Guest UserGorgeous chic hotel in Paris, ideal if arriving by Eurostar due to its close walking distance proximity from Gare du Nord.
Hotel spa, gym and pool facilities were lovely.
Would have appreciated a fridge in the room; along with beauty amenities provided in rooms (conditioner to go work shampoo, shower gel etc)

CeciliaHwangExcellent! The location is superb, right next to Gare de Lyon and Gare d'Austerlitz. We ended up staying here because our train was cancelled. The front desk was incredibly friendly; they saw I was a Marriott Bonvoy member with two kids and proactively upgraded our room from a single king bed to one with an additional sofa bed. The breakfast spread was quite generous, but we didn't get to eat it as we were rushing for our train (we hadn't booked breakfast initially). Early in the morning, the front desk lady even offered us complimentary coffee and pastries for the kids – so nice of her! The room was spacious enough, and the bedding and design were excellent. There was also a dedicated water dispenser. The drainage in the sink and bathtub was a bit slow, but when we told the front desk, they immediately sent someone to fix it. Overall, a very good experience! Satisfied! If I ever need a Marriott near a train station again, I'd definitely choose this one – very reliable! A taxi ride to central areas like Notre Dame and the Louvre takes about 20 minutes, but I recommend using Uber as it's about a third of the price of a regular taxi!

The staff were incredibly kind and we were able to get the room with a balcony that we wanted. The Eiffel Tower view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. Plus, the bathtub was spacious, allowing for a really relaxing soak. Both the service and location are fantastic.

Located in Paris's 1st arrondissement, the hotel boasts an incredibly prime location, less than a five-minute walk from the Louvre. Downstairs, you'll find a McDonald's, a French restaurant, and a Chinese restaurant, making dining super convenient. Within a ten-minute walk, there are tons of Chinese dining options. The rooms are clean and luxurious, and a deposit is required upon check-in.

There are coffee shops, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby! The supermarket is huge and the prices are great. The hotel itself is long and narrow, so you might have a bit of a walk. The elevators are a bit small, and the layout isn't ideal. The restaurant is very spacious, and the garden is a nice spot to sit, chat, and smoke. The rooms are decent enough. There are also some street-side shops nearby, a delicious French restaurant, and the Picasso Museum.

AMY·zhouThe cleanliness was passable – at least I didn't get bitten by bugs, but the bugs in the elevator lobby were a different story...
The environment was decent. Many European tour groups stay here. The hotel is right next to the subway, and our room was on the side closer to the park, so it was very quiet.
One time, we left the room with the key card in to keep the power on, but when we came back after grabbing a bite, the key card was gone. I went to the front desk to ask about it. I told them it's fine if they remove it, but they should leave it on the counter. Otherwise, what if they accuse me of missing a card, or what if they use a key card to enter my room whenever they want? A middle-aged woman, who seemed like a local French person, was incredibly arrogant. She didn't even look at me properly and simply replied, 'We just took it out.'
The bathtub drain was clogged, so I had to pull out the stopper every day.

Anonymous UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right near the Eiffel Tower, making it super convenient to see the illuminations at night. Not far from the hotel, there's also a spot where 'Inception' was filmed, and the observation deck by the bridge offers fantastic photo opportunities of the Tower – we even saw a wedding photoshoot happening there. The room was a bit on the smaller side, but the amenities and service were good overall. Definitely recommend it.

Guest UserThe view is genuinely worth it! Our room overlooked the Paris skyline with a clear view of the Eiffel Tower, making every morning and evening feel special. The hotel is also very conveniently located, with Bus 30 stopping in front of the hotel entrance and providing a direct route to the Eiffel Tower. There are several grocery stores within walking distance, including Monoprix and K-Mart (asian grocery), as well as a number of shops and department stores. If you are into local farmers' market Marché Grenelle on Sundays is 10min walk from the aparthotel. The metro and RER stations are also close by, making it easy to explore Paris. If you enjoy walking, the pleasant stroll along the Seine River to the Eiffel Tower is highly recommended.
The room was spacious and comfortable for the three of us. The kitchenette was functional and well-equipped for regular cooking. Do note that the hotel does not provide basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt, or pepper, so you may need to purchase these yourself. The cookware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils were all clean and adequate for our needs.
Although housekeeping is not provided for stays shorter than one week, we managed well. There is a rubbish disposal room on every floor, making daily waste disposal convenient. They also provided the broom & vacum cleaner. The hotel also supplied sufficient dishwasher liquid, toilet paper, and other essentials for the week. The only item we needed to replenish ourselves was the coffee capsules. Expect the room to come with some wear and tear.
The main downside was the lift situation. During our stay, only two of the four lifts were operational, serving two towers with more than 20 floors each. As a result, waiting times could be quite long, especially during peak hours and check-in/check-out periods. We experienced a wait of approximately 20 minutes for the lift on arrival, which was frustrating after a long journey.
Overall, despite the lift inconvenience, the excellent location, stunning Eiffel Tower views, spacious rooms, and practical apartment-style facilities made this a very enjoyable stay, and I would consider staying here again.
