heads-up to everyone: hold onto your phones tightly on the subway! Ours got stolen – seriously, be extra careful! Across from the hotel, there's a Japanese restaurant and a French restaurant, both with good food."

"This hotel is part of the Palais des Congrès de Paris complex, and it's one of the few high-rise buildings in the city. From my 8th-floor room facing south, I could see both the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. Getting to the metro is super convenient; you can walk directly through the convention center, which is a huge plus in often rainy Paris. The breakfast was incredibly rich, offering rice, omelets, stir-fried vegetables, and over five kinds of fruit, plus hazelnut chocolate. The room was quite spacious by Parisian standards. Just a heads-up, Montmartre Hill, as shown in some photos, isn't actually visible – I had to stick my phone out the window to capture it. Now, a special warning about the taxis right outside the hotel. They are dishonest, so be careful. Taxis from Charles de Gaulle Airport to central Paris have a fixed zone-based fare: 65 euros for the Left Bank and 56 euros for the Right Bank. If you order a taxi via an app or phone, there's an additional 4-euro booking fee. We took a taxi from the hotel, which is on the Right Bank. The concierge confirmed the fixed fare would be 56 euros. However, after hailing a taxi right outside, the driver tried to charge us 65 euros (the Left Bank rate) plus a 4-euro booking fee upon arrival at the airport. After a lengthy argument, and even calling the hotel, the driver finally charged 56 euros plus the 4-euro booking fee. So, even after arguing, we still ended up paying the extra booking fee. "Everything was great – clean and cozy, and the metro is super convenient, just steps away. The tower is within walking distance, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. For those worried about metro noise, it doesn't run at night, so you can explore during the day and sleep soundly at night! :)"

"It's very close to the Eiffel Tower, and it's easy to eat around! It is also very convenient to the subway station. There are several special restaurants on the street next to it. Freshly squeezed beer is very delicious. There is a pizza on the left and west, which is for takeout. It is very good."

"It’s a really nice, quiet, and comfortable hotel. The room was clean and well maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The location is convenient, close to public transport and shops. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to solo travellers."

"The staff were very helpful; I arrived in the morning and was able to store my luggage smoothly. The supermarket nearby was also very convenient. Most importantly, I had an early train from East Station the next morning, and the hotel's location right in front of the station was incredibly helpful. Although the heating in the room wasn't working, they lent me a heater, which saved the day. The facilities were well-maintained, and I had a comfortable stay."
