"What the most satisfied me is the clean environment and tidy equipment. The quality is nice with all the furniture like the bed, the toilet and so on. The location is really good with convenient bus and not far metro. The reception is warm and helpful too, where you can borrow the hair dryer. Only one thing I don’t like which is the shower, cause you have to press it to let the water out and will stop soon automatically."

Hotel Flanelles Paris

Hotels in 10th arrondissement-Entrepot,Paris
Located in front of the Gare du Nord station, the Hotel Flanelles is an address for travelers. Right in the heart of Paris, in a beautiful 1900 building, Flanelles is not just a good address. It's a state of mind: an invitation to take your time. To come, to go, to stroll, to travel. "Lose yourself as you stroll, and you'll find yourself again"... Le Flanelles, opposite the Gare du Nord station, is like a parenthesis in the heart of the city. After exploring the streets of Paris, all you want to do is sit back and relax. That's what the rooms are for. Comfortable and elegant, they welcome you with arms wide openThe warmth of the parquet flooring, the softness of the sheets, the wood of the furniture... everything is designed to make you feel at home. The bathroom, with its bottle-green tiles and elegant stained-glass window, is an invitation to relax. And of course, the cozy beds are so comfortable that you'll never want to get out.

"Location is amazing. Just across the road from Gare du Nord. Crowded area, might not appear safe to some travelers, as there are many people and peddlers loitering. Hôtel assured us it’s safe, security and police patrolling all the time. No incidents throughout our stay. Hotel lift is a little small and slow, but no big deal. Clean & comfortable rooms. Small & cute balcony. Shower gel, shampoo, coffee machine, bathroom in room. Good choice if you don’t might how busy it gets outside. Sound proofing is good enough. Hotel WiFi is good. Room WiFi for tv casting is good."

GGuest UserA Stunning Aesthetic Marred by Disappointing Service My recent stay at Hôtel Dame des Arts allowed me to immerse myself in the splendor of the awe-inspiring interior design crafted by Raphel Navot and indulge in the allure of the popular rooftop bar, which undoubtedly left a positive and lasting impression. The interior design of the hotel was a masterpiece in itself, with Raphel Navot's talent evident in every detail. The ambiance exuded elegance and sophistication, creating an atmosphere that truly enhanced the overall guest experience. Additionally, the rooftop bar provided breathtaking views of Paris, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment. Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations. This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service. Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing. On a positive note, I must commend the other hotel staff, particularly those at the reception and rooftop bar areas, for their accommodating nature, contributing to a more pleasant overall experience. In conclusion, Hôtel Dame des Arts undoubtedly showcased a dedication to exceptional design and ambiance. However, the combination of one inattentive employee and the billing concerns left me with a mixed impression. I firmly believe that fostering a culture of attentive and respectful service, along with diligent billing practices, is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience. By addressing these issues, Hôtel Dame des Arts can elevate its reputation and ensure that every guest is treated with the care and professionalism they rightfully deserve. A seamless harmony of remarkable aesthetics and attentive service will undoubtedly make for an even more remarkable stay at this captivating hotel.

MME BaileyPascal and crew were so lovely! I really appreciate all of their help. There were a few things in relationship to design that could have been better. Granted they probably won’t do anything about it because it’s the infrastructure of the spaces. Having said that if they ever decided to build another one, these are things they should consider. The bathroom is very tight. The placement of fixtures create even less space for the human body. If the fixtures, the tissue box, the shower faucet, the shampoo and soap dispensers replaced in spaces that human body needed. It would seem bigger and feel bigger than it really is. Standing in the shower with the fixture at the same height as your bra is awkward. The toilet brush could’ve been on the opposite side of the toilet and that would create more space for the human body. The toilet paper roll holder could’ve been placed underneath the sink. All of these things would’ve been thoughtful and very well appreciated in such a small bathroom. As much as I’m sure the thought of putting the bed up against the window wall might seem inappropriate it would give more space to move around in and possibly even create more space for hanging some of the things in your suitcase and possibly even introducing a chair to sit on in the very small room. I didn’t have a problem with the fact that the room was small. I had a problem with the fact that things were placed symmetrically in a space that there was not enough room to move around in or unpack or feel flexible and how you moved around in the space. And the space is small, but that’s not the problem. It’s the placement of the things in the space that makes it harder than it has to be. It’s pretty and the bed is nice in the fixtures are fun it’s just it could’ve been thought about one step further and how does it feel to be in that space. Lastly, and I’m sure everybody is aware of it the elevator, even though I didn’t have to use. It is very awkward with the landings being in the middle of the staircase as opposed to the floors that you’re going to. It makes it quite dangerous as well to manoeuvre up and down the stairs when the elevator door is all of a sudden opening and people are coming off of it. I am certain there is no answer to fix that situation or I’m sure you the hotel would have done it. However, it should be something to consider. The staff is amazing. The location is great there’s so much potential. Would I stay there again absolutely.

Great
GGuest UserI first stayed at this Hotel in 2014 and was very impressed with the entire experience, so I valued this hotel and always wanted to return… 8 years later and I was extremely disappointed. I booked a superior villa room, and we was given room 6. This room is located on the ground floor directly behind the reception reception desk on the ground floor. The receptionist (skinny white male, 40+ years old) who checked us in on 15/12/22 at 11:30pm was very rude, awkward and sarcastic during the check in process. When we got to our room, we felt it lacked privacy being on the ground floor with only a wall between us and the main reception area, the Toilet was also in a separate room with no sink, meaning anyone who uses that toilet would need to open the door with their dirty hands and walk all the way to the bathroom to wash hands. There were also mascara stains on one of the pillows. We requested if we could change to another room on a higher floor but to the same level for what we had paid for (superior villa room). The receptionist said this was fine, and changed us over to another room on the 5th floor. We were really happy and grateful until we got to the room, only to find this room was actually a downgrade to a ‘classic villa room’ which felt much smaller and wasn’t very nice. This also wasn’t explained to us prior to him changing our rooms over. We returned to reception and asked why we had been out in a downgraded room, his response was he didn’t realise and this was a mistake in his behalf. I asked him if there were any other rooms to the same value as what I had paid for the superior room available on another floor. I was told out of the entire hotel there was only two rooms left, the one behind reception, or the classic room on the 5th floor which would be a downgrade. We reluctantly opted to stay with the original room behind reception. The receptionist was very smug and seemed to find this funny. After settling in and falling asleep… 6:30am a motorbike wakes us up, as our room is located beside the main entrance and reception we hear every car or motorbike dropping off, or picking up guests, and every person checking in or out. 7:15am the bins are collected, again very loud and as our room is right next to this area we hear it all. It really seems standards have significantly dropped since we last stayed. Service seems to be poor and cleanliness of the hotel not as good as before, an overall terrible experience and if it wasn’t so late when we checked in I would’ve booked another hotel because the receptionist was so rude. On a side note, I must also say there was another receptionist who was working the night shift the following day (16/12/22) around 10pm and he was very friendly, helpful and a nice person. If I could give him 5 stars I would, but unfortunately the experience with the initial receptionist meant our experience was already tainted by this point. I doubt we will ever return unfortunately, and cannot recommend, unless your guaranteed a decent room on a higher floor.

GGuest UserGood location and friendly staff. Superior room is a decent size and it is clean. Check in/out was a quick experience. Only negative I have is that there was a certain smell in the lobby, throughout the stay, that wasn’t appealing. Apart from that, I’d stay here again.

GGuest UserChoosing a place to stay in Paris is never easy. The whole city is charming and romantic, but where you stay can truly shape the tone of your trip. That’s why I was so happy with my decision to stay at the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile during this visit—it turned out to be one of the highlights of my time in the city. First of all, the location is excellent. It’s less than a 10-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées, and it’s well-connected by both metro and RER. Whether you’re planning to explore the city or heading out for day trips, getting around from here is a breeze. It’s also right next to the Palais des Congrès, so I imagine it’s a great option for business travelers as well. But the real magic of this hotel lies in its views. When I checked in, I politely asked if it was possible to get a room on a higher floor—and I was lucky enough to be given a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. As soon as I walked in and saw that iconic silhouette framed perfectly by the floor-to-ceiling window, I was speechless. During the day, it was stunning. At night, it became something truly special, with twinkling lights illuminating the tower and casting a warm glow over the city. I found myself sitting quietly by the window, just taking it all in. It felt like Paris was unfolding just for me. The room itself was sleek, modern, and very comfortable. It wasn’t overly spacious, but it was perfectly arranged with thoughtful details—an incredibly cozy bed, a great coffee machine, high-quality toiletries, and excellent lighting. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring the city. Breakfast was served on the 34th floor, and it was an experience in itself. The panoramic views over Paris were breathtaking. Sitting there with a warm croissant and coffee while watching the city wake up beneath me was one of the most peaceful moments of the trip. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, and the staff were kind and attentive without being overbearing. What stood out most about this hotel, though, was the quiet warmth of the service. The staff had that classic French elegance—discreet but welcoming, helpful without being intrusive. Even the housekeeping staff were thoughtful, and when I checked out, the front desk staff asked how my stay had been with such genuine interest that I found myself smiling for the rest of the day. To me, the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile wasn’t just a hotel. It felt like a window into the heart of Paris—a place to quietly take in the beauty of the city, to rest, to breathe. It offered a sense of stillness and perspective, even in a city as lively and vibrant as Paris. If I return to Paris—and I certainly hope I will—I already know I’ll be coming back here. No other reason needed, really, other than that one unforgettable evening, sipping wine by the window, watching the Eiffel Tower shimmer in the dark. That moment alone was worth the entire trip.

ZZILIIn Depth Experience Report of LYF Gambetta Hotel Paris - A Genuine Guest's Pleasant Surprise Introduction: As a frequent traveler who has stayed in numerous hotels across France, choosing the LYF brand this time upon a friend’s recommendation was a completely new experience. As a first time guest of this brand and someone unfamiliar with this particular area of Paris, I documented my stay with an entirely objective perspective, and it turned out to exceed expectations. Facilities: The hotel is brand new, and while there was a faint hint of paint smell in the room (likely due to recent renovations), the overall facilities are thoughtfully designed with a youthful, practical, and distinctive style. My base room was around 20 square meters—already significantly larger than other Parisian accommodations in the same price range. According to the website, the hotel also offers family friendly options with kitchens, loft style rooms, and more. The complimentary bedtime tea was excellent a well known French brand also sold at Lafayette ,perfect for unwinding at night. The coffee provided wasn’t quite to my taste, but it was still decent. The basement level (B1) features a laundry room, entertainment area, gym, co-working space, and meeting rooms, all uniquely designed. Notably, there’s a shared kitchen fully equipped for guests to cook their own meals ,a fantastic amenity! Service: It’s clear that the hotel’s opening team is still in training, and while some staff members appeared slightly inexperienced, their dedication was evident. Every request I made was promptly addressed. One employee, Helana, stood out-when she noticed I seemed unsure in the laundry room one evening, she proactively approached me, asked if everything was alright, and offered a solution. The next day, I observed her energetically assisting other colleagues. When I complimented her, she humbly replied that she genuinely enjoys helping others and even shared useful insights about the hotel’s facilities. Another front desk lady (whose name I regrettably forgot) was consistently warm and smiling, resolving my queries with kindness and even granting me a late checkout. Outstanding service like this truly minimizes travel hassles and adds delightful surprises to the journey. Impressed by LYF’s service, I decided to extend my stay by five more nights for a deeper experience. Safety & Transportation: Some had warned that this district might not be the safest, but my stay proved otherwise. The area is well connected, just a five-minute walk to the metro and feels like a residential neighborhood with an artistic vibe. One night, I returned to the hotel at 3 AM via night bus and walked back without issue, as the streets were still lively with people chatting or on dates. The area is both tranquil and culturally vibrant. Dining: Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants are within easy walking distance, making dining options convenient. Booking Recommendation: Ideal for travelers seeking an ”authentic local living” experience, young families, or digital nomads. The base room offers great value, while longer stays may warrant upgrading to a kitchen equipped unit. Final Thoughts: Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Considering its location, price, safety, facilities, and service, it stands out as the best I’ve experienced in Paris. While not the most luxurious, it’s undoubtedly a unique space that lets you feel the pulse of the city. My stay was so enjoyable that I’ve decided to book another five nights after returning from Nice. I’ll share an update after my second stay!

EEricDecent hotel - fine for the price but not really a 4 star hotel in my opinion. Location was alright. It’s relatively easy to get there (10 min walk from the metro, at the end of the 4 Porte de Clignancourt line) but it’s not really by anything in itself and environment was not nice. For my room, size was adequate but was pretty basic and cleanliness left a little to be desired (there was a random long hair on my towel?). Staff is nice and helpful though.

몽찌The location was great! It was worth walking to the Louvre (about 25 minutes?) The Orsay, Concorde, Champs Elysees, and Eiffel Tower are all nearby, so it was possible to travel on foot ◡̈ The staff were all friendly, and the rooms had a European feel, making them special. There was also an elevator so I was able to move my luggage easily! They even took care of my lost items after check-out, and even though I was late and it was almost 12 o'clock, they very kindly guided me. This is my first time traveling to Paris, so I changed accommodations, and next time I plan to stay only here!
