Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, conveniently close to Trinity Bosch. What's truly impressive are the comprehensive facilities. Everything from high-speed Wi-Fi and smart room controls to a gym and a heated pool is available. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bedding and the well-designed, separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. The staff were warm and attentive, even following up with a call to check on my satisfaction, which shows great attention to detail. I'll definitely be back!

Highly recommend the Wellesley Hotel Changsha Meixi Lake! My stay here exceeded expectations, it was truly relaxing and rejuvenating ✨

🔹Rich and Delicious Breakfast: The semi-buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, blending Chinese and Western cuisine. The freshly prepared Changsha rice noodles and the semi-buffet items were authentic and fresh, satisfying my taste buds completely.
🔹Wonderful Late-Night Dessert: The surprising late-night sweet soup was delicately sweet and comforting with an excellent texture. Enjoying it late at night was particularly warming and soothing, adding a great touch to the ambiance.

Guest UserThe room was spacious and clean, located right at the confluence of the Liuyang and Xiang Rivers, offering unbeatable views. Huge thanks to Sera for the thoughtful arrangements, I was super satisfied! The surrounding area is part of the vast Beichen development, with plenty of shops and restaurants, giving it a lively, local vibe.
The hotel's location is ideal, just a 1-2 minute walk from Changsha Museum, the Concert Hall, and the Library, and a 5-minute walk to the Three Halls and One Theater pier.
Excellent location.
The river view room offered first-class scenery, and breakfast was incredibly rich. Plus, there's a strong 'old money' feel to the place, making it perfect for travel photography.
I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Changsha.

Guest UserThis hotel boasts excellent decor and service. From the moment I checked in, I experienced truly attentive hospitality. It's an absolute gem of a hotel! The high-altitude views are breathtaking, with the front desk located on the 39th floor and guest rooms even higher. The hotel also features charming, retro-style entrance doors. Both the hardware and software are top-notch. Breakfast is fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options, including freshly made 'maizi fen' noodles. The location is super convenient, very close to the city center, and there's a direct subway line to the high-speed train station. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained. Every staff member has a smile, and the concierge proactively assists with luggage. The location is superb – if you're visiting Changsha, this is a must-book!

We specifically chose Wanda Vista for our summer vacation in Changsha, and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel boasts an amazing riverside view; you can watch the Xiang River sunset from the bathtub by the window. The custom mattress was soft and helped me sleep soundly, and the floor-to-ceiling windows effectively blocked out street noise, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Concierge Jackwen was incredibly thoughtful; he proactively brought us water and tissues when he saw us with snacks, and even recommended a noodle shop popular with locals. The freshly made Hunan-style rice noodles for breakfast were authentic, and the in-room toiletries were high-quality with a lovely scent. It's only a ten-minute walk to the subway, making it convenient to get to Orange Isle. The service is full of thoughtful touches. This is definitely my top choice hotel in Changsha!

This homestay has a puppy named Yunduo and a very tame little cockroach (temporarily called Xiaohei), they are very clingy, and they sleep in the sun on the bench with them. This is a homestay that can heal people. I don't want to praise their home's decoration style and service quality. It is more that I can really feel the warmth and comfort brought by being away from the noise of the city. I like this store very much, this is a store that will make me nostalgic.

Guest UserService: The service attitude is excellent, they're always responsive to requests. Messages to their WeChat customer service were answered instantly, especially by Wendy and Clara. All staff members were very polite. There were two thoughtful details: a handwritten welcome card from the housekeeping staff, and on the second day, they replenished more drinking water after noticing our high consumption. Also, staff and concierges would avoid sharing an elevator with guests.
Ambiance: The lobbies on the first and sixth floors have a nightclub-esque style, with space and astronaut elements everywhere. The outdoor balcony on the sixth floor in the evening was very comfortable; enjoying the sunset with a gentle breeze and a 'Cha Yan Yue Se' drink was incredibly pleasant.
Transportation: Although the location isn't ideal for popular attractions (takes a bit longer to get there), transportation is convenient. There's a metro Line 2 station downstairs on Changsha Avenue, and taxis are readily available. It's only two metro stops from Changsha South Station.
Facilities: Compared to similarly-rated hotels in Guangdong, the room size is a bit smaller, but the layout is well-designed. Upon entering, there's a wardrobe acting as a buffer, so you don't see the bed directly. The corner by the entrance is perfect for luggage, and the toilet and shower are separated on opposite sides. The soft amenities are also great: Dyson hairdryer, Nespresso coffee machine, and a wide variety of drinks in the fridge, including beer, carbonated drinks, and local Changsha specialties.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness was excellent, and there were no odors in the restroom.
Breakfast Service Extended until 2 PM: This is a rare service for many hotels. No need to rush to eat breakfast early, definitely a thumbs-up! Plus, they switch to lunch at 12 PM, so even late risers don't have to worry about going to the restaurant at 11 or 12 and finding nothing to eat.
Bar: There are different live singers every night, creating a nice atmosphere. Bartender Zhang Yang provided attentive service; I felt my 'Changsha County Chronicles' cocktail was too sweet, so he remixed a new one according to my taste.

Guest UserThe overall stay experience at The Westin Changsha was decent. The hotel, formerly Kempinski, had an earlier opening date listed on Ctrip, but staff informed me it completed a renovation last year. The room environment feels brand new, without the old or stuffy feeling. Its location is excellent, close to Wuyi Square, making it convenient for getting around and shopping.
Service generally met five-star hotel standards, with staff being warm and attentive, and issues handled efficiently and promptly. The hotel breakfast was decent; the local rice noodles were a standout – authentic and excellent in taste, and there was a rich variety of fruits and a complete selection of cheeses. The only minor drawback was the limited variety of hot dishes.
During this stay, I noticed significant shortcomings in the hotel's hygiene details, indicating considerable room for improvement. Upon checking in, I found stains on the room slippers, and the handheld showerhead was continuously leaking at the connection to the pipe. This suggests that the cleaning staff's final inspection was not thorough, and minor equipment issues were not identified and rectified beforehand.
After discovering these issues, I immediately reported them to the housekeeping department. The hotel's response was very proactive; they promptly replaced the slippers with new ones, and the duty manager, Kagura, personally apologized and quickly had the equipment fixed. While the after-sales service was efficient and sincere, it also highlighted a lapse in the hotel's routine room inspections and hygiene management. This not only affected the quality of the stay but also increased subsequent rectification costs. I recommend the hotel strengthen daily oversight and detailed checks to further enhance the guest experience.

Guest UserI stayed here last winter and found the room facilities spacious and impressive, so when I returned to Changsha, I chose this hotel again. However, I had to wait over 2 hours to check in, and nothing was resolved. They just kept saying they were 'pushing it' and told me to keep waiting. Eventually, I had to contact Trip.com to get a room, so kudos to Trip.com customer service. Don't tell me it's because of the summer rush; every hotel is busy. They should have an emergency handling mechanism instead of just making guests wait. This clearly shows a significant issue with the hotel's management. Furthermore, the room facilities this time showed much more wear and tear compared to last year, indicating poor maintenance. I particularly want to highlight the executive lounge service. The staff this time were nowhere near as professional as last year's. They were all expressionless, seemed to be working with an attitude, and lacked basic smiles, just going through the motions. Last year, the young lady not only greeted guests with a smile but also remembered everyone's last names, which was truly commendable. Additionally, the guest services manager seemed new and extremely unfamiliar with their duties. After multiple calls from guests, they never showed up until Trip.com intervened, at which point they made a perfunctory appearance without any empathy. In summary, it's an okay place for a quick stay, but it's nowhere near the usual Marriott service standard. I would not recommend staying here.

Guest UserDa Wang Shan Langham is the top choice for families with kids visiting Da Wang Shan! The front desk service was a pleasant surprise; they upgraded us for free to a high-floor view room during check-in. The room was incredibly spacious with amazing views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel has excellent family-friendly facilities, including a kids' club downstairs and a heated family pool that kept the little ones entertained all day. It's also super close to Happy Snow World and the Ocean Park, making it a one-stop solution for family outings. The rooms were clean, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a very pleasant stay for the whole family.
