Great
NNadia EThe hotel is incredible! We loved everything about this hotel, from the location which was central but not overly busy, to the warm and wonderful staff, to the clean and bright rooms. Everyone is attentive, the space is both calming and energizing, and our all too brief week in Paris will always be a warm memory in large part because of the Hotel Locomo! Cannot recommend it enough!!

JJoeyyyyy.KNice hotel in term of room and cleanliness..but a little dissapointed as we book the room with Eiffel Tower view but as we stay at level 4, the view is not so great …would recommend other try get higher floor for better view…consider a 4/5 star hotel but there is nth done by the hotel for honeymoon celebration compared to other hotel that is much cheaper… Plus point : Rooftop has nice bar with good Eiffel Tower view

11891324****The hotel has few rooms, and the rooms are quite small. A 20-inch suitcase needs to be stepped over to fit. The bathroom door is a sliding glass door facing the bed, which is inconvenient and affects sleep at night. The good thing is that they provide bottled water and slippers. Breakfast selection is limited: various breads, a fruit pastry (I don't know what kind of sauce it had, it was sour), and smoked salmon and ham slices – one was too fishy, the other too greasy, the taste was different from other hotels, I couldn't eat them. The scrambled eggs had butter on them, which I also didn't like, and there were no fried eggs. Overall, the hotel's location is excellent, with major attractions nearby; Notre Dame Cathedral is a 5-minute walk, and the Louvre is a 13-minute walk. The service was very warm and patient; they even used a translator to translate for me, kudos to the front desk! 👍 However, regarding payment, I chose Alipay for payment after use, which is only available to credit card holders, but I still needed to pay a deposit by credit card upon arrival, which I don't understand. Hotels in other countries I booked didn't require a deposit; I should have paid directly. The deposit refund said it would take half a month, which is quite troublesome.

SStuart22The Pullman Bercy is ideal if you want a relaxed, modern hotel in an extremely safe and accessible neighbourhood. Great for those who value comfort and luxury. + Location: From the hotel it's a few mins walk to the M14 line, a new and safe metro line that is connected tobAirport Orly and Gare du Lyon train station (RER A/B trains to Disneyland Paris and Charles de Gaulle Airport). M14 can also take you into central Paris to see the Louvre, Notre Dame and Palais Garnier within 30mins. + Cleanliness: The room, including water and towels, was refreshed daily. + Air Conditioning: The a/c worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. - The TV did not have chromecast or similar wifi-streaming features available.

GGuest UserIn Depth Experience Report of LYF Gambetta Hotel Paris - A Genuine Guest's Pleasant Surprise Introduction: As a frequent traveler who has stayed in numerous hotels across France, choosing the LYF brand this time upon a friend’s recommendation was a completely new experience. As a first time guest of this brand and someone unfamiliar with this particular area of Paris, I documented my stay with an entirely objective perspective, and it turned out to exceed expectations. Facilities: The hotel is brand new, and while there was a faint hint of paint smell in the room (likely due to recent renovations), the overall facilities are thoughtfully designed with a youthful, practical, and distinctive style. My base room was around 20 square meters—already significantly larger than other Parisian accommodations in the same price range. According to the website, the hotel also offers family friendly options with kitchens, loft style rooms, and more. The complimentary bedtime tea was excellent a well known French brand also sold at Lafayette ,perfect for unwinding at night. The coffee provided wasn’t quite to my taste, but it was still decent. The basement level (B1) features a laundry room, entertainment area, gym, co-working space, and meeting rooms, all uniquely designed. Notably, there’s a shared kitchen fully equipped for guests to cook their own meals ,a fantastic amenity! Service: It’s clear that the hotel’s opening team is still in training, and while some staff members appeared slightly inexperienced, their dedication was evident. Every request I made was promptly addressed. One employee, Helana, stood out-when she noticed I seemed unsure in the laundry room one evening, she proactively approached me, asked if everything was alright, and offered a solution. The next day, I observed her energetically assisting other colleagues. When I complimented her, she humbly replied that she genuinely enjoys helping others and even shared useful insights about the hotel’s facilities. Another front desk lady (whose name I regrettably forgot) was consistently warm and smiling, resolving my queries with kindness and even granting me a late checkout. Outstanding service like this truly minimizes travel hassles and adds delightful surprises to the journey. Impressed by LYF’s service, I decided to extend my stay by five more nights for a deeper experience. Safety & Transportation: Some had warned that this district might not be the safest, but my stay proved otherwise. The area is well connected, just a five-minute walk to the metro and feels like a residential neighborhood with an artistic vibe. One night, I returned to the hotel at 3 AM via night bus and walked back without issue, as the streets were still lively with people chatting or on dates. The area is both tranquil and culturally vibrant. Dining: Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants are within easy walking distance, making dining options convenient. Booking Recommendation: Ideal for travelers seeking an ”authentic local living” experience, young families, or digital nomads. The base room offers great value, while longer stays may warrant upgrading to a kitchen equipped unit. Final Thoughts: Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Considering its location, price, safety, facilities, and service, it stands out as the best I’ve experienced in Paris. While not the most luxurious, it’s undoubtedly a unique space that lets you feel the pulse of the city. My stay was so enjoyable that I’ve decided to book another five nights after returning from Nice. I’ll share an update after my second stay!

GGuest UserThe hotel is really close to the Eiffel Tower, and there's a basketball court right next to it. It's also near high-end hotels like Le Bourmann. Plus, it's conveniently located close to metro and bus stations. You can get to the Seine River, Place de la Concorde, or the Champs-Élysées in about half an hour. Overall, it's great, and the room was quite comfortable. The only minor drawback was that the breakfast was the same every single day for our five-night stay, with no variety.

TTarek Al KhateebVery friendly staff, nice breakfast, and an excellent location just one minute from the metro and RER. The area is great and close to many places. I tried both a shared room and a private room. The shared room was fine with a clean shared bathroom, while the private room was spacious, very comfortable, and had a large bathroom and TV. Overall, a great stay.

AAnonymous UserThe location is very good, very quiet and feels like it is their high-end accommodation area, close to the subway station (although we did not use it), there are two local supermarkets nearby, and there is a Michelin restaurant next door (unfortunately we did not eat there)

AAMAKA SPARKLEVery horrible hotel for black female travellers. I stayed at the Originals with my friend for 3 nights, then another 2 nights. We pre-booked and paid for the 3 nights in FULL before arrival. Upon arrival, we were charged a deposit of €150 Euros which was explained to be a security deposit to be returned after checkout.I had no issues with that and focused on exploring Paris. There was a day my room wasn’t cleaned and I complained to a mixed lady at the hotel reception politely to inform the cleaner and she condescendingly looked at me and blurted “I’m not the cleaner”. I never asked her to be one, I only informed her so she can tell the cleaners to make a stop at my room and refill the shower gel, replace soap and toilet paper. The day I checked out, I missed my flight due to the Paris traffic and had to reschedule my flight to the next available date which was in 48 hours which meant I needs to stay in Paris for another 2 nights. I headed back to the hotel. I don’t know why but our cards refused to work despite being funded. We had some Euros cash left in cash and paid for one extra night. The next day, we asked to extend but our cards wouldn’t work. We informed them that we needed to get some sleep but would try an ATM or go to a BDC to change some Dollars. In between, the cleaner came to the room and yanked off our key card cutting off the light supply, we were barraged with calls from the reception threatening that security was going to escort us out of the room. It’s wild because most of their staff is black and yet they treated us like ****. We saw how white guests were treated and black guests and the difference was clear. Maybe they had an assumption and became discriminatory towards us. Note that 4 nights out of 5 was already paid in FULL and they had a security deposit of over 200 Euros with them. We had to abandon everything and rush to an ATM to withdraw more cash💰 to pay for the final day. Let’s not get into the fact that one of their staff ******* almost tried to be ****** with me. I got into the elevator to go and get water at the restaurant on the 8th floor, he kept looking at my boobs and made suggestive comments about wanting to spend the night with me. He also insisted on a hug. I cried from the experience of that hotel and very horrified. As a travel content creator, I will document my experience with videos when I’m back home and share YouTube videos. If you’re a Nigerian or black woman, please avoid THE ORIGINALS. I was excited to be here but it turned into a nightmare. As a business owner myself and CEO of 3 thriving companies, I saw some many lapses in their customer service. The entire place needs a staff overhaul.
