We had a wonderful stay here. The location is definitely one of its biggest selling points—If you love the movie “Midnight in Paris”. There is something magical about stepping into the museum near the hotel and feeling like you are part of the city’s timeless beauty and history. A comfortable stay, a great location, and a perfect choice for anyone who wants to experience the charm of Paris. Highly recommended!

Overall, for a hotel in Paris, this one offers good value for money. Although it's located in the 12th arrondissement, which is a bit suburban, the proximity to the metro station makes it very convenient. It's only two stops to the famous Châtelet station. The room wasn't small either. It seems like many Accor brand hotels are in this area. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. However, finding a laundromat was really difficult and far – you'd probably need an electric scooter to get to a residential area about 2 kilometers away. What's highly recommended is their gym. It occupies the entire basement level and even offers free apples for an energy boost. There's a wide variety of equipment, and the dumbbells come in a full range of weights, including heavy ones. There are also different small rooms for individual workouts, along with separate restrooms and shower rooms. My biggest disappointment was their breakfast. Even though the ingredients seemed high-quality and possibly organic, paying nearly 200 RMB per person and not finding anything that suited a Chinese palate and was healthy was frustrating. There were no leafy green vegetables, just some very basic, raw cabbage hearts. Some of the cold cuts were surprisingly unappetizing. The staff also seemed very rushed. I only found out after leaving that you could ask a server for coffee. The only thing I'd recommend is the freshly made omelets – bring your own vegetables to get enough protein. Taste-wise, it was honestly not as good as Hampton by Hilton. Another overall impression is that hotels in France don't have the same warmth as those in Belgium, and the English proficiency was slightly inferior. Don't even expect any Chinese-speaking staff.

Three of us stayed here for a single night, choosing this hotel primarily for its excellent location close to the Bercy Seine coach station. The Positives: Great staff: The reception team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and spoke fluent English, which made check-in very smooth. Convenience: Perfect spot if you are catching a bus or traveling through the Bercy area. The Negatives: Tight room layout: We booked the Superior Family Room. It was on the smaller side, making it quite difficult for three people to walk around with our luggage open. It was acceptable for one night, but felt cramped. Poor room details: We noticed that the shower cap provided in the bathroom was covered with dust, which showed a lack of attention to detail in cleaning. No air conditioning: Our main issue was the AC. Despite setting it to the coolest temperature, the room remained warm. When we alerted the staff, they informed us that the system had no coolant. We were very surprised that this major issue was not mentioned at check-in or noted on their website. Luckily, the weather was not boiling during our stay. The staff did their best to help by providing a fan, and we left the windows open all night to manage. It is a decent place for a quick stopover, but management needs to be transparent about broken amenities.

I was very satisfied with this hotel. I arrived in Paris by long-distance bus and found this hotel within minutes of getting off the bus. I checked in immediately. The facilities were good and it was close to the train station. The subway and bus are very close, making it very convenient for getting around. I highly recommend it. The breakfast was also very good, enough to last the whole day. I was very satisfied with all the hotels I booked this time. I'm very happy and hope to book this hotel again next time.

We stayed here with our 1.5-year-old son. The kitchen was well-equipped with a microwave and stove, which was really helpful. The only minor downside was that the cutting board looked quite worn. The staff were very friendly, and there were complimentary drinks and madeleines in the lobby. The location was excellent, only about a 10-minute walk from Gare de Lyon.

Right next to the Pompidou Centre, this area is bustling with young Parisians. There's a great selection of cafes, bakeries, and restaurants. The Line 14 Metro makes getting around super convenient. It feels very safe, with no homeless people around. The hotel even has a microwave and a water bar, which is a nice touch. I'd definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Paris.

The studio room was spacious for two and the kitchen was sufficient to cook simple breakfast meals. Room cleaning was done well, feedback here is for house keeping to check the soap liquids and refill as we had to make housekeeping calls to refill hand wash and body wash. We had a long stay and noticed they don’t change the sheets at each cleaning, only sometimes. If they are keeping eco, would be great to have a note for guest to indicate which days the sheets should be changed so the days are averaged out. Guests have access to washer and dryer in lobby but need to download app to pay and use.

Amazing location, just 5 mins to Metro station and j10 mins to coach station. Also very close with supermarkets. For the bathroom design, if the shower tray can change to a little bit bigger tray, the water won’t flow outside of shower area and keep the floor dry. The hand soap had fixed in the wall and higher than me. This is not easy to use the hand soap, if the hand soap position swap with facial tissue will be more better.

The good: - The location. Just beside the arena if you're going for a concert. Within a few short minutes there are great restaurants and grocery stores. - Dogs welcome, and a park beside the hotel where you can walk them. - Buffet breakfast was good. The bad: - A lot of things were broken! When I wanted to put the shower on its hook, the hook fell off. When I wanted to put back the hairdryer in its place, it didn't stay. It took me a while to figure out that the magnet had fallen off, and I needed to insert it in its correct place. But the worst part was when I drove out from the car park. The barrier was broken and was hanging down. It scraped the roof of my car all the way. I immediately checked my roof and luckily there was no marks. I went back to the hotel and told reception. They said they would get it repaired. - A hefty 30€ per night for the underground car park. - The room was very small. - Mold around the windows. All in all, the hotel is too expensive for what it offers. But it's the location that allows them to ask a high price and having minimum maintenance of the building.
