Hotel spa, gym and pool facilities were lovely.
Would have appreciated a fridge in the room; along with beauty amenities provided in rooms (conditioner to go work shampoo, shower gel etc)

AAnonymous UserThe location is excellent, making it convenient to reach attractions within a 30-minute walk. There's even a taxi stand right across the street!
However, the advertised photos showed a suite, but the actual room was tiny. The water pressure was also very low; the shower water was hot but lacked any real force. Being close to the road, there was some noise, and the air conditioning was inadequate.
On the upside, it felt very safe, which was reassuring! Overall, it was pretty average. This was the smallest room I stayed in during my month-long European trip across many countries.

CCeciliaHwangExcellent! The location is superb, right next to Gare de Lyon and Gare d'Austerlitz. We ended up staying here because our train was cancelled. The front desk was incredibly friendly; they saw I was a Marriott Bonvoy member with two kids and proactively upgraded our room from a single king bed to one with an additional sofa bed. The breakfast spread was quite generous, but we didn't get to eat it as we were rushing for our train (we hadn't booked breakfast initially). Early in the morning, the front desk lady even offered us complimentary coffee and pastries for the kids – so nice of her! The room was spacious enough, and the bedding and design were excellent. There was also a dedicated water dispenser. The drainage in the sink and bathtub was a bit slow, but when we told the front desk, they immediately sent someone to fix it. Overall, a very good experience! Satisfied! If I ever need a Marriott near a train station again, I'd definitely choose this one – very reliable! A taxi ride to central areas like Notre Dame and the Louvre takes about 20 minutes, but I recommend using Uber as it's about a third of the price of a regular taxi!

My recent stay at Hôtel Dame des Arts allowed me to immerse myself in the splendor of the awe-inspiring interior design crafted by Raphel Navot and indulge in the allure of the popular rooftop bar, which undoubtedly left a positive and lasting impression.
The interior design of the hotel was a masterpiece in itself, with Raphel Navot's talent evident in every detail. The ambiance exuded elegance and sophistication, creating an atmosphere that truly enhanced the overall guest experience. Additionally, the rooftop bar provided breathtaking views of Paris, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment.
Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations.
This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service.
Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing.
On a positive note, I must commend the other hotel staff, particularly those at the reception and rooftop bar areas, for their accommodating nature, contributing to a more pleasant overall experience.
In conclusion, Hôtel Dame des Arts undoubtedly showcased a dedication to exceptional design and ambiance. However, the combination of one inattentive employee and the billing concerns left me with a mixed impression. I firmly believe that fostering a culture of attentive and respectful service, along with diligent billing practices, is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience. By addressing these issues, Hôtel Dame des Arts can elevate its reputation and ensure that every guest is treated with the care and professionalism they rightfully deserve. + Location: From the hotel it's a few mins walk to the M14 line, a new and safe metro line that is connected tobAirport Orly and Gare du Lyon train station (RER A/B trains to Disneyland Paris and Charles de Gaulle Airport). M14 can also take you into central Paris to see the Louvre, Notre Dame and Palais Garnier within 30mins.
+ Cleanliness: The room, including water and towels, was refreshed daily.
+ Air Conditioning: The a/c worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature.
- The TV did not have chromecast or similar wifi-streaming features available.

GGuest UserThe hotel location was fantastic, we didn’t have a view of the Eiffel Tower but did overlook the statue of liberty. Our party was mum & 2 adult daughters. The staff at reception were really friendly. Our trip was to celebrate a 21st birthday and a pre wedding trip for my daughters and the hotel had decorated the room as a surprise which was lovely. The double bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in at any hotel, but the sofa bed could definitely use some upgrading. We didn’t eat at the hotel but there were restaurant options available, and a nice self service room which sold essentials (bottled water, toothbrushes, sandwiches, even microwave meals and the microwave to heat them up in). Everywhere was immaculately clean. It was a 15-20 minute wander to the Eiffel Tower and at no point did we feel unsafe, even when walking back at 11.30pm. We all loved it and I definitely hope to go back again. We would recommend to anyone with realistic expectations.

On the positive side, the location of the hotel is very convenient, being just a 10-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. There is also a K-Mart located on the corner of the hotel, I found the items there to be relatively expensive. Within walking distance, there is a Monoprix supermarket that offers a wider variety of products at better value.
I found most of the staff to be friendly and helpful, which contributed positively to my stay. However, I did encounter one staff member who did not respond to my request, which was disappointing. I would also recommend future guests complete online check-in in advance, as it allows for a quicker key collection upon arrival.
That said, there were several aspects that could be improved. There was no daily cleaning service provided during the stay, and guests are required to dispose of their own rubbish, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the sink in my room was choked, and unfortunately, the lift was not working during my stay. There is no concierge service, and guests are required to pay between €4–€7 to use the baggage lockers. Lastly, I found the city tax to be quite high, which added significantly to the overall cost of the stay.
Overall, while the location and most of the staff were great, addressing the maintenance issues, service limitations, and overall cost concerns would significantly enhance the guest experience.
