First, the good: the aesthetic of the hotel is exceptional, especially the lobby and the bar. You receive a personalised welcome including a history of the hotel. The rooms are super quiet and dark at night and you'll for sure get a good sleep.
The bad: the rooms are very small and the one we got (Rose) was a disappointment compared to the photos. The room lacked basic amenities like tea and coffee which you get in even the most low budget hotels, and when the front desk was called to ask about this, we were offered tea brought to the room, but then charged 20 euros (we got this removed from the bill of course, but this should not have happened to begin with).
The service was very slow during our stay, both the check-in but also the breakfast. It felt like it was understaffed, even though at breakfast it was only around half full at the time. In general, the service level attempts to be more personal to justify its 5 star rating, but clearly more staff are needed to pull this off properly.
The spa was too cold to enjoy.
I would not stay again, but would consider visiting the bar to enjoy the unique atmosphere.

I booked the most expensive room type, but the hotel gave the attic room. The bedside location was facing the bathroom door. How to communicate did not admit that the room type did not match. This made my impression of the Frenchman discounted.
Trip.com Customer service is very powerful, has been helping me to fight for the rights and interests that I should have. The location of this hotel is really good. In the sixth district, it is safe and quiet. It is recommended that friends who come here book the basic room type.
Opposite the hotel is a Macaron bakery in Paris. This may be relatively biased, so I didn't see the queue. We stayed here for a few days and had breakfast every day.

Gorgeous chic hotel in Paris, ideal if arriving by Eurostar due to its close walking distance proximity from Gare du Nord.
Hotel spa, gym and pool facilities were lovely.
Would have appreciated a fridge in the room; along with beauty amenities provided in rooms (conditioner to go work shampoo, shower gel etc)

We stayed three nights at Drawing House and had a very pleasant experience overall.
The welcome was warm from the moment we arrived, and all staff members were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious by Paris standards and modern We especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the excellent shower. A nice extra touch was the water carafe, which could be refilled in the hallway.
We also made use of the wellness area. While both the pool and the sauna are on the smaller side, they were still enjoyable for a moment of relaxation after a day in the city. The breakfast was another highlight - tasty, fresh, and of good quality.
The only downside for us was the location. Although there is a metro station nearby, we often needed Montparnasse-Bienvenüe, which is about 950 meters away, or roughly a 13-minute walk. This was a bit less convenient than expected.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Elysées, and is surrounded by subway stations and bus stops. The hotel is clean, the front desk and housekeeping staff are friendly, and the breakfast is fresh and delicious. It's important to clearly state whether breakfast is charged. I was charged for breakfast included in my booking, but Ctrip intervened and the issue was resolved. Highly recommended.

The Pullman Bercy is ideal if you want a relaxed, modern hotel in an extremely safe and accessible neighbourhood. Great for those who value comfort and luxury.
+ Location: From the hotel it's a few mins walk to the M14 line, a new and safe metro line that is connected tobAirport Orly and Gare du Lyon train station (RER A/B trains to Disneyland Paris and Charles de Gaulle Airport). M14 can also take you into central Paris to see the Louvre, Notre Dame and Palais Garnier within 30mins.
+ Cleanliness: The room, including water and towels, was refreshed daily.
+ Air Conditioning: The a/c worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature.
- The TV did not have chromecast or similar wifi-streaming features available.

We had a truly wonderful family stay at Majestic Hotel & Spa – Champs-Élysées, and it made our time in Paris even more special.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and very accommodating, especially towards our family, which made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. The hospitality was genuine and thoughtful.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing space for the whole family after a day of exploring Paris. Cleanliness was excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and welcoming.
The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major attractions—perfect for a family trip.
The spa and hotel facilities added to the experience, allowing us to unwind and enjoy quality family time in a peaceful setting.
Overall, Majestic Hotel & Spa is an excellent choice for families visiting Paris, offering comfort, great service, and a prime location. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again.

Guest UserThe room was spacious with a separate wet and dry area, perfect for the three of us! It's very close to the Eiffel Tower, about a 15-minute walk along the Seine River, which offers great photo opportunities of the tower. There's a large supermarket near the hotel that's open until 11 PM, which was perfect for last-minute shopping on our final day. Across from the hotel, there's a Korean restaurant; the ginseng chicken soup truly saved my stomach. Picture 1 shows the drive to the hotel; Picture 2 is the view from our room.

This hotel is located in the 1st district, close to the Louvre and the Opera House. There are Carrefour and international restaurants around it. It is very convenient and quiet in a busy area. The hotel opened last year and its overall design adopts Japanese style, which is elegant and clean. The room was spacious, the atmosphere was cozy, and free sake was provided upon check-in. The toiletries used are from the Diptyque brand, and the scents chosen are fresh and comfortable, making the entire stay experience even better. The service attitude is very good, attentive and considerate. I highly recommend this hotel as a base in Paris!
