A 4 star hotel that acts like a 5-star in the best way! I stayed at the West End Hotel for a recent business trip and was very pleased with my stay. In addition to business travelers, I highly recommend this hotel for celebratory couples trips, girls' holiday, and anyone who wants beautiful central base for shopping and restaurants and cultural landmarks and museums. The room was not huge but bigger than other standard rooms I've stayed at in Paris and there were two closets which really helped me tuck away my luggage and all my clothes to keep the room nice and tidy. The front desk was so warm and welcoming—such a nice bonus when you're running around for work. When I landed at the airport I was able to call and let them know and they had my room ready early on arrival. Anyone traveling knows how wonderful and comforting this is. Wifi was good, bath products (Hermes and Balmain) were a nice little luxury, bathroom and room was spotless, housekeeping was professional and consistent. Felt very safe. Aesthetically the hotel had a girlish Parisian-chic trendy meets traditional style that might not suit everyone's taste but I found it very charming. I will return here for my next business trip or Paris holiday with friends.

Positives - Excellent location for touristy stuff. Underground tube is also right outside. And local corner shop for foods/drinks just outside. Overall hotel room was clean. Fridge and air con worked. Staff are nice. Negatives - Triple room is basically just a double room with an extra folding bed put in. So this made very little room space. We didn’t get view of Arc De Triomphe (despite requesting in booking). Instead our room faced inside alley. I believe only 3 rooms out of 8 rooms got view of Arc De Triomphe (on our floor). Air con did work, but started leaking water into bathroom on second and third night. Bathroom door did not close properly. And shower in bath tub is really awkward to use (especially if you tall). Awkward because of its location on wall and little space. Overall, maybe ok for single visitors and couples. But I not sure for family with small kids given little space and problems with bathroom/air con. That’s why I gave low rating

We just returned from a fabulous stay at the Peninsula Paris and our time there was so special that I feel compelled to write this review. This is a top-notch hotel that goes above and beyond to make your trip unforgettable. Let's start with the staff - Rana at the front desk, Nicholas and Paul at the concierge, Jose at the valet, Volica in housekeeping, and Imran as the greeter (to name a few, but certainly not all) - are the kindest, most helpful and amazing people I have ever come across. They not only made our return there so good, but they also left an impression on our 7 year twins that they soon won't forget. The concierge was able to get us coveted reservations at some of Paris's hottest restaurants and boutiques. The room was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. The food was unreal - the daily pastry basket at breakfast, the dumplings at Lili and the chocolate - are all a must!! Me and my husband have traveled a lot, stayed at many fine resorts, and this is truly at the top!

Perfect location close to the Eiffel Tower and all transportation. Hotel was very clean, all staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was so good with a large selection of hot & cold items, even eating gluten free I had many options. Rooms are small - but that’s typical in Europe and the bed was very comfortable. Small fridge in room to save leftovers or chill water. Would definitely recommend!

The Warwick Paris is well located, just off the Champs Elysee. That's about it for plus points. The hotel is straddled either side by some ”gentlemans” night clubs which, while quiet during the week, certainly seemed busy on Friday night. The lobby staff are ok. In some cases attentive, in other cases aloof. The lobby bar is a bit of a joke. There are maybe 6-8 tables but no-one there to serve. The rooms are typical Parisien - on the medium to small side and in need of some better air conditioning for the summer months. 5 days of constant a/c on low and high fan made zero temperature difference. For one person, a deluxe room is OK. If there are 2 persons you will run out of closet space and luggage space. Overall the hotel needs a refresh. We visited during the week of Paris Airshow & Mens Fashion week. The room price was well above what it was worth. We wont stay here again. Its not that it is so bad - its just not so good either

The breakfast is pretty good. It's not a cafeteria. It's a one-by-one set meal. Extra money is added. An extra bed is available, but the king size bed is really big. The location of the hotel is very good, just near the Eiffel Tower, but if you don't choose a view room, you can only see the street view. The design and collection of the hotel lobby are the highlights. Don't miss the small garden, it is very beautiful. As far as the room is concerned, it can only be said to be average, and the service is indeed very good. When checking in at the front desk, there were Chinese receptionists, and the communication was smooth. Overall it's pretty good.

Very nice location which walking distance to Eiffel Tower also the hotel just opposite metro station also plenty of restaurants also mcD beside it.
However the staff not so helpful where we drop our luggage, she took the luggage tag and ask us to fill it up ourselves then we move our luggage to the luggage waiting room ourselves. Basically she just lead the way also open the door for us to access the luggage room.
In the room have coffee machine, kitchen and empty fridge. Coffee maker available at lobby.
Its bit overpriced for me.

GGuest UserLocation is actually a bit far from the city center and the nearest metro is line 14 which closes at around 10pm due to the renovation so plan your trip carefully or else you'd have to find a bus to drop you off near the hotel. The hotel is around a 2-3 mins walk to Bercy Village.
Quite clean and spacious for a room in Paris. I would recommend this hotel. Oh and by the way, some of a amenities are not provided in the room but if you ask the front desk staff, they would give it.
Just a little mishap with the front desk staff during our stay, we didn't have the daily 2 bottles of water after checking in and when we called down to the front desk, they were ”sure” that they put them in but there was nothing. :/ The photo of the fridge was the two drinks that we bought over from a Carrefour nearby.
They said they would come up to check and never did... But I had some other amenities to get from them so eventually they came up and checked the fridge. No apologies from the staff for the misunderstanding and he just went out of the room to get two bottles of water for us. Quite a strange service attitude from them.

GGuest UserStayed here for 7 nights for our holiday in Paris. Service was great from check in to concierge to helping us open wines we bought outside. The concierge helped me to book the taxi to CDG, smooth and reliable. Our family room was spacious, and offered a great view to the Latin Quarter. Comfortable beds and well designed bathroom is exactly what we needed after long days in museums. The location was very convenient. Only 3 mins walk to Montparnasse station, and there is super market 1 minute away, which opens as early as 7am.

GGuest UserI first stayed here in October 2022. I’d intended to write a review saying that it was “fine”, a solid 3.5 rating. I stayed again in January 2023 and I’ve changed my mind. This property is actually kind of perfect! It’s not luxurious (it doesn’t advertise that it is) but it IS clean, safe, conveniently located and filled with all the things you need to work or play. This is a perfect option for those who want to rent an apartment but may not feel comfortable using one the big named private rental companies. On both my visits I was there for work and play. Half of my days were vacation days and I didn’t spend much time in the room but the other half were days where I worked remote so I spent about half the day inside the room. I rented a two-person studio. The space is small-ish by American standards but right in-line with European standards. It had separate spaces for dining and working (although I used the dining table to work because it was more comfortable for me). There are LOTS of outlets in the room and the Wi-Fi is really good. This came in handy because I was working remote and it was critical to be able to easily power my equipment (laptop, portable monitor, camera, cell phone and earphones) and stay connected to my work in the states. The bathroom is fairly large. There is a full kitchen with standard appliances and all the dishes and utensils one would need to make a complete meal. I don’t love the coffee maker in the room, but it’s fine because there are several cafes within walking distance and there’s a Starbucks nearby too, if you’re so inclined. The staff is very nice and extremely helpful. Everyone I encountered spoke English, which came in handy because my French is kind of terrible. The neighborhood felt safe. I often walked to the market after dark and never felt unsafe. There are two Metro lines within a 3 - 4 minute walk and there are many bus lines within a 6 minute walk. There are at least two markets within 3 - 4 minute walking distance and also two pharmacies. The neighborhood is quiet. It’s far enough away from the touristy stuff to feel like you’re living like a local, but you can quickly and easily get to the touristy parts of town. There is a laundry room onsite which comes in handy for longer stays. The machines seemed a bit pricey for me but they may not be. I haven’t had to use a laundromat for a number of years so the prices could be standard (I believe they were 5.00€ to wash and 2.50€ to dry. Laundry detergent is included). The machines do a good job of cleaning and take about an hour each. Breakfast can be purchased daily. Coffee is free. I didn’t purchase the breakfast but it looked like a decent spread with many good options. The front desk also has a small selection of foods, snacks and wine for sale. They’re a tiny bit more pricey than at the local market but they come in handy if you need something quickly after the markets have closed. GGuest UserLocation is really great. walking distance to Eiffel Tower, about 8 -10 mins to metro. Shopping arcade near the Metro station. A lot of cafes and nice restaurant nearby. Morning running to Eiffel Tower is such a vibrant to do as not many traffic. I prefer to live this side of Paris as you feel more quiet. I would recommend Novotel to any travellers.

AAnonymous UserAccessibility and Location: We were mindful that Montmarte is a hilly, cobbled location; therefore, on arrival and departure taxi or Uber would be the most convenient way with large luggages.
It's brilliantly located within walking distances of fabulous bars, restaurants, and main sights of Montmarte.
About 450-550 meters within Metro stops of Lamarck and Chateau Rouge.
Cleanliness: The room we were in had a bit of a body odour smell on arrival, which was disappointing. Thankfully the windows can be opened so that solved the issue.
Comfort: Beds and pillows were comfortable.
Service: Good breakfast service. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Good coin laundry service.

The hotel location is in the heart of the city and local frech establishments. Is near enough to tourist spot, but not a tourist trap location. So you can get authentic French hang out and food experience with reasonable price.

Staffs are amazing, super friendly, and polite. They will help you for all your needs. They even send a welcome pack week before we arrived with super clear direction.

I arrive 8am. Too early for my checkin . Went to counter. As I cannot speak French but I am fluent in English . Was kind of worried. I was attended to by a very very nice lady with a big big smile ! I did not managed to ask her name but she was slightly plump, wear glasses and long hair and she cycle to work . She did the luggage storage for me . Of coz I did the labeling and putting onto the luggage myself .

Room was very well equipped. Small kitchen . Microwave . Iron board. Separate toilet . Shower room . Everything was just nice and Cosy. Very near to many Metro station. Need to supermarket . Turn right walk down is Main Street. A lot of food hotel has own launderette so you can also wash clothing in hotel . ( but need to download apps, very easy.)
Thursday just outside the hotel have a long stretch of morning market . Nice to walk . Cook food. Raw food. Fruits. Just like market . Nice experience .
Overall, I am very happy with the hotel , the location . The well equipment and room space was nice

To reemphasize, 2 staff left a dee impression for me , the counter long hair plump lady. I give her service and kindness = 9.5/10 for everything including let me check in luggage, show my where to eat, let me check in 2 pm. Her smile was lovely
And before I check out , a short cleaning staff ( black guy) assisted me with the launderette. Very helpful . He is really helpful with me even though he cannot speak English well.

GGuest UserDue the post-covid travel rebound, hotel demand is high and hotels are taking full advantage of it by raising their prices as high as they can. That includes this hotel. It certainly wouldn't warrant the price I paid if it was 12 or 24 months ago but under these conditions but you really have little choice. The location of this hotel is great! Very close to the Louvre museum as well as several subway stops. A little extra on the location. The few block area is a party area. Our Summer Solstice stay turned into 1000s of partiers creating noise all night. Normally no big deal because this hotel advertises air conditioning. But you need to check. Having to leave your windows open could easily turn into a night of zero sleep. The staff is very friendly and they try to be as helpful as possible. The only fault I had with them was their telling us that they had a repairman at the hotel fixing the air conditioning problems they were having. In reality no repair person was there. I don't like deceit. It didn't provide much trust in what they tell us. I have staying at hotels in this class, bit $16 breakfasts are not agreeable. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity. The room was very clean and in European tradition just like a box of animal crackers, small! The bathroom was clean with clean towels. The only fault was that the rooms are not cleaned everyday. Would I recommend it? If you're an all night partier then sure! It's good, it just has a few issues it needs to work through.
