You step out directly into a lively old street, and the subway is super convenient for getting anywhere quickly. The bedding was comfortable, so after late-night exploring, it was quiet and easy to sleep. The service was attentive, and it's great value for money. "Had a fantastic stay! The hotel smells lovely as soon as you walk in, and the soundproofing is excellent. The customer service staff are very gentle and have a great attitude. The environment is really good, everything is disinfected and very clean. The best part is the location – the subway is just a short walk away. Downstairs there are snack shops, BBQ places, and breakfast spots, which is super convenient. Ordering takeout is also easy. Overall, it's great value for money and I highly recommend it!"

"Stepping into the room, I was immediately soothed by the space. It wasn't cramped or narrow at all; instead, it was spacious and airy with excellent natural light. Even without turning on the lights, it was bright during the day. The overall decor is minimalist, without any overly complicated or flashy designs. The light-colored walls combined with soft lighting made me feel incredibly comfortable the moment I walked in, instantly melting away my travel fatigue. It felt less like a temporary stopover and more like a cozy little home. I genuinely recommend it to my friends!"

Guest UserTrue to the Crowne Plaza brand, the hotel's service was excellent, and the room's bedding was very comfortable. The service was warm and thoughtful; they prepared the room according to my requests in advance, which was a pleasant surprise. A big thank you to the Guest Relations Manager for their service! They even gave us a complimentary welcome teddy bear, which was adorable! This first stay gave me a truly amazing experience; it's the only hotel I'd want to stay in long-term. It's also very convenient in Changsha County and offers great value for money. From check-in to check-out, everything was incredibly comfortable. During my stay, the gym was open 24/7, and the pool was open until 11 PM. The pool was also spacious and comfortable—100 points! You could easily spend all your time relaxing at the hotel. With the hot summer weather, the hotel even provided free popsicles for guests, bringing back so many childhood memories. An old-school popsicle was incredibly refreshing! Thumbs up! It was a perfect two-day holiday, and I genuinely recommend everyone to come and experience it. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend the Wellesley Hotel Changsha Meixi Lake! My stay here exceeded expectations, it was truly relaxing and rejuvenating ✨
🔹Exceptional Butler Service: The 24-hour butler service was incredibly responsive, meticulous, and thoughtful. From guiding me through check-in to handling requests, they were proactive and enthusiastic, paying attention to every detail, which made me feel incredibly welcome.
🔹Rich and Delicious Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly prepared Changsha rice noodles and the semi-buffet items were authentic and fresh, satisfying my taste buds completely.
🔹Wonderful Late-Night Dessert: The surprising late-night sweet soup was delicately sweet and comforting with an excellent texture. Enjoying it late at night was particularly warming and soothing, adding a great touch to the ambiance.
The hotel's environment is elegant and tranquil, and both the service and dining are impeccable. It's an excellent choice for a vacation in Changsha; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Guest UserThe room was spacious and clean, located right at the confluence of the Liuyang and Xiang Rivers, offering unbeatable views. Huge thanks to Sera for the thoughtful arrangements, I was super satisfied! The surrounding area is part of the vast Beichen development, with plenty of shops and restaurants, giving it a lively, local vibe.
The hotel's location is ideal, just a 1-2 minute walk from Changsha Museum, the Concert Hall, and the Library, and a 5-minute walk to the Three Halls and One Theater pier.
Excellent location.
The river view room offered first-class scenery, and breakfast was incredibly rich. Plus, there's a strong 'old money' feel to the place, making it perfect for travel photography.
I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Changsha.

This homestay has a puppy named Yunduo and a very tame little cockroach (temporarily called Xiaohei), they are very clingy, and they sleep in the sun on the bench with them. This is a homestay that can heal people. I don't want to praise their home's decoration style and service quality. It is more that I can really feel the warmth and comfort brought by being away from the noise of the city. I like this store very much, this is a store that will make me nostalgic.

Guest UserThis hotel has a great design, and the staff are all very enthusiastic, patient, and caring with children. There was also professional supervision at the pool when the kids were swimming. The welcome dessert was particularly delicious! When I asked the staff how to buy more, the hotel sent another complimentary portion! A big shout-out for that! Overall, the hotel's service is excellent, and I want to especially commend Bonnie for her warm and attentive service. Furthermore, when I left something behind, the staff were proactive in helping me search for and follow up on it. Looking forward to my next stay~

Guest UserThis hotel boasts excellent decor and service. From the moment I checked in, I experienced truly attentive hospitality. It's an absolute gem of a hotel! The high-altitude views are breathtaking, with the front desk located on the 39th floor and guest rooms even higher. The hotel also features charming, retro-style entrance doors. Both the hardware and software are top-notch. Breakfast is fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options, including freshly made 'maizi fen' noodles. The location is super convenient, very close to the city center, and there's a direct subway line to the high-speed train station. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained. Every staff member has a smile, and the concierge proactively assists with luggage. The location is superb – if you're visiting Changsha, this is a must-book!

Anonymous UserThe hotel's location is incredibly convenient for getting around. If you're driving, there are connecting corridors directly to the hotel from levels B1 and B2 of the Wanda Plaza underground parking. For exploring the various attractions, the subway is even more convenient. As expected from a Wanda Vista five-star hotel, the service is top-notch. The lobby is grand, and the front desk staff are highly professional and have excellent attitudes. They even upgraded our room when they saw it was my daughter's birthday on the day we checked in! Overall, we were very satisfied with the room; it met five-star standards, and my elderly parents were also pleased. Later, we drove to Zhangjiajie, and the accommodation there was such a huge letdown in comparison. We'll definitely be staying at Wanda Vista again when we come to Changsha! (There's a Xu Ji Noodle Restaurant across the street from the hotel, and their beef and preserved vegetable soup noodles are delicious – definitely worth a try if you like soup noodles.)

zxcdcThe service was excellent, much better than the Westin Chongqing QAQ. However, the breakfast attendant was quite rude; when I asked a question, she responded with a dismissive 'hello.'
The bed was very comfortable, but the 36th floor had a strong formaldehyde smell, so we had to urgently switch rooms in the middle of the night. I'd like to 'commend' the duty manager, a short-haired lady who was working the night shift on July 18th (26th year), for her quick response. She immediately arranged for a new room and even offered complimentary afternoon tea at the Executive Lounge. Her attitude was excellent, and the recovery was prompt, which was truly impressive.
Additionally, I'd like to 'praise' Hans (pictured on the business card below). He patiently waited with our luggage while we changed rooms. We were moving for two hours, but he still waited with a smile. His service was very pleasant and much appreciated, and it definitely improved my perception of Westin's service quality.

Guest UserMy initial check-in experience wasn't great, but the manager quickly and efficiently resolved the issue. They even sent a welcome fruit basket, which was a thoughtful gesture. The breakfast also deserves a shout-out – it had a wide variety and everything was delicious! Since it's summer vacation, they had daily parent-child activities planned, but our itinerary changed that day, so we couldn't participate.

Guest UserDa Wang Shan Langham is the top choice for families with kids visiting Da Wang Shan! The front desk service was a pleasant surprise; they upgraded us for free to a high-floor view room during check-in. The room was incredibly spacious with amazing views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel has excellent family-friendly facilities, including a kids' club downstairs and a heated family pool that kept the little ones entertained all day. It's also super close to Happy Snow World and the Ocean Park, making it a one-stop solution for family outings. The rooms were clean, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a very pleasant stay for the whole family.
