The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with any needs or questions. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the little details, like the welcome drink and personalized service. The room was spacious, elegantly designed, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring the city. One of the highlights was the view from the room—waking up to a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower was truly magical. The bathroom was also luxurious, with a rain shower and high-quality toiletries that added to the overall experience. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was a delight. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of fresh and delicious options, from classic French pastries to international dishes. The ambiance was sophisticated yet relaxed, making it a perfect spot to start the day. I also had the opportunity to enjoy dinner at the restaurant, where the cuisine was exquisite, showcasing a mix of traditional French flavors with a modern twist. The nearby metro stations also made it easy to travel to other parts of the city. Overall, my experience at the Pullman Hotel Paris was outstanding. Location is actually a bit far from the city center and the nearest metro is line 14 which closes at around 10pm due to the renovation so plan your trip carefully or else you'd have to find a bus to drop you off near the hotel. The hotel is around a 2-3 mins walk to Bercy Village. Quite clean and spacious for a room in Paris. I would recommend this hotel. Oh and by the way, some of a amenities are not provided in the room but if you ask the front desk staff, they would give it. Just a little mishap with the front desk staff during our stay, we didn't have the daily 2 bottles of water after checking in and when we called down to the front desk, they were ”sure” that they put them in but there was nothing. :/ The photo of the fridge was the two drinks that we bought over from a Carrefour nearby. They said they would come up to check and never did... But I had some other amenities to get from them so eventually they came up and checked the fridge. No apologies from the staff for the misunderstanding and he just went out of the room to get two bottles of water for us. Quite a strange service attitude from them.

Stayed here for 7 nights for our holiday in Paris. Service was great from check in to concierge to helping us open wines we bought outside. The concierge helped me to book the taxi to CDG, smooth and reliable. Our family room was spacious, and offered a great view to the Latin Quarter. Comfortable beds and well designed bathroom is exactly what we needed after long days in museums. The location was very convenient. Only 3 mins walk to Montparnasse station, and there is super market 1 minute away, which opens as early as 7am.

I traveled solo with EF Go Ahead Tours so had my own room, a fabulous one on the ninth floor with a view of the Sacre Coure. Fridge was replenished with soda and juice, a water station outside breakfast area kept water bottle filled. Breakfast was great. Front desk staff was helpful, got a cab for me to go to the Louvre when my Uber drivers kept cancelling! Great location, walked to Moulin Rouge one night snd used Metro regularly, a pass was provided by your group. Our guide had a desk and whiteboard with info in lobby which made it easy to keep up with daily activities and bus departures to dinner and Fountainbleu. Room was extremely comfortable, usual amenities, TV, AC, blow dryer. A small table and chair near window made a great reading spot. As mentioned in countless reviews, there remains an issue with tub/shower leaking, glass doors are not mounted and water escapes. Small issue when you are visiting the City of Lights. It was my teacher retirement present to me and enjoyed every second. Would return in a heartbeat to this hotel! Bonjour!!

I had a great stay at Mercure Paris Centre Tour Eiffel. The location is perfect, just steps from the Eiffel Tower and close to the Metro. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Friendly staff, a delicious breakfast with a view, and excellent service made it a memorable experience. Highly recommend!

The sixth floor has a city view facing the fountain. The view is very good, and you can see the Pompidou Center from a distance. The restaurant on the street is noisy at night, but it won't be noisy if you close the window. The hotel is in a good location, just above the RER Chatelet train station, which is convenient for taking various RER trains and transferring to many subway lines. It is convenient for transportation. There is a shopping mall next to it, with a Monoprix supermarket, and a Carefour city supermarket in the train station, which is very convenient for buying food. There is a convenience store on the left side of the hotel gate. It is recommended to buy water here. 1.5L Evian water is 1.9 euros, which is cheaper than the two supermarkets mentioned above. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk and free espresso in the lobby. We stayed in a standard twin room. The room was spacious, with 2 24-inch boxes that could be opened and laid flat, a small kitchen refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, range hood, pots, bowls, knives, forks and cups, and you can buy ingredients and cook by yourself. We stayed for six consecutive nights and were quite satisfied. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the Louvre from the hotel, and 10 minutes to walk to the newly opened department store of the LV Group by the Seine.

Friendly staff and convenient. Great location with lots to choose from and near the shopping centers and popular restaurants. Newly renovated apartments with air-conditioning and mini kitchens for quiet evenings.

Good location, Good service. The air conditioner is not working in the room. Feeling very humid . The corridor is much more cooler than our room. Can have improvement on the breakfast menu. We are eating the same break menu throughout four days stay . Overall is good

Area was very good just in front of the la seine river , Walkable distance to the louvre and saint micheal . Staff was great, amenities was great , cooker pans all stuff was clean and well prepared . Room spacious Everything was great Lobby provided free water coffee hot chocolate . Laundry room was clean And easy to use ..

We stayed two nights as a Diamond member and this was my 2nd visit having tried it as one of the first guests before they officially opened to the public. From check in to checkout we were so impressed and felt so welcome. We got given an absolutely amazing upgrade to a lovely suite that was just perfect and a bottle of champagne waiting for us. The bed is heavenly and the bath tub too :). Thank you so much to all the staff there who made us feel so welcome and personal. The only slight negative i would say is their breakfast - it didn’t feel fitting for a hotel of this quality as there was not much buffet choice and the concept maybe needs rethinking. But let this not put you off the hotel is a gem. I also stayed in the Intercontintal le grand after this stay and the KIMPTON blew it away for me and most of all i felt comfortable here. Can’t wait to come back
