Public transportation to city center is to easy and close (take about 30 mins). The metro and the bus stop is just next to the hostel. I didn't walk around the neighborhood too much but it was safe during the evening and night hours. Stayed at a room of 8 and it was clean. Electrical sockets in the bed. Curtains were nice for privacy. Lockers under bed but you need your own lock. Bathrooms and toilets were also clean. A little bit of smell but not much disturbing. And the rooftop view was really nice. Overall affordable and nice stay.

I had such a wonderful experience! My first solo trip and hostel stay turned out to be truly enjoyable, thanks to the incredibly kind staff and the hostel’s amazing design. Plus, its prime location near two metro stations made exploring the city a breeze. If you’re considering it, don’t hesitate — it’s absolutely worth it! :)

Excellent hotel in a very convenient area - three metro stations nearby, Gare du Nord from where suburban RER trains depart, easy to get to Versailles, for example. Grocery stores, bakeries, cafes and bars are within walking distance. I really liked the staff - polite, understanding of not knowing the language. It was easy to leave things in the cell in the morning before check-in and on the day of check-out almost until the evening. No problems.

Staying at this hotel was quite an interesting experience! The room and elevator were extremely small, but as a solo traveler, it was perfectly fine for me. The young lady at the reception was very friendly, and I appreciated how everything was conveniently located nearby. Overall, a decent stay for solo travelers looking for a well-situated place!

I stayed at Hotel F1 Paris Porte de Chatillon during an expo trip and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The location isn’t central, but it was perfect for me, just three tram stops from the expo center. The room was simple but clean, and the shared bathrooms were spotless. I loved that they stored my luggage for free, which made things super convenient. You do have to make your own bed, which was unexpected but honestly kind of fun. Overall, a great budget-friendly option if you're attending events nearby!

The hotel was pretty cool, it seems more like a modern hostel when you arrive and you check out the rooms. Our room was pretty small and had no toilette but it was clean! The toilette was outside less than 5 m from our door. We only had one pillow each which seemed like baby pillows and the first night was a bit tough, so I asked downstairs for two extra pillows and they agreed without an issue. They eventually forgot to bring them but it's okay because we used the towels and I know it was a honest mistake. Staff are very nice and friendly, they speak many laguages, too. Check out is at 12 pm and we were late but they were super nice about it and even opened the door of our room for us to get our luggage back even if we were like 15 minutes late. And the lady told us not to rush and to take our time. To be honest staff are 10/10. The hotel itself is pretty cool and has a couple tables in the lobby for people to eat in them or work, etc. The metro is like a 6 minute walk, but all in all it's pretty well connected. The hotel is perfect for youngsters or anyone looking for something affordable and quick! Also the walls are decorated in such a cool way with stamps from all around the world.

The distance is far, and it takes 13 minutes to walk to and from the subway station.
There is nothing near the hotel. There is a supermarket and fruit store near the subway station. The environment is clean. There is also a bakery coffee shop; there are also high-end restaurants in the evening.
The hotel environment is clean and well-maintained. I am sensitive to dust mites and it makes me feel no body marks. Breakfast is worth buying in advance. There are dust mites that can't be reached and turn around

For the price the hotel is ok. If you decide to book this hotel don’t expect a great area or services, the price is exactly compatible with the services provided. The area is not the best of the city but works ok. There are shops, restaurants and metro that bring you at the attractions. Breakfast is ok too

The location of the hotel is central and located to within walking distance to the 5,6,7 metro lines and such is convenient to get around Paris and the suburbs. The breakfast included is very decent, with staples such as croissant, coffee & toast. My major complaint would be the washroom, whereby the shower drain was clogged for the first 3 nights we were there. Complaints were made on the first day & subsequent days to the various different receptionists, but no action was taken with a lack of systems in place for complaints and actions. Finally on our last 2 nights, they fixed the clogged shower after having had to wait in the reception for about an hour to get it sorted. Overall a decent hotel, but needs major improvement on customer service.

YYoulewantongThe location is very good, very close to the train station, and it is very convenient to take the bus to the Palace of Versailles and Mont Saint-Michel. The quilt cover didn't fit on the quilt, there was no elevator, and the bathing area was too basic.

GGuest UserExcellent location, 5 minutes walk to Paris North Station. A lot of eateries and a few bakeries around. Supermarket located at the station. The room is clean and basic, a little old but still comfortable. The bathroom is super tiny though.
TThe.snacking.gypsyI booked a room in an eight-bed mixed dorm. While the room itself was spacious, the noise from the lockers was unbearable—every time someone tried to take something out, it felt like it would wake up everyone. The toilet was quite large and clean, but the shower curtain was in poor condition, stinking, and covered with hard water stains. Also, the soap dispenser was empty. That said, the location was great, and for Paris, the price was excellent. You do have to pay €5 for a padlock and €3 for a towel, but there’s a bar downstairs where you can get drinks late. The breakfast is a steal at €7, or even €5 on special offers. You really get what you pay for! The staff is absolutely fabulous nonetheless, I Asked Ms Constanza for directions to the Christmas market and she obliged.
AAriadna UxueI had a great time here. They have an elevator and the breakfast is included. Also you can leave your valuables in the lower floor if you bring a lock. The location is a little far from the city center but there is a metro line that passes very close so it's ok. It was good value for the price.
There were energy sockets in each bed and a bathroom inside the room.

TTravelfreeThe hotel is wonderfully located with a 4 minute walk to thr moulin rouge. Not only that it's located in a very busy parisian suburb, some comments complain about the noise below but that's the sound of the lively bustling Paris one should enjoy while on holiday.
There are countless cafes nearby, underneath and all around that serve a variety of food.
The room was tiny, if I was a solo guest it'd be satisfactory , but as I was sharing the room, it got a bit cramped. This was not too much of a problem and could be adjusted with perhaps a different room booked on my part.
The bed was comfy, shower worked, although the bathroom was exceptionally small( it's one of those plastic bathrooms common in apartment to hotel conversions around Europe )
The breakfast online stated a continental breakfast, that'd be true if the continent in question was themed after a parisian bakery then that'd be accurate , because the breakfast only consisted of coffee or tea, juice, baguette , croissant and some cereals. Nothing more. While limited in options it was satisfactory and not a bad bread selection.
The service was good and the atmosphere was friendly . Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again !
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a prime location, within walking distance of the Paris Opera, Arc de Triomphe, Louvre, Moulin Rouge, etc. The room is small but clean and comfortable. There are many restaurants downstairs, which is very lively. There are many supermarkets and bakeries within 200 meters nearby, which is very convenient.
GGuest UserI had a great stay at this hostel. The environment is very clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax. It’s also very budget-friendly, offering excellent value for money. All the necessary facilities are available, which made my stay convenient and hassle-free. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a clean, affordable, and well-equipped place to stay.
GGuest Userhotel room was small but it did say this on description. We were very pleased to be given the Eiffel Tower view room. We had cl great hosts and they made sure we had plenty of toiletries for our stay. We would stay here again. Rm305 I would only suggest to get a shower mat for the shower tiles on the floor as it’s very uncomfortable on feet😄
NNataliaStayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is super budget, there are no cups, spoons, or kettle in the room. The toilet and shower occupy part of the room; under the door to the toilet there is a decent opening to the floor, the width of a palm or more. The bed and pillow are quite comfortable. The location of the hotel is quite close to the center, close to several metro stations.
NNG BlizThe hotel was very clean and very comfortable. But downstairs is very complicated and chaotic some people ask you if you want to eat ** d homeless are more. Downstairs of the hotel kind of gathered 10 or so homeless people in the door of the restaurant next door, were a little scared, so we were back to the hotel at 6:00. Many other white people chose this one hotel because it was very close to the station. But one thing very strange is that when we left the hotel door, he asked us to lower the room card for him, when we came back and had to wait for him to open the door and then give us the room card back to us this one is more strange. However, his approach is understandable because there are many different homeless people downstairs.
