GGuest UserQuite good location. A bit aged deco. Toilet is ok. Very basic without much amenities. Breakfast is quite basic. And hot food seems to be frozen cooked food, like it’s chicken wings. Eggs are ok. Croissant bad for France standard. Coffee tea ok. Service not bad in restaurant but average at check in and out.

GGuest UserThe location is very convenient, especially if you need to be near the bus station, which is a definite plus. However, there were several aspects of my stay that I found disappointing. Upon arrival, I was asked to pay a city tax of approximately €11, which was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process on Trip.com. A prior warning about this extra charge would have been appreciated. The room itself is quite small, and the shower area is extremely cramped, you can barely move your arms to shower comfortably. The room also lacks basic amenities; there was no coffee, tea, water, or other facilities, just the bare essentials like towels. Even the soap dispenser in the shower was nearly empty, which made the experience feel rather neglected. Overall, while the hotel’s location is its main advantage, the lack of amenities, cramped rooms, and unexpected charges make it difficult to fully recommend

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is fantastic, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. My family and I loved it; we booked two rooms for two nights. However, the reception staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. We discovered that the rooms were on the top floor and were always cold because the air conditioning was inadequate. There was also a persistent unpleasant odor in the hallways. What bothered me most was the lack of water in the rooms, except for the minibar, which contained two bottles. After using them, the attendant asked us to pay for them. When checking out, they asked me how many bottles of water I had used. I said two because I realized I had to pay 5 euros for a small bottle, which is exorbitant. After paying and checking out, the receptionist announced that they had discovered I had used three bottles, not two, as if I had stolen a bottle of water. I booked two rooms with three beds each; we were a family, and one of my children might have used the hotel water without me noticing. I paid a considerable sum for the hotel, and the bottle of water was a small price to pay.

The front desk is small, but there is always a staff member, they can store your luggage and greet you every time you go in and out.
This price is appreciated in this location, so I complain about the facilities
No. The elevator was very narrow and it was almost difficult for a stroller and an adult to ride together. Also, the passage is narrow and dark. The room is not large, but it has everything you need for a double bed, and it is convincing to think that the room is spacious even if the elevator and passage are narrowed.
Overall, this hotel is recommended and you may choose here when you come to travel again.

RRasheedMBStayed here for one night. The room was small and felt congested, and the bathroom space was extremely tight. The shower cubicle, in particular, was very small—almost impractical to move comfortably.
The hotel feels a bit outdated, and the room design isn’t very functional. The body wash had a strong, unpleasant smell.
Access is inconvenient. The lift isn’t on the ground floor—you have to carry luggage up a flight of stairs first, with additional stairs for mezzanine. This should be clearly mentioned in the hotel description.
The large room keys also have to be left at reception each time you go out, which is a nuisance.
That said, the entrance area felt welcoming, hotel staff was friendly and the location is excellent, with cafés and restaurants nearby. The Eiffel Tower is just a short walk away.

GGuest UserThe hotel room was very spacious and good value for money. You could even see the Eiffel Tower from the balcony right outside the window. It's just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, and there are two metro stations nearby, making it super convenient to get anywhere, including the Louvre, Champs-Élysées, and Galeries Lafayette, all within ten minutes. Plus, there's a popular bakery downstairs!

Facilities: It was so small you could barely turn around, and a suitcase could only just about open fully.
Service: You had to leave your key at the front desk when you went out, and the elevator would be full with just one person and two suitcases.
The location was actually quite good. There's a supermarket right outside to the left, and a nice breakfast cafe a bit further down. The area also felt very safe.
